Foot Relief at Last! I have foot pain for several months & have not been able to find ANY shoes to wear to work (I am on my feet most of the time!). These are quite comfortable & provide impact relief. The wide size that I purchased was quite adequate in providing the extra size around my "pinky" toe. These are a lifesaver!

I have spent a fortune on s&h trying to find shoes that would be comfortable for me and allow me to take nice walks and be on my feet for long periods of time without discomfort. As a result of nerve damage during surgery, I have problems with my left foot. Finding shoes to fit properly and give me support and comfort and yet feel nice and light on my feet has been impossible until I discovered the NB WW811. I have them in black & white and I just love what they've done for me. Also, I'm SO impressed by Zappos. How I wish I knew about them a long time ago! I rec'd the shoes within a couple of days and their no charge policy for s&h to receive or send back is so very much appreciated. It makes it possible for me to try more shoes in different styles. Thanks Zappos, for everything!

Review of new balance shoe - I am very pleased with my new, New Balance WW811, they are very comfortable! The service from Zappos was great; I received my new shoes within a very short time after placing the order. The price of the item was also good.

Lightweight walking shoe - Great fit, lightweight and streamlined- no chunky fitting sneaker.

Great fit with good looks. Usually buy 843 so tried these instead. Love at first try on. Insole removes to fit my orthotics. Nice look. Very comfortable. As usual Zappos is the best.

Purchased for walking long distance on concrete - After misery in slip-on shoes for the past couple of years, I pay the foot doctor to tell me I need a lace-up shoe with arch support. This shoe is perfect and looks great with slacks.

A shoe that fits - I found the shoe to be exactly what I have been looking for: comfortable and a true fit for my very narrow foot. I have found Zappo's extremely easy to order from and easy to work with. This is truly a great shoe for me.

New Balance WW811 - Terrific Shoe! Terrific shoe! I buy these for my daughter who has a job requiring her to be on her feet for hours at a time. Since she's been wearing these (this is the third pair I've bought her) she is much more comfortable. Used to experience leg pain but it is minimized since she started wearing this shoe. Looks OK with casual clothing.

Great shoe! I bought this shoe in white (had already gotten a pair in black) and it's the best walking shoe I've ever found. Like all New Balance (I won't buy any other brand) the quality is outstanding, the fit superb and true to size, and I can wear them from day one as if they're already broken in. I have lots of foot problems and really like the removable insole so I can insert orthotics. Also, I wear a narrow, which is hard to find in any other brand. If you buy these, you'll have very happy feet!

Walking Shoes - Extremely comfortable. Nice looking. No sore feet all day & what a great feeling that was. Definitely would recommend them - and Zappos. Great service!

New Balance first timer. These are by far the best shoes I have ever worn! After I had bunion surgery on both of my feet, my Dr. recommended New Balance walking shoes for my kind of work which requires me to be on my feet for up to 18 hours a day. I felt like I could go on forever wearing these shoes!

Love those 811's - I have very difficult feet, plantar fasciitis among the problems and was apprehensive of buying shoes on line. These shoes are super, align my walking, I stand straighter, pain is now minimal and I can shop for hours instead of 20 minutes. Thanks New Balance and Zappos.

Great shoes for pregnant or swollen feet - My mother in law is taking steroids for a brain condition which is making her feet swell. These shoes are really wonderful for her to walk in and she said they didn't need to be broken in at all - they fit great from the moment she took them out of the box.

Very comfortable - ready to wear out of the box - nothing rubs.

Sturdy, comfortable walkers - I am a busy physician who is on her feet the entire day. These shoes give me the support and comfort that I need with just enough style for me to be able to wear them at in the office and in the hospital. The toe box is roomy enough for wide feet like mine. There is gentle but firm heel support as well.

FOR HARD WORKING FEET - I purchased this shoe for my daughter, who is a mail carrier. She reports that the daily pain she had wearing other shoes has significantly decreased. She would recommend this shoe for other postal workers.

New Balance Rocks! I have very narrow long feet and find it very difficult to find any women's shoes that look good and fit properly. In its class New Balance is my first choice. The 4A - 10 1/2's fit and NB offer's 1/2 size's even above size 10 which is very helpful.

Rating WW811 shoes. These are the most comfortable shoes I have tried. Between the three of us we have 5 pairs of this style and intend to order more in the future if you don't discontinue them. I sure hope you keep them in stock.

I would order New Balance Shoes again. I ordered New Balance because I was looking for a really good support shoe. I have Type II Diabetes and was looking for a shoe that could withstand walking all day on concrete without rubbing a sore on my feet. It seems I have found it...

Registered Nurse with Plantar Fasciitis - Very comfortable so far. I have my orthotic in it, and they seem to have excellent support.

New Balance's WW811 (Black) I found the New Balance WWW 811 to be the perfect shoe for me. I have it in Bone and Black. Because I wear custom orthotics I need a shoe with extra toe height as well as a roomy toe base with a normal heel width. The excellent arch support is necessary to keep my foot from over pronating. I had been told by my orthotic specialist that the Etonic shoe did not provide enough support and was allowing the over pronation. The New Balance WWW811 is a wonderful answer to my needs. I'm very pleased with them.

Nothing beats the comfort of New Balance - When I want comfort, and design in a sneaker I always look to New Balance. Have had two operations on both feet, and refuse to wear anything else. Zappos will be the perfect place to order them, from now on. (No more looking around to find sales). Great service and no defective merchandise. Not one stitch out of place, unlike some other places I have ordered from in the past.

Unbelievable comfort - I have a problem finding a narrow walking shoe. This shoe runs true to size; is comfortable and wish I could buy it in other colors (I have the white and grey-beige). I value my walking; shopping and just all day wear of this shoe. I have worn this shoe for years . . . Age 78.

811 vs. 925 - My last three pairs of New Balance purchased for work were 925's. They are a great shoe, but rather expensive and a bit "clunky" looking to me: still the perfect work shoe. I decided to try the 811's & I am very happy with the switch. Nicely lightweight, good support and I am quite surprised with how much I like the non-leather material. They look sharp also. Unlike the leather of the 925's these 811's do not get saturated when exposed to a wet environment. (Work is a food service operation). I purchased a wide as it’s my usual; these feel a bit wider than most. After a few hours on my feet though, the extra width is appreciated. Very happy with this shoe...and Zappos service was perfect as usual.
