I'm not sure what's going on with Dansko. I've been wearing Dansko for years, always a 39 in medium width. I bought a pair in that size of couple of years ago which felt narrower, so when I bought the Professional in Distressed Honey - which I LOVE, by the way; this was a replacement for a pair I've had for 7 years or so - I ordered a 39 in the wide width. Unfortunately, I'm returning them. They are so narrow! For a wide, they're actually narrower than all of the medium width clogs I've had for years. (And I have more than a few pair.) I don't know if Dansko can continue to be my old standby...

i really wanted to like this but not a fan of the uneven color and what look like stretch marks on the tan leather.

Weird tightness around the arch of my food; I usually looooove Danskos but these are weirdly causing blisters.

i am actually on the fence as to whether i will keep these clogs. they are not the comfort i am used to with Dansko.... but the gold was irresistable . somehow Dansko has changed their foot bed and i am wondering if another company is making them?

Too loose on heel slips every step

my instep is too high for this shoe. Otherwise like it.

I’ve worn these for years but this pair cuts into the top of my foot (shallow instep), making these painful to wear more than a few hours. I hoped they would loosen up after awhile but it’s been several months with no improvement. Bring back the original cut!!

Loved the camo print, ordered my typical size 40 in Dansko; however, these were too short. I’m pretty sure next size up would be too big, so very disappointed these will not work out.

The color did not look like the color on-line. I did not like the look of the actual product and I returned the shoes.

I felt that these shoes were to rigid for me to use around the house for my planter fasciitis

40 wide was too big allover; 39 wide too short, my toes are touching the front of the shoe. Where next? Have been having trouble with fit over the past few years. Been wearing Dansko clogs for many years. Always had great fit and the regular width was always just right. Now, the regular width is too narrow and the sides of my feet, esp at the instep, are touching the sides of the clog. I think that people must be consistently misunderstanding the fit of a Dansko clog and complaining how they're too big and too wide because your feet don't touch the sides of the clog or the front. They don't understand the fit and purpose of the true clog and, now, I have to suffer the consequences.

I have worn Dansko's for the past 20+ years and always loved the comfort. I ordered and returned several pairs (4 now) of this shoe in the same style and color because none of them fit like my other Dansko's. On the inside it is stamped that they were made in China and I'm wondering if the China made clogs fit is just not quite right for me. Very disappointed because I love the honey color. My black Dansko's are stamped that they were made in Vietnam and to me, feel more comfortable.

I am disappointed in these only because they are cracking across the top where they should flex. Everything else about them is true to Dansko.

Love Dansko, but disappointed in the print on the clogs. The toes looked faded and worn when Ingot them, but loved them enough to keep. Now, I just need to return and would like to try another pair of the same size and style…maybe a fluke? Thanks.

I bought the same size and width (41 wide) in two different colors, and while the black fit perfectly, the tan/honey color was uncomfortably narrow. It fit like it was not a wide width. Otherwise, it is a very nice-looking clog in a versatile color. The width is the reason I am returning it.

I'm surprised by the reviews saying this shoe is so comfortable; it's not (for me). All through covid I've worn trail runners with my scrubs, so lots of cushion but they're looking kinda ratty. I do like the razzle-dazzle of these shoes but my goodness, they're *heavy* and also zero cushioning. My knees and hips hurt by the end of my work day, and I really I'm not on my feet all that much. I'm going to keep the shoes but I won't buy another pair. I typically wear a 9.5 in shoes so I'm between a size 39 and 40. Initially I ordered a 40 but that was MUCH too large. The 39 definitely fit better but a bit more firm at the forefoot.

These fit differently than other Dansko Professional clogs - they are much larger. I tried two different pairs of my usual size (I have several pairs of Danskos and have been wearing them for years) but these just don't fit. Regular size was way too long and too wide, so I tried a second pair in my size thinking perhaps the first pair was mismarked. Also huge! So I downsized a size and they were the right length, but did not fit over my foot and the arch was in the wrong place. I love the style, but these just aren't going to work for me unfortunately. Its very frustrating to me that a company like Dansko doesn't remain consistent in sizing on all styles. I ordered three pairs and sent three pairs back! I will have to look for an animal print shoe in a different brand I guess....

