We had to return a pair of shoes we purchased from Zappos for my mother-in-law. There was no problem what so ever. They were returned with no freight charges to us and we were given immediate credit, which was our wish. We then purchased another pair of shoes and my husband is delighted with them. What a great company. Zappos will certainly get more business from us in the future.

I feel that it is a good product at a good price. Seems to be very well made and I have had Sperry Top-Siders before so I am a return customer. Hopefully my new pair will hold up as well as those in the past. Would recommend. Sizing was right on and very comfortable.

For those who want something different than the standard "Top Sider" this is a great choice. Product was exactly as described and afforded next day delivery. A bonus was they were in stock in narrow. Great service and easy return policy if needed.

Just bought my second pair of these. Hands down one of the best looking casual everyday shoe that I've ever had. Forget the Sperry Top-Sider Orginals, this is a much more refined better look than that for only a little more money. I was fortunate enough for Zappos to have a pair in a size 14 the first go around, but after owning them for a while the leather most certainly does stretch out. I like that though for some reason, but not everyone will. This time they didn't have a 14 and I went for the 13. It is a lot more snug than I'm used to, but it does fit without being uncomfortable and I know it'll stretch overtime as well. Great shoe...love Sperry's.

My 16 year old son loves these shoes. They are good looking, comfortable and they do not smell if worn without socks. They seem to run true to size and the best thing is that in 5 years they will look as good as they do now or even better.

This is the greatest boat shoe I have ever owned. The Mako 2-eye is an all around great shoe. It looks good casual or dressy and comfort is never an issue.

High quality construction. Good leather and finish. I think they run a bit large, but that suited me as I am using them for cooler weather and can wear wool socks without cramping. Excellent value for the price.

These are a really nice boat shoe. Great for wearing with jeans or dress pants, very comfortable and the amaretto leather has a nice shine. As always, Zappos is the place to get them. Ridiculously fast shipping, favorite place to shop online by far.

I got these shoes for my husband to wear both out sailing and as a casual shoe. They look very handsome and timeless, and can be dressed up (worn recently to a cocktail wedding with blazer, khakis, and a tie) or down. He raves about how comfortable they are even without socks, and he can wear them for long walks without any problem. I love these shoes! A more grown-up alternative to the grad student shoe or bowling shoe/sneaker that he used to wear (he's in his early 30s). Well worth the money.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I wore these on vacation in Mackinac where we did lots of walking.

Very comfy. Leather is soft and broken in right out the box. The shoe is unlined so order regular width but go one size down. Zappos gets an A+ for service and what can you say it's Sperry.

These replaced a pair that I wore out over the past few years. Next day delivery fit like a glove and were exactly as advertised. Zappos delivers and would highly recommend purchasing from them.

I have a rather wide foot and these EE fit me well, though I was hoping to find EEEE. The shoes are nicely made. I have worn them a dozen times during the Michigan spring and have not seen any blemish develop on the leather. I wear them to work and they have a nice casual dress appearance. They are a lot more comfortable then I had expected as they do not have a lot of technology in them. The soles are comfortable. I never intended them as boat shoes, but I'm sure they would work out well.

Absolutely fantastic shoe. I wear it instead of my normal skate shoes because it just looks classier without a doubt. The cool thing about them is that you\'re not trading in comfort for looks, you plain and simple get both. I consider top-siders to be the mullet of the shoe world: Business on the outside party on the inside. I grew up in SF but spent some time in southern california and while I was there I got accustomed to wearing sandals everyday (no socks). So these are the next best thing for cold days in SF. I get to look semi-classy while also not having to wear any socks on a cold day.

Wow! I impressed. This was my first time using Zappos but it won't be my last. Purchased shoes for my son who had very specific style and color needs. Could not find them anywhere but Zappos, who not only had them in stock but offered the lowest total price. And they upgraded my order to next day shipping for free! I judge companies on quality of product and quality of customer service. From all perspectives, Zappos is a top shelf organization.

These are super comfy shoes, much more comfortable than I expected. I must admit my personal boycott of the brand due to my Prep-School upbringing. These and blue blazers with shiny brass buttons have not been in my wardrobe for decades. But I was quite pleasantly surprised with these, I may even get a second pair. True to size.

I purchased my Sperry's as an alternative to sandals and as a general summertime kick around. They have always been great in terms of fit; offer more support than a sandal as well as a stronger footing when desired.

My husband is in love with these shoes. He just bought 2 identical pairs from Zappos as it is somtimes hard to find them in a wide width. They are good looking and extremely comfortable from the very first wearing. They look like a much more expensive shoe.

These are the best Sperrys I have ever owned. They are very comfortable. True to shoe size. I wore them outside in the rain and a water droplet didn’t even show up on the shoes. I love these shoes they are AWESOME!

Great shoe - Very comfortable shoe that wears well and is good for any casual occasion. Sizing was perfect. Other Sperry shoes may be a little bit small, but these were true to form. Excellent shipment with Zappos, too.
