Run small - They are great to work in. I stand and walk around all day and I love them; however, they run small. I normally buy a 9 1/2 or 10 and I buy an 11 in Danskos!

A great shoe from a great company. I am a huge Dansko fan and I own several pairs. When these came out, I admired them online for months before I finally decided to buy them. Once I got them, I found them to be more adorable than they are in the pictures. These shoes are comfortable and stylish. They look great with jeans, slacks, and skirts - not to mention capris. I get compliments on them every time I wear them. I own them in cordovan and brown latigo... would it be too selfish to order the black ones, too?

Best Dansko’s of all! I'm happy to say that I now own a pair of these in each color. My life is now complete. :)

I heart these shoes - I ordered these shoes two days before leaving on a three week vacation in Italy. I got them the day before and wore them on the plane. Everyone told me what a bad idea it was to walk all over Italy in new shoes but I've had Danskos before and they have never done me wrong. Not a single blister, no sore feet, not a blessed problem at all. I love these shoes and I can't picture ever wearing anything else for long walking vacations.

I have 5 pairs of Dansko and I got them from Zappos. The Marcelle are comfortable, but not as comfortable as the Professional because these are a little narrower in the front. But these look much nicer though and easier to wear clothes with different socks to match your shirts. They run a little small so I had to exchange for 1 size larger than my usual size.

Great! Make sure that heel isn't touching your foot. These are my first Danskos, but many of my friends were already wearing this brand. I learned from them that the best fit is when your toes can wiggle a bit in the box and your heel can move up and down without any rubbing from the heel. In other words, your heel doesn't really touch the back of the shoe if fit properly. I usually wear either a size 6.5 or 7 in other shoe brands, and I have a wide foot. A size 37 in Marcelle was perfect for me. These are one of the few pairs of shoes I can comfortably walk and stand in on the UW Madison campus. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who has to walk or stand for long periods of time. Plus, they look great with jeans, pants, and skirts!

Fabulous shoes! This is a wonderful Dansko style. It's comfortable, has plenty of arch support, and just plain fun to wear! I know you will love them.

Great shoe! Bought these for my daughter to wear to school with her uniforms and she loves them. She is on her feet all day... going to class to class and even outside to different buildings and her feet aren't tired and worn from the long day. Everyone at school is in love with her shoes and all want to have a pair!!!

Love these shoes - I could not ask for a better online shopping experience. Received my shoes in less than 24 hours, which I adore. I am a size 7.5, 38 worked great. When worn with socks, heel does move up and down freely. Being a nurse I look forward to wearing these shoes everyday.

New to Dansko's - I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and my MD suggested Danskos. Thank goodness for the ease of Zappos returns because I have been through many styles. I wear an 8.5-9, but found that in Danskos I needed a 40. The Marcelle is comfy although a bit wide for my foot. Still getting used to the fit, but my foot/heel already feels better. I just received the Professional Oiled Clog and the Madrigal. They seem to fit slimmer and I think I will wear them more than the Marcelle. Overall a good shoe, probably great for someone with wide feet, but there are other Danskos that seem to fit me better. It is also great to get to read all of the reviews from other buyers. It helped a lot when I made my purchase. I work 10 hour days as a nurse and have been telling all my coworkers about the great service at Zappos. Thank you!

Remove the hard plastic at inside heel - I really love these shoes, but the hard plastic at the inside back heel was rubbing my foot so badly I started to think I would never be able to wear these without band aids. Even with socks, that one part of the shoe was horrendously uncomfortable. I decided to chance it, got out my exacto knife, and cut the plastic out. I highly recommend doing this. Be very careful not to cut yourself or the leather of the shoe: if you just cut in small increments, you'll be able to do it. Getting that plastic out leaves the nice soft leather, no horrible rubbing against the back of your foot, and my feet don't bang up against the toe bed hardly at all, which was also a problem. Now my Marcelle’s are perfect.

A Saving Grace - These shoes are a life saver. I am currently pregos and work in the medical field. They are all that I wear and they're more attractive looking in person. I am personally for responsible for getting my fellow workers hooked on these shoes.

Love 'Em! I read some less than great reviews on these (mostly having to do with the seams rubbing against the foot) and so far, knock o wood, I haven't had any trouble. I absolutely love them! They look great with pants, skirts, capris... my only caution is that I typically wear a 39 in the traditional clog and had to get these in a size 38. They are a tad snug but the 39s were too roomy. Overall, great!

