Cute and Comfy!! These lace-up shoes are a lot lighter and less chunky than other Docs. Also, I have somewhat narrow feet so the lace-up part was very convenient. However, after wearing these shoes nearly every day to school with my uniform, I found that the outer blue color eventually wore off, so now my shoes are mostly yellow. For the most part, these shoes are very cute, especially with jeans. Sizewise, I am usually a US 10, but I got a UK 7.

Very comfortable - wide, and the arches fit perfect.

Love them! Get the black in my size! Before I ordered these shoes I read all of the reviews. The concensus seemed to be that they are larger and wider than marked. I normally wear a UK6 in Docs. BuY I ordered the black/crackle in a UK5 (they didnt have the UK6) and I ordered the tan crackle in a UK6. When I got them I realized the person who said once you know your size in Docs, that the size to get. So even though the reviews said they were bigger, the size I normally wear in Docs was the right one. As for the colors, in the pics I thought I would only like the black one and I figured if they didn't fit, I would send both back since I didn't like the picture of the tan ones too much. Well, when I got them, I loved them both so much. So I am eagerly waiting an e-mail letting me know when the black ones are available in a UK6!!! I can't wait! But I wear the tan one almost daily. Docs are soooo comfy!! I'm a hairstylist (on my feet) and Docs are the best for me and my feet!!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I own these shoes in 2 finishes, and just ordered a third! They are AMAZING! I mean it! They are comfy, cute and versatile! AND they are on sale! You can't beat this quality at any price!!!

Beckmoose - I absolutely loved these shoes. I've worn mine to an eventual death now, but they were the most hard-wearing shoes I've ever owned. They are also very supple & quite wide, very comfortable indeed. Hovever, I'm desperate now to get some more, but I can't seem to find the exact replacement; the Mel lace-up in antique-looking red, & size 6.5. Not only can I not find a red pair, but half sizes seem to have dissapeared! I'd settle for size 6 though, can anyone help!

Love them - I got them a week before my vacations, wore them for 5 days and took with me. Thay are great! Love them.

These shoes are GREAT! These are the most comfortable casual shoes I own. They are sturdy without being heavy. I ran through the Dallas/FtWorth airport in these shoes and I had only worn them once! My feet felt great!

Great shoe - I've got wierd feet, these shoes fit just perfect and are very comfortable. It is a tad large, but I can wear heavy sox.

Weird finish - Do not like the crackle finish, looks like it has been in the sun too long.

TOO Big! These DOC's were cuter than the picture but they felt a size to big. The price was great & the shipping can't get any better when Zappos upgrades it for you at no cost. The return is a "cinch" =)And for them to ask in the questionaire "Will you buy from Zappos again?" of course! This is my favorite place to get shoes! And I tell everyone...

Adorably nerdy little shoes - They look a litte wider and "clunkier" in real life than in the picture but that just adds to their charm. Based on reviews I ordered a UK 4 (US 6) although I'm usually a US 6.5 and they are plenty roomy. Very comfortable shoe for all-day walking around.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are very stylish and extrememly comfortable. I have received loads of compliments on them. Their comfort and simplicity goes great with a pair of jeans. And of course you can't beat the price.

Comfy, Comfy, Comfy - I ordered these shoes for my mother, who is keen on comfort rather than looks. She absolutely loves them! She insisted I write a favorable review to let others know that this is an extremely comfortable shoe. It's her third style of Doc Martens' and like the others, make sure you buy half a size smaller, as they are wide and roomy. She's ready for her fourth pair!

Very comfortable & versatile - I got the denim colored pair, they go great with jeans or khaki's and they are easily one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes that I own. They don't feel like they would tolerate moisture very well though so I am careful to wear them on nice weather days only. Crackled denim almost feels like it could tear...not a tough shoe, but a good fashion choice.

Marten 2b24 - I ordered this shoe for myself and it was too wide. However, my daughter wears the same size as me but has a wider foot. She loves them and at such a bargain. They look much better in person.

Cool shoe - I have had these shoes for a month now. They were really comfortable when I first put them on, but after a full day of walking at work, my toes were sore from rubbing the sides. They are comfortable for casual wear, but I don't wear them for work anymore. Also, I had to send the first pair back -- they were too large, so I went a half size smaller. The look of the shoe is great.

Great shoe!!! I love these shoes!! They are really quality made, and the price is right!!! I ordered the wrong size at first, but the return system is so fabulous that I received the replacement pair (right size) the very next day!! Great service!! I will return over & over!! Love 'em!

Great Shoe, great price! I bought this shoe just recently. They look and feels great. After wearing them a few times they were great for all day wear.

These are perhaps the goofiest looking shoes I own, and I have some real winners. They look better in Zappos' pictures than in real life. But I like that. They remind me an awful lot of a pair I had in about 1973. Having reported that, let me also say that they are wonderfully comfortable. They make my arch feel good and there is plenty of toe room. Also, other Doc Martens I've tried were too large (6) or too small (5), but these are baby bear shoes for a 7.5'er: juuuuuuuuust right. (Sorry, I teach elementary school.)

I got these shoes fast. Since I work in a lab all day, I'm constantly on my feet. These were comfortable and a little wide for my feet, but I like my shoes that way so my feet won't rub against the sides

These shoes are exceptional! I loved these shoes from the moment I saw them! On top of that, the price just couldn't be beat! These Docs slightly remind me of bowling shoes but a lot more attractive. The shoes look fantastic with jeans too. I chose the pebble boxer/thunderbird color. I love the color but don't like how easily the shoe scuffs, especially around the toe area. That area is hard to avoid scuffing on any shoe for that matter. The shoes took a few 12-hours-on-my-feet work days to fully break in. I wouldn't consider it painful. Absolutely no uncomfortable rubbing or blisters! I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a cute, casual, and comfortable shoe. Just give a few days to break in before making any negative judgements about the shoe. Just a quick note: These shoes don't have the best grip on the sole (just like bowling shoes, I guess) so take note of that.

Different color but comfy as hell - These came FAST, they are so comfortable. I got the pebble boxers and they are a bit more grey color than I thought they'd be...I thought they'd be more brown...fit well though

Awesome shoes! These shoes look even better than on the site. If you need arch support these aren't the shoes for you but I thought they were very comfy.

Zappos Won Me Over - I orderd this shoe. They came the next day. I liked them so much that I orderd another pair in black. They came the next day but due to my clicking the wrong size they were to big. I orderd a new pair On thur. evening right before a holiday weekend. To my surprise the were on my doorstep when I got home from work on Fri. Way to go !!!! Great price great service!!!!
