Very comfortable however -
These shoes look sharp and they are very comfortable; however,the rubber sole is already grinding away and I have only had them for three weeks. Also they dye all of my socks red! It mostly comes out in the wash but not all the way. Overall they are pretty good.

Not as good as Rockport -
This was a test for me. I've gotten several pairs of Rocsport over several years and if I could do it over, I would have chosen Rockport once again. The shoe looks better than it feels.

Very comfortable. Not very good durability. Wore them twice and the stitching started coming out. Took pair to cobbler for re-stitching and they are great.

Husband is a consistent 10.5 M in street shoes, no matter the brand. The Sperry Mako 2-Eye Canoe Moc fit as hoped/expected, hubby is happy. It is an attractive shoe. Looking forward to this shoe serving husband well and for a long time. Also bought the Sperry Authentic Original Double Sole Cross Lace, in this same order, to see if Husband would like that style - oddly, the Sperry Authentic Original Double Sole Cross Lace, which is a slide-in shoe (no laces to tie) was near impossible for Husband to get his foot into, and he tried that style in a 10.5 M and 11 M. He has a narrow to average width foot.

I have bought this style from other brands and they never fit to my satisfaction! I was hesitant in purchasing these but I am glad I did! Fit and comfort is excellent. I followed the instructions of conditioning with saddle soap to soften the leather is a must.

I wear size 13 Narrow. This is my fourth pair of Sperry Mako2 shoes in size 13 S. This is the only shoe in my size that is affordable for me to buy. I am not going to pay $300 to $400 for a pair of shoes. If Sperry stops making the Mako2 in size 13 C, I will have to go barefooted.

I have owned three pair of the Cordovan Sperry Mako Boat shoes. They fit and wear great. I bought a pair Oak colored ones that were pictured as tan or lt brown.. They were actually almost an Ivory color. They never darkened or turned tan. I finally trashed them. I wonder if they are actually the color pictured.

Quality footwear. Size 13 a little roomy. But when you wear a size 13, you like things to be a little roomy. Good quality, leather, good support, sole and insole are very supportive. May take a few Waring's to get the laces adjusted to your liking. Don't be afraid to snug them up just a bit. Makes all the difference in the world. I recommend this shoe. My advice would be to get your usual size but if you like your shoes very close fitting perhaps go down 1/2 size.

the shoe fit pretty much as advertised, nicely made.. They have a new name for the word narrow which has been used in shoes for many many years it is now called slim why I don't know but it does fit like a narrow and would suggest it for anyone who wears a narrow.

Just finished a 3-week vacation in Ireland and UK, most of it walking. We explored old castles, walked some scenic trails, in good weather and bad. All sorts of different surfaces from cobblestone to marble. These shoes held up through it all and kept my feet dry throughout. The soles are great for traction, and the uppers are sturdy enough to keep you in place.
