Blown Away - I read a number of reviews (10 out of 600 something!) before making my decision to buy the Cabrio. I am suspicious of reviews in general (could be the competition writing in). I tried a pair on in the store and was initially a little nervous because they were so stiff. Loved the look, so I bought them on Zappos anyway. They have nearly replaced my athletic shoes that I have worn for work for 30 of my professional years! They were immediately comfortable - not in a molded squishy, softy way - but in a "we are on solid ground, I've got you sort of way." It is an understatement to say I love them. They are not for everybody however. My Birkie wearing co-worker couldn't stand them on his feet because of the slipping heel.

star for all season - At first I was reluctant because I just had it for the fact that most of my co-nurses are wearing it, but i was surprised that when I wore them I felt so comfy. Since then I never stop wearing them.; also they are very easy to clean! This shoe makes my day!!!!

Registered Nurse - As a nurse, I am on my feet all day (12 hour shift). These shoes are very comfortable and provide the arch support I need. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great clog! I have this shoe in the black Cabrio and I love it! One of my friends only wears Danskos so I thought I would try them. I had to order a size up (I normally wear a size 9 or 40, but wear a 41 in Danskos). My feet never hurt when I wear them. I work in a business casual office and I think they look great with either long pants or jeans. I also have the Sonjas in the cordovan color. I actually like the closed back better as my pant cuff doesn't get trapped under my heel.

So comfortable!! These are the most comfortable shoes for long shifts! My feet never hurt at the end of a long shift. The added a few inches to my height so now I have to buy long scrub pants but I love it! I have few friends that own them as well and they have had there pair for 5 years and just replaced the insole inside. Sooo worth the investment. The leather does stretch out, so if they are a little tight at first don't worry, they will be great in 2 days of wear.

The leather will stretch a bit! I really enjoy my Danskos. Workmanship, comfort, and style are perfect. I tried a 40 because I usually wear a 40 in Keens. I found a 40 to be too small in the Dansko, so I opted for a 42. They fit great at first, but they are just a bit sloppy now when I wear them with a thin sock. The leather still looks wonderful, but it has stretched just enough to make it extra roomy. I will opt for a 41 next time.

Ugly Comfort - These things are pretty hideous. I mean, let's be honest here, BUT if you have to be on your feet 14+ hours a day, 6 days a week like us lowly med students, these shoes are a must have! Very, very comfortable. I don't think I could run away from a psych patient because the shoes are supposed to slip on your heel some, so I'd keep that in mind, but for standing and medium-paced walking, they work well!

Great shoes for 12 hr shifts - I work 12 hrs and my feet are always comfortable, excellent support for legs and back.

Great all around shoe - My daughter bought me a pair of the black ones and I loved them so much that I bought these as well. In fact, as soon as I have a few more shekels, I would like to get a few more pair in other styles. They are extremely comfortable especially with my high arch. My feet used to ache all the time, but these are amazing.

Most comfortable shoes out there - I've never had Dansko's before. These are the most comfortable shoes out there. They do look casual, but the Cabrio color is very nice and elegant. They immediately became my favorite shoes.

Dansko Professional Cabrio - I absolutely love these shoes!!! I have very flat feet and these are the perfect shoes for me. I have 2 pair, black and brown. They are worth every penny!!! I wear a 10 but had to order a 42 for the best fit. Also, thank you Zappos for great customer service.

Great shoe, but a little snug. I adore Dansko products! This is my fifth pair of Cabrios and I love them. I wear them for 10 to 12 hours a day due to my profession which has me on my feet all day long. For some reason, the most recent pair I bought from Zappos had some snugness, especially in the right shoe (I did purchase the same size and width I normally do, so I don't know why there is such a discrepancy). Hopefully they will stretch out a bit.

Good shoe for work - Bought these for work, very comfortable and I work 12 hour shifts. It does take a couple days to break them in but after that they are comfortable.

No tired feet or knees with this shoe - I heard this shoe is the one to get if you are on your feet all day. It really is amazing how much better my knees and feet feel after standing on them for 8 hours. I recommend these to anyone who has to stand for long periods of time. I am usually an 8.5-9 but I went with the 40. I tend to wear thicker socks and they fit nicely. They are too loose if I wear thin trouser socks. Also, I have wide feet and the regular size is perfect. Definitely order the narrow if you have narrow feet.