My favorite Dansko’s so far! I own three pairs of Dansko Professional clogs, which I adore. They are the only shoes that do not kill my feet...I ordered the Marcelle’s in cordovan Cabrio, on the suggestion of a friend. This was my first time ordering from Zappos. The shoes arrived in one business day as promised, and they are HEAVEN. Every bit as comfortable as my clogs, and SUPER cute. I'm wearing them to the theatre tonight! I have a very wide foot, and usually take a size 10. All my clogs are a 41 and are a tad loose (which is ok, because I like to wear thick socks, and have terrible bunions so the extra room is good). I ordered my Marcelle’s in a 40, knowing that I could return them if the fit was not right. The 40 is perfect. Just right with hose or light to medium weight dress socks. Thanks Zappos, I will definitely shop with you again.

Happy Feet! I saw these in red and had to have them. They are so cute and comfortable, I hardly take them off. My only complaint is the red bleeds onto my pretty patterned socks I bought to wear with them. Since they are the most worn pair of shoes I own, I don't wear the socks with any other shoe. --Problem solved! Cute with jeans, slacks, capris and skirts, they are very versatile. I wear a 6-6.5, usually, and these fit true (37). I feel like "Dorothy" in them, with my ruby red Danskos.

Excellent support, run a little short - I really love these shoes, but I'm starting to wonder whether I bought the wrong size. I normally wear a size 10, sometimes 9.5, and I got a size 40 Dansko. The only problem is my toes really bump up against the toe box when I'm walking outside. Not so much when I'm inside, but I do a lot of outdoor walking to and from work, and my toes are kind of uncomfortable. My friend who is a Dansko-wearer said that the toe box will soften up (and I did try her very broken-in size 40s, and they felt great), so I'm going to keep on wearing them. Next time, I might try a 41, though. With Zappos quick shipping and returns, it's easy to give a couple of sizes a try, and it's a good idea when spending this much money. Excellent support for plantar fasciitis (NO other shoe helped me with that), and for people with high arches, and really pretty with dresses. Worth the money - I'm sure I'll be buying another pair soon in another color.

They're everything I hoped for. I love my Dansko shoes. I'm a 6 1/2 to 7 and the 37 fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I'm on my feet on a concrete floor during the day and these made such a difference! I hesitated for a long time because of the price, but now I'm buying another pair in a different color… and they look great!

My new favorite shoes! I have been a Dansko fan for awhile and these are my FAVORITE! I was a little worried at first that they would fit worse than the Professional Clogs because of the strap, but if anything, the fit is more comfortable.

I love these Danskos! I love these Danskos. They are comfortable for all day wear, girly enough for skirts, safe in a warehouse environment. Awesome. Love 'em, have in wine and black...

Perfect for chronic heel pain! I just got these after ordering them just yesterday! I couldn't wait to get them out of the box. Let me tell you I have actually ordered these exact shoes twice before, I am a size 11ish and not sure which one would fit I ended up ordering a size 41 and 42 DUH! Luckily Zappos has a great return policy. The 42s were way too big, my heel did move up and down freely while walking but my feet also felt in danger of slipping right out of the shoe. The 41s fit perfectly but I returned them BOTH since I felt a bit guilty for paying such a hefty price. I looked around for something cheaper to help me out with my feet. I stand a lot and walk a lot, as the mom of two small kids I really needed something more supportive besides sneakers or Crocs to wear. I also have horrible heel pain from doing a lot of jogging. With these shoes I can walk around the house with NO PAIN in the heel at all. I'm wearing them with bare feet now since these have a natural sock liner that helps keep the feet dry and cool. I guess the real test will be when I walk outside but I'm keeping them!

Love these shoes - Love these shoes; I always get compliments @ work when I wear them. My last Marcelle lasted me 3+ yrs and is still good, but I wanted a new color :) (don’t get white it will get dirty easily). It’s comfy, a little heavy, but you will get used to it. I work 12 hr shifts and my back and feet don’t hurt after all that walking and standing.

Love these shoes! I absolutely love these shoes. I work at a busy Veterinary Hospital and I am on my feet all day long. These shoes are so comfortable and keep my feet and back from hurting even after a 15 hour day. Anyone on their feet all day needs a pair of Danskos!

Dansko Merrie - I ordered these shoes as a more attractive alternative to my other Dansko clogs. Let me tell you--these shoes are even cuter in person! Dansko shoes are very durable and great-quality and these shoes are no exception.

Unbelievable! I recently bought these and am in love! I can't get over how comfortable they are right out of the box. Highly, highly recommend them. I am on my feet much through the day and have decided I need more!

Great comfort, unpredictable sizing - I was in between sizes so I sized down (which was still about 1/2 size up from what I usually wear). They turned out to be extremely comfortable. So much so that I ordered another pair in the same size- which ended up feeling even a little smaller than the first pair. They are incredible comfortable when you find the right fit- if you're trying on, may want to try a couple pairs in the same size to find the best fit! I am on my feet all the time at work and these are perfect. They may not be the most fashionable, but I think everyone in the hospital world has caught on to Danskos so I fit right in :)