Although they are listed as wide, they are quite narrow. I cannot tell the difference between this pair and another pair that is not "wide". As a result, I cannot wear these shoes.

I have worn and loved Danskos for over 20 years. They help prevent back pain, especially in my waitressing days. But the Honey color is incredibly inconstant. I ordered a pair that was lovely but too big. I exchanged for the right fit two more times and they fit well but the finish/color was not as nice. Spotty, with much darker toe areas. So I gave up. I’ll have to shop for these in person somewhere instead to find a pair I like.

I have worn Danskos for years. These hurt and truthfully, felt simply miserable. I hate to see them go because I think they're super cute. It seems like the materials are all cheap now and they just don't feel right.

Before I tell you my sob story, I will share size/background details because it is so helpful when others do! In Keen, Dansko, Haflinger and Birkenstock I am a "winter 38" meaning with socks I wear a 38. In summer sandals in the above brands, Haflinger excluded, I usually size down to a 37. My US sizing is 7.5-8. I have a wide toebox, high arches, and narrow heel (duck feet or as my family lovingly calls them, Hobbit Feet). I have a Morton's Neuroma that makes me unable to wear pretty much any other brand. I was a diehard original Dansko wearer until ongoing foot issues made me give them up in favor of fugly Birkenstocks. Now that there are new footbed designs in the mix, I'm back. I am on my feet a great deal for work and at home but I am not a healthcare practitioner and to those in the industry: you are amazing. I am grateful for you and glad you have Danskos on your feet during these trying times. All that said: THE BLACK FLORAL XP 2.0 PATTERN IS IDENTICAL TO THE BLACK FLORAL PROFESSIONAL PATTERN. XP 2.0 IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN COMFORT FROM THE PROFESSIONAL CLOG for those of you with Hobbit Feet like I have. I put that pattern detail in all caps so you don't have to go through the same "what the heck" moment I did, having ordered clogs online that did NOT feel the same as an in-store fit due to an identical pattern on a totally different shoe style. Now that I know the XP 2.0 is what I tried on, I'm even more bummed because the XP 2.0 does not come in the gorgeous Antique Gold pattern that I am absolutely in love with. It is even prettier in person than online, and when it arrived my spousal unit said "those are SO YOU." They are delicate and detailed without the shiny patent leather that I just can't pull off. They remind me of a hand tooled saddle or something equally ornate and unique. Soft sheen without being overly shiny. Unfortunately, the fit of these Dansko Professional Antique Tooled size 38 clogs is ginormous. Easily a full size larger all around (width, length) than any Dansko 38 I have worn. I am a seasoned Dansko wearer so this isn't some "oh my heel slips" gripe. The things are huge all around I have to curl my toes to hold them on my feet like a little kid in dress up shoes. I am attaching a pic of my darling feet in medium weight wool hiking weight socks, and you can actually see my inner arch...makes my foot look so cute and narrow! That is my thumb with room to spare, not a pinky, in any pics. Contemplating trying the same pair in a 37 just for the cuteness factor, but if arch support is as negligible as in this pair will have to say bye to the Professional's cute patterns. For those of you who do not have Hobbit Feet, maybe the Professional is for you. If so, I'm super jealous, and enjoy the Antique Gold. Meanwhile, I'll dance around in my boring-patterned XP 2.0s...my feet will be happy but my soul will be crying for prettier design (hint hint Dansko, if you make the XPs in Antique Gold in a 38 you have at least one buyer). I have used these shoes for a while but they tend to hurt my feet after 8 hours and I used to have some Dansko that were so comfortable.

These shoes hurt my ankle. My chiropractor advised to return them.

I’m a 7.5 but in this brand I buy a 37. If I bout a 38 they would be too long like clown shoes. Only downside is they are tight on the top of my foot so I use a hair dryer to help stretch the leather. About a week after struggling through the discomfort they fit just right. I suffer for the overall quality. Beauty is pain!

They call this wide? I can barely get my big toe in! Have always wanted a Dansko shoe, but these are going back!