Great looking - I have worn Dansko Professional Clogs for years. When I was a floor nurse they were the only shoe that felt comfortable all day. I love the look the Cabrio; they are great with jeans and dress pants.

6 Stars Out of 5! I love these shoes. This is my second pair of the black cabrio. My first pair, now six years old, travelled thousands of miles, trekked Europe and got me thru lots of catering jobs! I only decided to get new ones because my feet changed sizes from childbirth and weight loss and gain. A little polish, and my old ones still look great!

Great shoe for the medical world - First off, Zappos is amazing. I ordered this shoe at 7pm and got it by 12noon the next day (with free shipping!). This shoe is awesome. I am a medical student with apparently horrible feet seeing as I have had to buy about 10 pairs of shoes to find one I can stand all day in without getting blisters and dying of pain by the end of the day. I overpronate and have patellofemoral instability which causes foot and knee pain. So far, so good with these shoes. I was confused on what leather to get, so I called customer service. They said, the box leather is more stiff leather and more "utilitarian". Although, if it scratches, it scratches to white, whereas the Cabrio is black throughout and will hide scratches better. If you use acidic cleaners and are planning on spilling them, the box leather might be better though. With the black color though, the Cabrio is nicer looking and will stand up to blood, urine, or other things that might get on them. Now although I don't have experience with the oiled leather - the nice lady said blood is more likely to saturate into that leather. Hope this info helps some other people, too.

Great commuter shoe for a city-slicker and not too casual to wear around the office. Fit is a little snug, but they're softening up quickly. No more foot pain no matter how much I walk and run. Great service from Zappos to boot.

Cabrio - I love this shoe. I originally bought a pair for work. I have been a nurse for 39 years and these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. And these are the only shoe that I can wear without my orthotics and be comfortable. I work all 12 hour shifts and these shoes were comfortable right out of the box the first day!

GREAT SHOE - I loved the fact that I needed the shoe for Saturday and I ordered it on Wednesday, rec'd on Thursday, put it on and left for dinner out with my family. The shoe looked great, felt great and I knew I had made the right choice for my massage practice with Dansko. The break-in time was nil and I couldn't have been happier.

Dansko Cabrio Professional - I returned the Professional Dansko in the bone color and exchanged them for the Dansko Cordovan Cabrio Professional. I wear them all the time, even when I am not at work nursing the night shift for 12 hours; I wear them with my jeans. The only problem is I wish I could find a pair of dress shoes as comfortable as the Dansko’s. I am a Danskoholic. I would recommend these shoes for any one. I wear a size 8 so I ordered them in a 39. This is my 5th pair. I can't get enough. Zappos is great to order from because if they don't fit right, Zappos will take them back, free return shipping and ship out a new pair without charging the customer again, only if there is a difference in price. They wait for the return in good faith. My new pair came overnight without any additional shipping costs. What a great team, Zappos and Dansko. Thank you for making me feet feel so fantastic during those 12 hour shifts.

Great shoe. It has all been said before. Simply the most hideous looking, most comfortable shoe on the planet. I have 3 pairs and in an 11 they are anything but cute. However, the comfort surpasses all else. I love them; they are like they were made for me.

Love these shoes!!!!! I love my Danskos! They are so comfortable. They are the only shoes I can (or will) wear 12+ hours at work that keep my feet and legs feeling good. My feet and legs feel less fatigued when I wear these shoes. I also have a pair to wear at home and a pair for running errands. They're worth every penny.

Proof of value of Zappos to mankind! I have worn these for years and this is the first time I could find the exact right size - stores never carry every size, but Zappos does! My friend bought them at another retailer and even though her heel rose and fell as they're supposed to, they were a tad too small. I too always find them slightly too small or slightly too big. Also, for some reason NY stores are only carrying the oiled leather ones this year, not the Cabrio, which is the nicest finish. So, thanks Zappos!

Ouch! I felt like Cinderella's stepsister... I received the Cordovan Cabrio, and thought they were very, very good looking shoes. After clapping my hands with glee, I tried to put them on...no luck! (I couldn't give a rating for the arch support b/c I couldn't even stand up in them to see!) I actually thought I was trying on an 11 (I'm 12 N) and double-checked the box. Rats. Maybe Dansko can expand into the 12 & over sizes.
