Great shoe - These Danskos look great. I have received many compliments on them. They've broken in nicely over the last couple of weeks though still slightly snug over the big toe joint.

Delightful comfy Maryjane - The Dansko Marcelle is the perfect answer to my swollen pregnant feet as spring creeps in. I've been wearing Dansko Professional clogs for most of my pregnancy, and they're great, so I really wanted something more springy to wear with skirts and the like. The Marcelle was the perfect answer -- look great with skirts and capris, feel great without socks, and the Dansko’s are still the only shoes that I can wear comfortably now at 8.5 months pregnant!

Flight Attendant shoes for sure!! I bought this shoe hoping for an all day on my feet kind of shoe, and that is exactly what I got. I am a flight attendant who doesn't have time to break in a new pair of shoes. These didn't need any breaking in, and my feet have never felt better on a plane!

Vicki - I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and I can wear them with dressy and casual clothes which is what I was looking for. I had to get used to the clog thing and having them be a little loose by the heel, but now I don't even notice. I like that there is a strap across the top so I can make it tighter or looser if I want. They have excellent arch support and my back doesn't hurt when I get home after working all day. I am very satisfied with my choice and highly recommend these shoes.

Marcelle - This is my first pair of Dansko. Been in the medical field for over 10yrs and was always curious. The shoe lives up to its reputation as far as quality. Took a day to break in. Definitely stylish.

Another home run from Zappos - These are my 2nd pair of Danskos--I ordered the same size as the first and they fit perfectly (I wear 8.5 and ordered a 39). The picture doesn't do them justice--they are even cuter in person. Highly recommended!

Great Shoes - I looked around town and priced these shoes elsewhere. Zappos was a great bargain and the shipping was excellent. I received my order the next day after I ordered. I will be coming straight to Zappos next time I "need" a new pair of shoes.

Dansko Marcelle - This is a very good looking, stylish shoe of excellent quality. Although in a perfect world, I would have preferred that it be sewn, rather than stapled. The staples, however are OK and don't diminish its "dressiness" enough for me to reject the shoe. But then, I wear my suede clogs with my "dressy" clothes. Marcelle fits like the Dansko clog, an all-time favorite of mine for comfort and looks.

Great shoes - I love my new shoes!! It is soo comfortable!!! Many people were asking me where I bought my shoes and Ii said online w/ Zappos!!! I hope they make more colors! Thanks Zappos!

Cloggin' to my heart - I love this shoe! Although, I do have to admit it took me a day or so to break these babies in. My feet had to get used to wearing this type of shoe. After the first day my foot was a little "cramped" in the toe area. But after that I have had no problems. This is a great shoe with a lot wiggle room, which I really like. Easy in, easy out, and comfy for the entire foot. All in all, a winner of a shoe!

Great All Purpose Shoe - I am a Dansko fan to begin with, so I expected to like this shoe and have not been disappointed. I bought size 42, the same as all my Professionals and other Mary Jane styles and they fit perfectly. The best thing about this shoe is its versatility. I wore it to a ballroom dance last night and it worked great on the dance floor, yet the soles are not slippery on icy sidewalks. Difference from the Professional: obviously more stylish and looks nice with skirts; the sole may have slightly less traction. Difference from the Mary Jane: much stiffer material than the softer leathers but great toe protection and durability. I plan to take these shoes on a 2-week trip to Europe as my primary shoe. For this purpose, with lots of walking involved, I plan to bring some extra-cushiony socks to assist the rather stiff insole with shock absorption.

Greatest shoes ever! Dansko shoes are most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I will never wear anything else. I have two pairs so far and plan to buy more. I highly recommend them. I have no more foot pain no matter how long I am on my feet.

Dansko Marcelle RULES - Absolutely the best shoes I've ever owned. Put em on right out of the box, felt like they were mine for years. Molded to the bottom of the foot like clay. Very comfy, very cute.

Wonderful Shoes! I have been thrilled with these shoes. They are attractive, have enough of a heel to look dressy under pants, and most importantly are so comfortable. I have Morton's neuroma in my left foot, and had Danskos recommended to me for this reason. This is my third pair of Danskos and I find that the toe box is nice and roomy, preventing that horrible pain I experience with most of my other non-Dansko shoes. I have also been very impressed with Zappos -- returning items and reordering is so easy and quick. I still have not found a Dansko high heel shoe that is comfortable, though :-(

A little narrow in the toe. I have wide toe area and narrow heel, so I am very hard to fit. Even with the tightness in the toe, these shoes are very comfy and I love the look.

