I ordered 2 pair of Uggs for Christmas and decided I wanted to change one of them for a different type. Customer Service was so helpful. I was worried I wouldn't have the new ones for Christmas but the new ones were sent out before I even got to UPS to return the ones I didn't want. I loved the boots the quality of them is perfect. I can't say enough good about Zappos.

If you have Ugg's and want to keep them looking good, and live in a climate such as Massachusetts, then I definitely recommend this product. I have two girls that have about 4 pairs each and they are still looking good!

If you love Uggs then you will need this product! It will keep your Uggs looking new and if you get them wet or stained this product makes it much easier to clean. I tried the generic water and stain repellent and found the Uggs brand to be much superior. Great Product to protect your Uggs!

I was a little hesitant to order and use because there were quite a few reviews saying that this spray leaves white dots. I chose to trust the ugg brand and order anyway. I'm glad I did! I used it on my new gray bailey button uggs that I also ordered from Zappos and it worked wonderfully. No white dots, my boots look perfect, and they've been out in the rain a few times already walking the dog and they don't have any water marks at all.

My Ugg boots really needed this it was perfect if I wore my boots on a rainy day I'm going to buy a new bottle it's also great for the price and Zappos delivered it in only one day.

This UGG Spray works great on boots protects From getting stained and from rain.

I bought this product because if I am going to pay for a pair of boots then I want them protected. This product is perfect for my Ugg boots.

The Ugg Sheepskin Water and Stain Repellent was super easy to use. I took the packing box my Uggs came in outside, read the directions on the repellent container and sprayed away! Once they were sprayed, I stored then standing up in the packing box. Works beautifully. No mess, no dripping. I left the boots in the box and wore them about 2 days later to a football game. Warm, cozy and when I got home, I just brushed the dirt and moisture off of my Uggs! Love this product and would highly recommend it!

Really easy to use and it works really well too!

I take very good care of my Uggs so I bought this just to be extra cautious. I've had my Uggs for about a month and I sprayed this stain repellent on as soon as I got them, and right now I still have zero stains on my Uggs. My Uggs have gotten some drops of water on them and a grease smudge once but it went away! This stain repellent does its job and it's at a reasonable price.

This product is very gentle on shoes, yet effective! Don't despair if you see wet spots on your shoes once you spray them with the repellent; the spots disappear! So far I am happy with the product.

Really useful product! Keeps the Uggs clean and new! Definitely recommend it as it is not expensive.

Works great to protect Uggs from the water. I would not leave home without it in the winter. Easy to apply and makes clean up a snap.

This is the best water and stain repellent on the market. I use it on all my suede products. Really keeps the water from soaking the material.

Works amazing. Boots have been clean all winter despite constant hiking and walking through mud. Dirt just falls off when walking, doesn't even need to be brushed off.

Great product. I used it on a pair of North Face boots as well and it worked perfectly. It's easy to apply, just spray on and let dry.

I'd already been wearing my Uggs and knew they needed treatment for winter weather. Damp wiped and then brushed the suede and sprayed with the natural pump spray. I like that. Works well.

This product doesn't have the strong chemical smell that other aerosol water and stain repellents have.

This is the only Repellent for your UGG's. Keeps the color brilliant as well. You invested in UGG's, invest a little more for this!

I like the product and it seemed to protect my boots. I did not walk through a high puddle but, in a light rain you could shake the water off. I used the boots in NYC.

Excellent product! I have several pair of Ugg boots, as well as multiple suede boots I wear in the winter yuck...this has been great for keeping my boots in great shape and looking fab!

This product is excellent. It performs just as it should and has protected m Uggs as well as a sheepskin purse that I have.

This stuff appears to work great. I have two pair of Uggs - one I sprayed with Ugg sheepskin water and stain repellent, and the other with a store bought brand. The boots with Uggs spray have no water marks, the other boots show some staining. Zappos is great - it can't be beat in my mind! I'm a regular customer. I live in the middle of nowhere, and now I can get what I want - usually overnight!

This worked great! Used the pretreat option and within the first week I accidentally stepped in a puddle. There was absolutely no water damage.

A must for UGGs. Have prevented water stains on my boots. Not sure what others mean about it changing the texture of the suede. I haven't found that to be the case at all.
