Great arch support - I have other Danskos but the Professionals are my favorite. After six years of NYC sidewalks, I wore out my first pair. I have had my second pair for about a month now and the fit and arch support is great. One strange thing about them, however, is that the bottoms make a squeaky sound on every type of surface I walk on, except carpeting. I do not remember that happening with my first pair.

Great shoe - After 11 years I decided to replace my old black Dansko clogs - I was happy to get a new shiny pair with all the comfort of my old set. I always feel good about getting a pair of Dansko's.

Most comfortable shoes EVER - Bought them for my daughter for Christmas...She said they are the most comfortable shoes she has ever worn. She is on her feet all day. The style is a little clunky but is worth it for the comfort. She was caught in a snow storm yesterday and didn't slip on the packed snow and her feet stayed dry!

Dansko Cabrio - Excellent arch support. Will not fit wide feet or high instep. Love these and they look great!

GREAT and COMFORTABLE shoe!!!!! I am a flight attendant, and on my feet for sometimes 11 hours a day and these are the most comfortable shoes. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day at all, and they look great on!!!

Danskos professional cabrio - I have been wearing this style shoe for at least 10 yrs. after seeing chefs using them over the years- I decided I should try them myself. In the restaurant business for 30 yrs - I find these to be the most durable, safe shoe to use. They last longer than any other brand I have tried, and they look good to the end! I have learned (for me) to order 1/2 size larger than usual, but think that is due to my using an 8 1/2 size American & translating to European sizing. Also I usually order a wide size & I do not need to with this style. This shoe was for professionals originally, & over the years has become very mainstream-which is good, not only for the manufactures but also for the general public. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have & will continue to do so. p.s. some people have told me they think they are heavy, I guess they are compared to some other shoes-it's all relative I guess. Maybe that's why they last so long!

Best shoes for achy back and legs and feet! I own 2 pairs of the Dansko Professional clogs and love them. I'm a part-time food server and these shoes and the great arch support help me with lower back pain to knee pain as my restaurant has hard concrete floors! "Now I just live in them at home" as we recently installed hard tile floor in my home! "No more thick carpet padding." They do feel a little different from my older Danskos that are made in Poland and Denmark. I don't know why I ended up with a pair with a right shoe feeling larger than the left, maybe because they are hand-made and the craftsmanship can be off! However, Zappos was super fast and friendly in sending out another pair to try on. I wear an 8 1/2 in generic shoes and a 9 in Nike sneakers, and order the 39 and they fit perfect. I wear these Danskos with a thin sock. There should be room for you heel to slip up and down and after some wear they will mold to your feet, toes and Bunions with the prominent bump on the side as the leather gets softer and stretches in the right spots.

Be prepared to break it in - These shoes were purchased as a gift for my college aged daughter. They ran/fit true to size. She wore them to work two days in a row and had no complaints about her feet hurting (she is in retail and on her feet most of the time). What she did experience was some soreness and a blister on the tops of both her feet where the shoe comes across her instep. She appreciates the fact that the toe area is boxy enough to accommodate heavier socks and therefore keep her feet warmer.

Helpful for Morton’s neuroma - These shoes are very helpful for my Morton’s neuroma. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5, and I wanted to make sure I had enough room, so the 39 is perfect. They are the most comfortable shoes I have! I still have problems with the neuroma but these shoes make a tremendous difference!

Great shoe! This is a dressy looking shoe that can be worn in s now or rain, as it has a thick and sturdy sole. I have had one other pair of shoes identical to this and it has worn very well. I would definitely recommend this shoe to anyone who wants comfort AND style.

I bought these for my daughter-in-law and she loves them! She is a nurse in a very busy hospital and is on her feet all day. She says that they are exceptionally comfortable and stylish. Thanks for such a wonderful product!