I always wear a 39 in Dansko, but in this shoe, the 39 was too short. So I tried the 40. It was way too big! Too bad they don't make 39.5. Must be slightly different sizing for this style than others.

I love Dansko's! This is my 3rd pair of Dansko's. The other two pairs are Professional Clogs. True to Dansko form, these shoes offer the "rocker" motion when you walk, good arch support and comfort. As a teacher, I stand almost all day and I wear these or my other Dansko's every school day, and even on weekends. Like other Dansko's, these slip a bit on the heel, but they are supposed to do that. I tightened the strap, and all was well. I don't have to undo the strap when I take them off, so essentially, they are slip-ons. I've never gotten blisters from Dansko's, even when new. Some people may find them a bit stiff, but again, that's a Dansko trademark. I wear a true size 7, ordered these in European 37/US 7, and love everything about them! The soles are very long-lasting, so you'll have these shoes for a long time before they wear out.

I love this shoe! I have "pump bumps" on both my heels that make my heels ache with other shoes, and these shoes make it feel like I am walking on air. Very comfy and perfect for my heels! Love them! Great foot support!

Awesome! I was disappointed by the felt version of this shoe, I went up TWO sizes and they were still too snug. I didn't give up and I finally found my Dansko. These are super comfy and very cute. They are just the thing for showing off socks that I knit. I love the height boost and the rocker sole, and the deep reddish brown color. I had concerns about turning my ankle in them, as I heard it was a risk, but it hasn't been an issue. I ordered a 39 to fit my size 9 shoe.

Great for standing in one place - I bought my Dansko clogs on the recommendation of my hair stylist. After wearing them, I understand why she loves them. They are great if you have to stand in one place for long periods of time. I live in Chicago so I wait for busses, sometimes for 45 minutes when it is in the middle of the day. Standing on a concrete sidewalk is very tiring, and while I don't like the long waits, I have noticed less fatigue after wearing these clogs. I don't find them really, really comfy for a lot of walking, but with the right socks and band aids (I get blisters), I've managed okay. This is probably due to the shoes only being available in even sizes and so I had to order a half size larger. It felt wider than it should, but that also could be due to having had to order the next even size up. I walk a lot, so I am comparing this to my favorite New Balance shoes or even my Privo’s.

The best Dansko shoe I own - The Marcelle is a great shoe! It's the perfect shoe for my feet. I especially like the height and the color is versatile. I can wear it with everything I own, except cocktail dresses. I have the Sonja clog and the Giselle; both of which I really like; the Giselle is a Mary Jane. When the Sonja irritated the bunion on my left foot I ordered the Marcelle because I had such a positive experience with the Giselle. The Marcelle has enough room for my bunion. Even though the leather is stiff, I wore the shoe right out of the box and my bunion has not bothered me at all. Also great...it doesn't make my size 9 feet look huge. I have the Sonja in 40 because it has no back; but, with the Giselle and Marcelle, the 41 works better for me. The strap helps to keep the shoes on my feet. Although the Giselle doesn't require thick socks, I wear a thicker sock with the Marcelle and it works quite nicely. I also have rheumatoid arthritis and the shoes have not bothered my feet at all. I can wear the shoes for 12 hours and still feel comfortable at the end of the day. Zappos has been great...I ordered several different styles of shoes (Seibel and others) and when they didn't work out, the free returns were wonderful. Thanks Zappos for making my shoe buying a breeze!!

Best Shoe - Very Comfortable - These are the most comfortable shoes. I teach Kindergarten and needed something that I could stand in all day. They are great. I am also 8 months pregnant and these are the only shoes I have worn throughout my whole pregnancy. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Dansko Marcelle - I am very pleased with the speedy delivery, the product quality, and the web site aesthetics are great, I can see every side of the shoe.

I love these shoes! This is my first pair of clogs, so they took just a little getting used to, but I love them! I’m thinking of getting another pair in another color!
