Wonderful shoe for teachers - This clog is fantastic...The support is great and if you follow the suggestion on size your feet will thank you. I am on my feet from 6:30 in the morning until at least 4:00 in the afternoon. I will order again. The order was processed and shipped quickly. I am extremely pleased.

Awesome Work Shoe - As a machinist, I do a lot of standing in one place for extended periods of time and this is by far the best shoe I've had for work. It is extremely comfortable and I've had fewer knee and back pain at work since I started wearing it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED shoe and excellent ZAPPOS customer service.

Done with medical school - Weird at first but honestly the most comfortable shoe out there. It makes you taller too. I don't even want to take them off when I get home.

Dansko Professional - I wish the cute women’s shoes came in a 44 they only go up to 43. I wear a woman’s 12 and after 2 returns I finally got the right size. They are EXTREMELY comfortable. I have a hard time wearing my other shoes. I always reach for my Danskos.

Best Shoe for Surgeons - I have just finished orthopedic surgery residency, and SWEAR by these shoes! I was reluctant to wear clogs at first, but now will only wear them, even during office hours. Before finding these, my feat constantly hurt, being on the upwards of 40 hours at a time running around the unforgiving hospital floors. At first they feel awkward, and at times they may feel a bit wobbly underneath your feet because they are so much taller than most men's shoes, but with time your ankles strengthen and you get used to the height. These may predispose you to ankle sprains if you are already prone to them. The durability is amazing, just wipe them clean with virex or super potent hospital cleaner, and they hold their finish well. I had to order one size larger than normal, in every pair I have ordered. I have a VERY wide foot, and the toebox fits very well.

Constant comfort and support - Great shoes... I manage a bank and I am in the lobby from 9am until 6 pm greeting customers and helping my staff. These shoes Look great, and keep my feet from hurting all day long. They Rock.

Culinary Student Says YES! I'm a culinary student who purchased the Dansko look-alikes as part of student chef dress code. After a lot of blistered feet, my girlfriend suggested I get the "real thing"...what a difference! I spend 12 hours/day on my feet in the kitchen...and my feet always feel comfortable. This student chef says buy these shoes!

One_Heel_Spur_&_Two_Flat_Feet - I've never been a fan of clogs until my podiatrist suggest I wear them for my heel-spur, and flat feet. I can tell you I thoroughly enjoy slipping into these clogs. And, the Dansko Professional Clogs are approved by the American Podiatric Medical Association. From now on, I will only purchase shoes that are rated/approved by the APMA - they are "on the mark" with their testing of footwear.

I Finally did it - I work in a bar and at the end of my shift my feet always killed me. Many if not all of the female servers wear and swear by Dansko. They always told me to try them and I would say men don’t wear clogs. Well they finally talked me into it and I actually like them. The first day I wore them I got many compliments from women. I haven’t worn them "out" yet but, I plan to when I ask out the lady you talked me into buying them. Thanks Dansko and Zappos.

Dansko Professional - I had to order one size larger than I usually wear, but these shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I am a medical assistant and do lots of walking on hard surface floors everyday. My legs and feet have never felt better after the end of a long day of nursing.

Fantastic! Once I got the right size, they were perfect!! I usually take a women's 12 and was told to size up. I ordered a 44 to be on the safe side and had to return for a 45!!! The size 44 fit, but very snug - couldn't wear socks. The size 45 are a dream!

Danskos are the best - Last year I bought a pair of Danskos to work in the hospital. After working 16 hours straight my feet and back did not hurt. I bought a pair of proffessionals for my husband who is a tool maker and stands on his feet for 10-12 hours a day. He said his back, which bothers him, is feeling much better. Even though he has taking a ribbing at work beacause they do look geeky, he will continue to wear them.

Reach for them FIRST! I can wear my clogs everyday all day. You can walk and walk and walk and they will still feel good. I love them.

3rd Pair - This is my third pair of professionals. I have the black and brown oiled pairs and just got the black box. Dansko clogs are by far the best and most comfy shoes. I wear them everyday. My wife bought me my first pair a few years ago and I wasn’t so sure about wearing "clogs," but after wearing them once I was hooked. I get compliments all the time when I wear them around. Great service and great clogs!

My new favorite shoes!! I love these shoes. They are so comfortable I wear them almost everyday! I don't even miss my orthodics when I wear these shoes. I love them so much, I'm thinking of buying another pair in brown!!

I bought this shoe to replace a pair I've had for ten years. I love them. They are a bit tight across the top right now, but I am sure with wear they will loosen up and be perfect.

These shoes are very pretty. I bought these to help my back and they certainly do the job. However, I am still getting used to them. My tippy toes hurt a little at the end of the day, as well as the top of my bony foot, since they are a bit heavy. I think with time, I will grow to love them.

Very rich leather and comfortable. My only complaint is they were squeaky on day one of wearing - I didn't have that issue when I "test drove" then at home. Hoping that's a break-in thing and will go away!

I love the way these shoes feel; however, the look of the leather is more like a vinyl than a leather. If you are after something a bit shiny, these are for you, but I think something less so will work for me. Otherwise, like all Dansko's, great shoe, great fit.

These might not be the most high-fashion shoes, but they are SO comfortable! I find flats uncomfortable; these have the perfect arch support. I have a Morton's Neuroma in both feet, but much worse in the left foot; these shoes don't bother it at all. I would wear them everywhere if I could. They come slightly off your heel when you walk, but they're perfectly balanced so you don't feel like they're going to come off (unless you try to walk up a steep hill or run). I usually wear an 8.5 or 9AA; the 40 Narrow fits me very well (the site said an 8.5 or 9 was a size 39, but that was too small and I had to reorder). I wish more of the styles came in narrow width, but I'll take what I can get. I'm wearing them right now with my pajamas and no socks because they're more comfortable to me than being barefoot or wearing slippers. :D

They are very comfortable shoes, good for those with wide feet, and good for those who need to stand on their feet for long periods of time. I work in the medical field, so these are perfect for me. They are a little heavy for extended walking, but are great for standing in one place. The quality is okay. I've had my shoes for only 6 weeks now and already the trim is starting to fray. Also, I bought the same pair about 7 months ago, and they constantly squeaked when walking, very annoying. But overall, they are good for someone who needs a comfortable shoe and is on their feet a lot. As for Zappos, they get at least five stars for customer service!

I liked these shoes when I first purchased them, but I want to caution you about walking in these shoes. I have a job where I walk a lot, and I recently had an accident where my heel popped out and bent over the side of the shoe, and I injured my foot while wearing Danskos. Overall, the shoes are very comfortable if you don't mind having the hard insole, and you walk very carefully in them.

Overall, I give these shoes an 8/10. I have a friend that swears by them and has several pairs. However, I find the hard surface of the sole a little uncomfortable, although I am planning on trying some different socks with them. They also seem better suited for standing and walking short distances (I can see why they are so popular with teachers and nurses), but I notice that I\'m wearing them when I walk the 5-7 minute walk to our other building at work. I\'d like shoes so comfortable, I don\'t notice them.