RDA loves shoes! These shoes are wonderful! I had a college roommate that owned a pair and they were the most durable, comfy shoes she's ever owned. Now that I'm out in the real world and on my feet all day I had to buy a pair. My co-worker liked them so much she bought a pair as well! I wear a 7-7.5 so the ordering was a little tricky. I decided on the 7.5-8 and was very happy! Both sizes fit but I live in a cold climate and wanted to allow for thick socks.

Great purchase - This was the second purchase I have made from Zappos and, again, could not have been happier. My small shoe size is hard to find locally, but Zappos has a great selection. The free shipping is a bonus too.

Another great pair of Dansko's - This is the 3rd pair of dansko's professional cabrio that I have purchased. I am a resident physician and wear them at least 6 days a week. Each pair last about 1 year before wearing down on the foot bed. I recommend them to anyone on their feet for long work days.

Best shoe I ever purchased - I have owned this model of Dansko's Professional clog for over 4 years. This time I purchased one of a different color. Now I own a black, a cordovan, and hickory. These are very comfortable shoes that do not require lacing. There is no need to bend and use your hands to put these shoes on.

I normally love Lugz for their durability and (mostly) understated fashion, and I loved the look of these. However, the Checkers don't have very much padding and they rubbed and scraped my Achilles from the first day of use. I'm going to try some foot pads from the drug store but I fear I wasted my money on these.

I ordered this shoe for a Christmas gift for my friend, a hair stylist. She was very pleased with the comfort, fit & style. I was very pleased with the quick & easy service from Zappos. Thanks for helping make my Christmas shopping easier.

3-12's and my feet don't hurt - I'm an ER nurse and spend my whole 12 hour shift on my feet, after 3 nights in a row I'm tired. . . but my feet never hurt! I've tried out a lot of different shoes, Birkenstock, Clarks, LL Bean, but for work Dansko clogs are the most comfortable and easy to keep looking professional. Not to mention they make me a little taller! I have a rather wide foot, and these are comfortable right out of the box.

Dansko - Great shoe. I went up a whole size and wish I could have done a half size. I will definitely buy these again. Classic clogs!!

These shoes are incredible. My feet used to hurt all the time until a restaurant owner recommended Danskos. She made all her employees were them! Now I understand why. If I want to have happy feet ALL DAY, these are the shoes I wear. Now let me tell you about Zappos. I ordered my last pair on Thanksgiving evening. They arrived the next day! I'm truly impressed with Zappos!

Excellent shoe - I work in a kitchen and I stand on my feet all day usually no less than 12 hours. These shoes are excellent for that kind of strain on your feet. I wouldn't use anything else, and highly recommend. As for color preferences, I prefer the hickory or cordovan cabrio.

Gotta tweak the sizes--then, wow! Among THE best shoes I've ever worn. Comfortable, can wear all day and still feel fresh. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and after wearing these, I'm looking no further. Zappos service is top notch. Fast fast fast! One bugaboo: I ordered the size I "always" wear in European sizes. I could not get these shoes on. Well, I could get one on, and quickly lost my feeling in that foot. I knew they took a bit to "get used to," but that was ridiculous! I understand until recently, Dansko stapled clogs were made by Sanita, but that Dansko ended that relationship the other year and are now making their own. I've heard that the sizing on the new Dansko can be a bit tight. Okay, so--on a lark--I ordered a pair of Sanitas (same type leather, same size, same color!): and WOW, perfection! I don't know what to say. I LOVE my Sanitas and am looking no further. Perhaps if I went up a size in Dansko? But the Sanitas fit perfectly in my size.

Great shoe! I have owned a pair of black professional Danskos for over 4 years and love them and wanted to get a brown pair as well. Although this pair is slightly darker brown than I would like, I still absolutely love them. I like that they are versatile and could be worn as casual or kind of dressy.

Great shoe!! I had a very bad heel spur and this shoe gave me a lot of relief. Very comfortable. I have gotten lots of compliments at work too. If you like a clog look, you will love these shoes.

My podiatrist told me that Dansko was the shoe I should wear to help with heel spur pain. He was right. I have two pair of Professionals and I love them. My only complaint is that I wear a 44 and there are few color choices in that size.
