A great flip flop- I'm the proud owner of two Chaco flips now. They are extremely comfortable and easy to wear.

Incredibly [insert synonym for comfy here] shoe - This shoe feels true to size, looks good and has an excellent fit to it. I've had Reefs in the past, but was displeased with the fact that everyone and their mom had a pair AND that they aren't even that nice to wear. I recommend the Chaco heartily.

All Chacos Rock - Just the best at what they do. I have the Z/2 Terrano sandal as well - just the best - oddly enough the Z/2 sandals seem to have slightly narrower straps than the other models - I always have to order between 1 and 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear, or else they are too long. Same was true for the flip flops. I normally wear between a 10.5 and 11 depending on brand. I order size 10 in all Chaco's. Perfect fit.

NOT CONVENTIONAL THONGS - This are not conventional Thongs, Chaco quality is present, as well as comfort. If you like thongs but are thinking about support or quality, this is the one. Simply 5 Starts.

Flip for the Flip! Recommended by my niece and she said go up one-half size - it worked perfectly! I wear 7-1/2 and ordered an 8. Have had other Chaco styles and love the fit and the arch support...

Great flip flop - Comfy with decent arch support. No complaints.

Nearly new - I've just used these thongs a short time, but I think that they are among the best. I've worn thongs since I was a kid, and these rate right up there with the Teva Elixier, my previous standard. They may even be better in real hot weather, due to their smaller strap. I can't say anything about wear, as I just got them recently. Sizing is about one or 1/2 size too large (I got an 11, and my size is 111/2 - 12).

Worth Every Penny - While the price is steep these flips are the ultimate. So much more comfortable than my Reef or Teva flip flops. These shoes need no time to break in and become comfortable like most other flips out there. Since it's flips flops from Valentine's Day to Thanksgiving, I need one that will last and remain comfortable. So far these have done just that. Highly recommended.

Taking me everywhere in Brazil - I´ve had on/off luck with flipflops, but this is truly the most comfortable pair I´ve ever worn. For the past three weeks, I´ve been walking miles and miles--everywhere--through rivers, on hot beaches, on jungle trails, in big cities like Salvador, and in little towns with uneven brick or cobblestone roads and sidewalks--and the straps have not rubbed uncomfortably at all, even when they are wet. The extra thickness and arch support of the sole make it possible to walk miles and miles without any discomfort. Not a single blister. Plus, it´s surprisingly easy to run in these flipflops, which I haven´t found to be true with others that I´ve owned in the past. I often have problems with the thong rubbing between my toes, but this one is made of fabric and is super comfortable and flexible. The sandals fit well from the beginning, but have stretched slightly, making them even better as I´ve continued to wear them. Looks-wise, these sandals are a cut above the usual beach flipflop, and are styled in such a way that I can wear them to restaurants or clubs without feeling too ´dressed down.` So, I´ve never been overly-inclined to write reviews, but I give high ratings to these sandals, and even higher ratings to the customer service team at Zappos, which has been beyond excellent in my numereous interactions with them(seriously). Give them a raise! ;)

Great flop - Great combination of a flip flop with a contoured sole. This flop fits more snuggly than others and did have a little break in period to soften the strap. The Chaco flop can be worn all day and even performed well on a moderate hike. It is now my "go to" flop for everyday.

Very true flip - Amazingly comfortable, especially for everyday wear. The sad thing is I even wore it the other day while I was giving interviews in a business environment. The sole is great for everday support and walking...haven't had any trouble at all. Also great in rain...

Da Bomb - I wear sandals just about everyday of the year & have always had troubles with my arches after extended wear. No more. These are the best. I know, I have heard it before a $50 sandal? If you are going to wear them everyday & expect the best, these are your sandal.

Great Sandals - I have worn birks for many years and I tried these when my friend purchased them from Zappos and I love them--nice high arch, great Vibram soles, non marking great grip and no pain associated with the "thong" between the toes. Now I don't have to be scared to them wet like my birks.

News of Chaco's Flip - Very comfortable and stylish, yet more supportive and durable than a traditional flop. Wonderful.

Better than barefoot - Bulletproof (and resoleable) soles (that are really good and sticky, by the way) and great arch support make this flip-flop a better-than-barefoot summer "shoe." I haven't taken mine off since they arrived, except to shower and go to bed.

Pretty darn good - Great arch support and a sole that will never wear away. My foot wasn't too receptive to the thong however, it marked up my foot a bit to begin with, but now they're broken in and good.

Top flip no flop - Great flip flops with terrific arch support and cushioning from mid foot back. Front is not as cushy due to thin sole, but still very comfortable. Strap breaks in quickly and they fit well. I have size 10 and wear a 10.5 shoe, but my other Chacos' are also 10 and fit fine as there is no half size Chaco sandal. Highly recommended.

Kev Safety Harbor,FL - The Chaco "flip flops" I bought were worth the price. These are true to size in length. It took about a week of wearing to break them in. I have a high instep, so those of you who do not, may have a "shorter road to comfort". I wear them all the time now. Great!

Chaco's Does It Again - Very good quality flip. I have not been able to wear before but these are comfortable. Very good flip.

These are Awsome. I am a big stickler on the shoes that I wear, mostly staying true to the brands that take care of me. So I was very pleased to find how well these flip-flops truly took to the form of my feet(I went Sand Dune Hiking in them over the weekend). One thing to know: they do take a little while to break in, and will leave marks between your toes in front while breaking in.

I, like some of the other reviewers, live in my flip flops whenever possible. Unfortunately, nearly all flip flops have terrible support. Contrary to popular belief, it's not tons and tons of cushioning that yields a comfortable flip flop, it's anatomic and ergonomic support that doesn't wear out and collapse over time. These flip flops have excellent arch support and have a good clean look. I'm a runner with a high arch to my foot so I'm very particular about footwear. I can comfortably walk several miles in these with no perceptible fatigue. If you visit Chaco's web site, you will find that you can resole your flip flops when the sole wears out...NOT the support structure. They claim that the support on the flip flop will not wear out over time! How about that...ever heard of a flip flop you can resole? Go for it! I used to wear The Walking Company sandals until they discontinued them, Chaco's are way better. They took a few days to break in, but after that...it's all good!
