I love birkenstocks! I already had the Birkenstock Boston (another clog) when I decided I needed another pair. I loved my old Birkenstocks-- my feet always felt great, they held up really well-- so this was the perfect choice. When you find something that works, you stick with it. The size conversion says that a 36 is a 5-5.5...but most of my other shoes are in the 6-6.5 range. In addition, the normal width is slightly wider than normal, but many Birkenstock wearers find this beneficial as they tend to wear thick wool socks with their Birkies. The first day I wore them I got tons of compliments because they're more unique than the very popular Boston clog. I'd recommend these to anyone! In addition, Zappos had them for a better price than Birkenstock directly...and shipped them to me in two days for free! I am completely satisfied with my new shoes and zappos.com!

Birkenstock Eaton - I bought these for my daughter, and she loves them. She receives compliments all the time. We were a bit upset that there were some blemishes on the shoe but blamed Birkenstock and not Zappos. Upon arrival, I called Zappos to explain but instead of just receiving my comments, they gave me a store credit and apologized profusely. I have just discovered this great company, and you better believe that I will shop Zappos in the future over mall stores. Their product is great but their customer service is better. If they can make you feel #1 at all times, I will be a repeat customer over and over!!

Birkenstock Eaton - Fits like a glove. Bought 2 pairs, one for both daughters. They have already molded to their foot and they love them. I have 5 pairs of Birkenstocks. Never a let down yet.

Birkenstock Eaton - My daughter loved the shoes and I am very pleased with the ordering and shipping processes. I was amazed at how quickly we received the shoes.

A believer - I didn't want to have the traditional Birk shoe because everyone does. I did want some for their comfort. These are great! My feet don't feel tired and they look really cute. I ordered a narrow and they don't have the boxy toe look to them like the traditional Birk's. I'm every happy with them.

Your Dollars Worth - My grandaughter has been wearing Birkenstock's shoes for over three years. She still has her first pair still wearing them and they look great. They are worth the money if you take care of them and don't abuse them. Thanks Nanny

Birkenstock Eaton - This is my first pair of Birkenstock's. Everybody told me that they were really comfortable, but I wondered if they were worth the price-and now that I've worn mine for about a month I am extremely pleased. they are very cute and fit like a glove. I normally wear size 8 reg width, but I ordered an 8 narrow in this shoe due to reading that they run wide and I couldn't be happier that I did. I have the chocolate brown color,but i will be ordering some more in different colors because it was so hard to chose just one.

I love my Eaton's - I own a lot of shoes. I love the Eaton. They don't look so "Birkenstock", or as my sister says "Birkenstocks have come a long way in their styles". I have gotten a lot of compliments on this shoe. I highly recommend it!

Birkenstock Eaton - This is a spiffy shoe which comes in lots of cool colors. I had a hard time deciding between olive and rust, and will eventually have to own both. Classic Birky comfort and fit. Added benefit of keeping your toes warm in the fall. Also a nice transition shoe between sandals and real SHOES which enclose your feet.

One of the best Birkenstocks ever! I am extremely happy with this shoe. The fit is perfect, the look is a rich, chocolate suede, and my feet feel wonderful at the end of a long day. I may buy one in every color!

Great Shoes - These are great as Birkenstocks usually are. I love them. The are very comfortable and look great too. In general Birkenstocks are great shoes. I alway order half a size down in any style. Definitely shoes worth ordering

Comfort and Style - I needed a great stylish, comfortable shoe for all day shopping and outing events and this one fit perfectly. I was really glad I picked this shoe when they arrived at my house and Zappos is the best place to order shoes from!

Great new Birkenstocks! I had been looking for a cold-weather Birk and was pleased to find new styles online. The quality was what I have come to expect, but Zappos.com service was really the star. I had my new shoes the next day with no additional shipping fees. Thanks Zappos.com!

I love these shoes. They are a no-nonsense shoe. Just slip them on and you are ready to go. But, unlike most slip ons they have wonderful arch support. They are supper comfy, yet stylish enough to wear to work. If you have never worn a Birkenstock before it will take you a few days to get use to the feel, but once you do you won't ever want to take them off.

Birkies - I wear these as slippers around house as I don't find them particularly attractive. Great for my feet as I have plantar fasciitis. Do NOT get regular width as their narrow width is regular. Trust me on this as I have wide feet.

Birk Clog - I bought these traditional looking Birkenstock clogs for mainly wearing around the house. They were a bit stiff upon arrival (true to Birkenstock form) but are becoming more and more comfortable. I wear them in place of slippers.

I was very excited for these shoes because I have a lot of foot problems. Shoes never seem to have enough arch support, so I could not wait to try out Birkenstocks. Unfortunately, after wearing these around for several hours, my knees and hips hurt tremendously. I thought perhaps I needed to let my feet get used to the footbed more slowly, but with each wear, my hips and knees still hurt. The footbed is quite hard, and this is most likely attributing to my pain. I guess the search for shoes that will keep my feet happy continues.

I thought they looked lovely in the pictures, but in real life they're not as pretty. The top seam rubbed my big toe, so they went back to the store!
