The perfect fit! Sizing was the same as my Birkenstock Arizona's (US 8, EU 38). I was somewhat worried about the shoe looking too bulky and not going with my business casual clothing but they're great. I can even see myself wearing these with weekend/casual outfits. Now I understand why so many people own this clog!

I have worn Dansko clogs for over 15 years and always have purchased a size 40. I wear 40 in Birkenstock as well. I recently ordered 2 different size 40 dansko clogs and both felt tight along the top of the shoe. The open back clog didn't feel too short like the closed back did. I compared the clog to other size 40 clogs I own and it is smaller. So I'm not sure if sizing has changed or if it's the style. Both styles were oiled leather with faux wood bottom which I've not purchased in the past. I have many of the patent patterned styles which fit great in a 40. I ordered a 41 and they fit.

I'm a CNA and am on my feet for a full 12+ hours. I've been a fan of Dansko clogs for years and LOVE these clogs. I'm a bit fan of the classic wood clogs and love the light soles on these clogs. I'm a 40 and they fit perfectly.

As a Dansko newbie, I am THRILLED with my purchase. I suffer from low back and hip pain and after my first day wearing these, the pain is gone! I am in shock. I highly recommend to any professional looking for a comfortable work shoe!

These are my go to shoe for the operating room. I would recommend trying on a few pairs in the same size as there is some variation in the fit. I'm a 9 US and find the 40 is the most comfortable. It takes about two weeks to break them in - they are pretty firm and uncomfortable the first week. They last for ages. My last pair held up to almost daily use in the OR for four years, and they were more and more comfortable the longer I had them. It was heartbreaking to throw them away, but happily the new pair is just as good.

I bought a pair of Danskos for waiting tables almost 7 years ago and wore them daily. I finally wore them out (the top lip of the shoe lost its padding and the leather was pretty badly scuffed in a few places. I bought these as a replacement. I love the "wooden" detail of the sole, I think it adds a little style to the shoes. The only thing I notice that isn't quite prefect about these shoes is that they feel a little narrow. The side of my feet right below the toes push into the sides of the shoes. I've never had to buy wide shoes in any other footwear, but I might consider doing it with my next pair of Dansko clogs

Normally, I take a size 8/12 . These shoes run big. This is the 4th pair of shoes I have ordered. I changed brands because I couldn't get a good fit with the others. The Dansko are too big. I am getting frustrated. I am sorry to have to send these back also. I am going to give it one more try and then I will do something else. Sorry to have to send these back.

I work a lot of double shifts, and these shoes get me through. Although a bit heavy, very supportive and safe in wet/greasy food service conditions.

These fit great and are comfortable for a 12 hour nursing shift on your feet all day!! super cute too.

After a few days of wearing these for a few hours, I am now able to wear ALL DAY. Not one ounce of foot or leg fatigue. I wear them everywhere. Love the way that they feel. Cute designs too.

Wow, this is my first pair of Danskos! It took a couple days to adjust to the height and the ways my feet need to grip inside the shoe, but they are extremely comfortable to walk and stand in. I'm very pleased with them overall.

I waitress and have been a Dansko lover for years. I love the style and the shade of red...it's fun without being too distracting for work. They take a few days to break so be sure to factor that in.

Best shoes ever this is my 2nd pair of Danskos for those of you newbies to Dansko don't be alarmed by the weight you will get used to them. My family & I go to theme parks just about every other weekend which we all know is continuous walking my Danskos prevent my feet from being in pain the day after. I love the different styles, colors & patterns.

I ordered these in size 40, as I normally wear a size 8.5 and these fit perfectly. I especially the finish, as it wipes off easily. I work in hospital and am on my feet much of the day and find these very comfortable.

I love my Danskos! As a teacher I'm on my feet all day and wearing my Danskos gives me very happy feet and a happy back! The colors in pair are absolutely beautiful and I am always getting compliments on them. You can't go wrong with these!

This was a beautiful shoe but I am sad that it did not fit like my old Dansko's. They were plenty wide, but just a tad short such that my large toe hit the front - so I know with wear it will hurt.

You really do need to move up a whole size. I have weird feet, a bad left heel, and I'm a teacher, so shoes were becoming an issue. I read all the reviews and decided to give the Dansko Professional a try. I first ordered a 41, but it just didn't feel right--none of the heel movement that I had read about and my toes would touch the end of the shoe when I walked. After speaking with the more than helpful customer service rep, I decided to go ahead and try the 42 (even though it is the biggest size I have ever gotten and was completely vain about it-I wear a size 10-10.5). I'm so glad I did! This has become my "go to" shoe. It is stiff to begin with but then it forms to your foot so beautifully, you don't want to take them off.

I've tried many nursing shoes over the past 17 years as a nurse and Dansko is by far the best shoe for 12 sometimes 16, hour nights! No more back, knee or foot pain. I just bought a new pair and literally took them out of the box and put them on and it felt like I had them for years. I recommend getting the next size up ( I'm a 7.5-8 regular) and I always order the size 39 and wear a mid weight sock. Love them!

These are amazing! I'm on my feet all day while working at the hospital and I honestly can't believe I wore regular tennis shoes for as long as I did. My feet don't ache after a 12 hour shift like they used to. They're beyond comfortable and they're cute with the scrubs. Love everything about them!
