Oh Happy Feet! I have a hard time getting shoes that are wide enough to feel good on my extra wide foot but this one sure does! Looks good, feels good, what more could one ask for of a shoe? I would highly recommend it!

I've been searching for shoes to fit my wide feet now for a few years. I was hoping these would be them but they still aren't wide enough. The laces are too short to tie. Feel a size narrower than advertised to me.

Nice shoe! Finally got my husband to go further then saying "Fine" when asked ANYTHING about them. The width was "fine", the comfort was "fine", and being diabetic, he was able to say they didn't bother his feet after wearing them all day.

Great shoe value - I've worn this shoe for work and liesure. Have had approx. 5 pair over the past 3-4 years. Through the years I've had all the 100.00+ shoes (SAS, Red Wing, etc.) Propet's are a great value! The only negative is that the marked size seemed to vary a bit from pair to pair over the years.

Comfort - For a price that can't be beat, Propet shoes fit my feet. My name is Tom, I bought them from Zappos.com!

I have a hard to fit foot. Wide and thick not very long. I have had several pairs of these shoes. The depth of the shoe is insufficient to allow the 5E to be a true 5E if you have a thick foot. The shoes stretch and finally gets comfortable. They are not very good looking after they stretch but they wear well.

These feel tight for a 5E. I purchase the Propet boots and they fit just fine. Other than tight they feel just fine.

Looked and felt cheap when I took it out of the box, but quite comfortable and great fit. I will order more, for sure.

Good looking shoe - This shoe looks great, feels good all but the width, it feels good for a couple hours....but then it started to hurt the sides of my feet.

These shoes were a great find!!!!!! Needing 5E’s makes finding shoes that fit nearly impossible. Up until finding Zappos.com I would just by 1 size to big 4E’s, walk around in discomfort and wait until the with of my feet broke in the shoes eventually causing my shoes to separate from the soles prematurely. The Propét's Lifewalker I bought are extremely comfortable and affordable. I will definitely consider buying another pair.

A Very Good Buy - This is a very comfortable shoe. I'm on my feet all day and don't get fatigued any more. The slip-resistant sole gives me better traction on wet floors.

Close, but not 100-percent. I agree with others that this shoe runs a little narrow. Also there is some sort of seam or such that irritates my little toe on the left foot. Not enough for a return, but not good either.

Propet Life Walker - Overall, it was a quality shoe. However, since I currently own a Propet shoes, I assumed the width size would be the same. Same maker, same width. This was not the case. The shoe felt abouth a width too small.

Seemed quite narrow for mens size 10 5E -- I'm a female size 9.5 who has been wearing another walking shoe in womens 9.5 2W, but tried mens because feet and ankles are quite swollen and I need more width. Returned because they're not wide enough for me. Nice shoe, though!

Slippery when wet!! I bought these in white to wear in hospitals. I wear 13EEE. These shoes are as immediately comfortable as any of the five pairs of Propet shoes I've owned. But I have to say that if you come in out of the rain and walk on a smooth floor (tile, linoleum, stone, etc.) be prepared for the shoes to slip back as you step forward for a good 200 yards until the soles get fully dry. Never had ANY shoes do that. Other than that they are great shoes.

Did not meet expectations- I was looking forward to these shoes since I'm on my feet 8 hrs a day on concrete. I was sorely disappointed when I was looking for a replacement pair of shoes after 3 weeks. The insole on the inside of the foot collapsed in the left shoe and the insole of the right shoe collapsed on the outside. Talk about an awkward and uncomfortable walk. Also, the toe is unprotected from scuffs and scrapes, and was looking pretty ragged after 3 weeks. I would not waste my money on these.

I am on my feet 12 hours a day as an RN. These shoes are absolutely the most comfortable I have ever found.

Material feels good, and the size seems "spot on." So much more comfortable than my dress shoes or even my loafers.

This is the most comfortable walking shoe I have ever owned. I have always bought Rockports before but wanted to try something different. I'm glad I did.

My husband's foot is small but super wide. He has problems finding gym shoes that fit him. And he knows if he wants me to look on line for him or order him shoes, the only place I go to is Zappos. Anyhow, these fit him fine and he finally threw out 2 old pairs whose fit was a little off. As Zappos had his size and width in stock in this shoe, I just ordered him another pair. Thanks Zappos! You are the best!!

Size ordered initially did not fit. Was amazed how quickly & effortlessly an exchange was handled & without additional cost. Had the new shoes within a few days. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a pair of Reebok sneakers at my local big and tall store (size 16D). While I tried them on I made the mistake of not trying both of them and walking around the store. When I got home and wore them outside I discovered that, while they fit, the heel support was woefully inadequate. I tried to remedy the problem with some Dr Scholl's heel supports but all that did was to jam my toes forward. Because I had dirtied the shoes by wearing them outside (hence not returnable) I ordered a pair of Propet Life Walker Medicare Diabetic Shoes from Zappo's. Wow! What a difference!! Great heel support; great arch support and great fit. Despite a name that makes them sound like one would need a doctor's prescription to order them, they're really a great shoe. Now we'll see how well they hold up (I normally replace sneakers every 9-12 months)
