Feels like you're walking on air! The cushioning inside is amazing and the shoes are lightweight. However, be careful with sizing. The longer you walk in them, the tighter they felt to me.

This shoe is a little snug and the egg crate insole pushes your foot up and makes for a tight fit if you have wide feet or a high arch. Not good for gals with high arches and thus it is going back. Looks good and will work for flat feet and a normal or narrow foot.

I really wanted to love these. I can tell the Jupiter is a well-made shoe, designed for comfort, and on the right feet, they are likely perfect. I have stout toes and stubby toenails, and my pinkie toe sits lower on my foot than most people, and often feels painfully squashed in shoes while walking - and unfortunately this was the case in the Jupiters as well. One of my feet is also slightly swollen due to a fracture some years ago, and the front top of the shoe was hard enough to case a bruise sensation while walking in that foot. Style-wise, I think the shoe pretty much look exactly like it does on the video. I actually think it's cute, but that's my style. Overall I think the Jupiter is worth trying for pragmatic Mary Jane lovers looking for a comfortable shoe, though if you have specific foot issues similar to might you might have reason for pause. They are super light and well-cushioned. I wish I could love them, but they are just off for me personally in a way that shoes sometimes are for people for whom comfort is a top priority. These are going back. I'm still on a quest for a comfortable Mary Jane shoe. Clarks and Born are on my list to try next.

I have worn these about a week and there is a squeak in the right shoe. Very annoying! I can't return them because I've worn them outside. Very expensive for such a problem!

They feel like slippers and I am on my feet 9 hours a day! Two women who I work with have purchased these shoes based on my recommendation.

This shoe looks better in person than it does in pictures. Unfortunately, the heel is very big. Even more unfortunately, the leather is incredibly fragile. In less than a week, there were significant tears in the leather. I've had my a year now and they just don't hold up. Also called the company directly to see if the insole was removable (conflicting info on different websites) - she said yes, but it's glued in. Easy enough to pull it out, however. I'm in the market for a new pair of shoes now that these are too worn, and I won't buy another pair.

Shoes were so small and tight I couldn't even properly try them on. I even ordered wide which I generally do not have to do. Recommend going up at least a size

This looked like the perfect travel shoe that I was looking for, but it was very disappointing to find that I could not get my foot into it. I had to return them and I have no idea what size I would need to order for fit. Very

The size would have been fine but for the overtight seam over the toe box.

There's no getting around it: these aren't cute cos-play Mary Janes. These are nun-like Mary Janes. Which could be acceptable if they fit, but for those with super-wide toes, the toe box runs narrow and stiff, digging into the top of your foot, and feel oddly heavy considering. I could handle the slightly lumbering look if they felt good, but no go.

I really liked these shoes at first but had to return them. I bought them for a conference where I am on my feet all day and they gave me TERRIBLE blisters. I wore them a few times prior and they seemed comfortable but could not stand up to a full day of walking the conference hall.

Finally! After returning twice, I found the correct size! I normally wear a B width, however, these shoes are so narrow I had to order DD!!! Now that they fit well, they are exceptionally comfortable.

Top layer of leather peels off! I've never had this happen before. It started pretty quickly and has spread to almost the entire shoe. They look like trash after only a couple months. The shoe is comfortable and cute, but the quality is poor. Maybe I just got a bad pair. Very disappointed.

What happened here? I have an old pair, size 8 that are bigger than these. I ordered an 8 1/2 to get a bit more room and these are terrible. My daughter with 7 1/2 barrow feet said these were tight. Back they go??

Unfortunately I could not fit into this shoe. Most 11s are somewhat large but this one felt at best like a 10.

I wear 8 WW or E width shoes. I almost kept this one as the sole support was good with the bumpy feel. It has a little more heel than I like. But I then tried some Drew shoes and were far better! I had to return the Softwalk

I am a female with rather wide feet and high arches. I went up a full size with this order hoping for a little extra wiggle room for my toes. These shoes in a size 10 WW fit like a regular width due to the fact that the manufacturer failed to compensate for the space taken up by their insole. While the insole is quite plush and would have been heavenly in theory, it is so thick that there is not enough room for my foot inside the shoe. I can get the shoes on, but just barely, and they are uncomfortably tight across the widest part of my foot. If you are like me and are "blessed with a voluminous foot" (as I was told by a shoe salesman I know), these will likely not work for you. If you have a regular width foot, you might consider getting a wider width than you are used to in order to account for that thick insole. Aside from the extremely poor fit, these shoes have a very orthopedic look to them that I find unappealing. If they had fit properly, I'd have kept them anyway just to have a pair of comfortable shoes that are dressier than the men's Merrell hikers that are my everyday mainstay (lots of wiggle room in those!). However, I cant deal with shoes that cause me pain, so I will be returning them. This is too much to pay while hoping that they stretch out enough to be tolerable...especially when the shoes are as ugly as these.

I was not pleased with these shoes. The shoes have an uncomfortable fit. I was surprised because I usually have no problem with Zappos shoes.

I ordered size 8M and at first look I could see this was a very small (short and narrow)shoe. Could barely fit my thin (skinny) foot into it. Fit my slim heel perfectly though so I was disappointed about the rest of the shoe. Also definitely not orthotic friendly, insole is not removable and there is no room in this shoe to put one on top of the insole. Unfortunately I will have to return the shoes.

I got these shoes to take on a European trip I love their look and they are VERY comfortable. However, they squeak when I walk! The leather is very shiny - almost looks cheap. I ordered a larger size from another company and they did not have the shiny appearance nor did they squeak. The insoles were even a different color. Causes me to wonder if these are knock-offs ?? Anyway, I love them, but they are going back.

I have EE feet with very high arches, and the top of the toe box severely constricted my feet. I could not wear these for more than a minute.

When I first got these shoes they felt great. Great fit, great support. But after six months of wear the arch support has completely worn down and they are difficult to wear. I expected more for the cost, for six months of wear I could have gone to Payless.
