Bought this shoe for a sufferer of diabetic neuropathy. Her feet are very sensitive and these are the only shoes she will wear...and Zappos is the only place we can find them!

As a diabetic my feet are super sensitive & comfortable shoes are hard to find. These are a life saver with the ww width, lots of toe room and low heel in the back. The high rise on most sneakers heels are not comfortable. I can actually wear these a full 8-10 hours.

After reading all of the positive reviews of this shoe, I bought them and couldn't be happier! I have done a lot of pain free walking ever since! I highly recommend them. I love that they come in wide width, too.

I usually wear size 7 1/2. However, this shoe was too large. Zappos was great and exchanged it for a size 7, which fits much better. The shoe fits correctly on my narrow heels (no slipping) and also seems to have enough support and cushioning to not aggravate my plantar fasciitis. I bought this shoe to wear to work (medical office lab) with scrubs because I wanted smooth leather (for easy cleaning) and a more sleek style that wasn't bulky like an athletic shoe. I am pleased with this shoe.

This is probably the most comfortable walking shoe I have worn in a long time. It has nice arch support and good cushioning.

This shoe is very comfortable. I have high arches and bunions and it its difficult for me to find a shoe that fits well, feels good and looks good. This shoe has done all those things for me.

Very attractive comfortable shoe. The soft leather is great is great if you problems with your feet like I do. I need a very wide shoe. I received several compliments on these shoes. I always wear shoes a few times for a few hours at home to make sure I won't be uncomfortable, but I was good to go with these wearing them for several hours at the get go! I have lots of problems with my feet including bunions and cross-over toes so that says a lot for these shows. I will for sure purchase these again.

These have a simple, clean look and are comfortable. I first tried the Narrow and it was too loose in the heel, so I tried the Slim and it fit better.

These shoes are great. They required no break-in time. I was able to wear them for 14 straight hours the first day (I am a Nurse). They are not too heavy that you end up dragging your feet, and have some arch support. There are no decorations, just a plain white shoe, great for work.

True to size; well fitting shoes. I use thee for walking and even Zumba classes. Yes, they are wide enough. A good looking shoe. No pinches.

WOW! How did Zappos deliver my shoes to my doorstep in only 17 hours? (They were sent from Kentucky to California!) I ordered them last night at 10PM and they were delivered by 3PM today. What service! These shoes are replacements for my old pair of Naturalizers. They’re comfortable and durable. Width-wise, they are very forgiving and accommodate my orthotics nicely. I love the shoes, but Zappos’ fast service is even more amazing.

As one who grew up when customer service was the rule, not the exception, I want to send praises to Zappos! Although I have only dealt with Zappos twice, I was extremely impressed with the quality of customer service and efficiency with which my order was handled. My shoes arrived in two days and that was during the Christmas season. About the shoes, I live in a small town with almost no choices for shopping. I am a teacher who frequently must order plain white comfort shoes that I can get by with wearing with my professional clothes on a bad foot day. For months I tried to beat the price. Finally, I ordered the Naturalizer Finalist knowing I would have to send it back if it hurt my bunion.Since the moment I tried them on, they have been as comfortable as slippers! It's as if a little old shoemaker crafted them just for my feet! I'm not surprised that all the other online vendors were out of stock in my size!

Finalist - These shoes wear very well and the comfort of these shoes are second to none. Would recommend to anyone.

This is my favorite walking shoe on earth. It is light, has good support, and is not clunky looking. Oh yes, and my skinny feet are happy that the shoe comes in slim sizes.

Great Shoe - I bought this shoe for my 88 year old mother. It has great support and is very comfortable. She has been wearing this brand for years.

Extremely comfortable shoes - I work in the health care field and am on my feet all day; these shoes are really comfortable. They feel great the first time you put them on. I've been wearing this style for years. I love them.

Well pleased - This is my third pair of the Naturalizer Finalist. It seems to be the only shoe I can wear and be on my feet all day. I wish it came in black. I hope they are not going to discontinue this one. It is the only one I have found I can wear.

Love this comfortable shoe - Love this comfortable shoe. I have wide feet as well as bunions. I find these shoes to be the solution to my hard to fit feet. And the style is so good looking too.

My FAVORITE sneaker - These sneakers are truly like gloves for the feet. I have many foot problems as well as severe arthritis in my feet and these shoes are the answer to my prayers for comfort as well as good looks!

This is the best 10 hour shoe. I am on cement floors for 10 hours a day and my feet don't hurt when I where this shoe.

Naturalizer finalist - I ordered this shoe for my 81 year old active mom who wears an 8 1/2 3A. It has helped her plantar fascia since the arch is pretty good. Since there are only about three companies that I know of that still make narrow "tennis" shoes, we opted for this one because it wasn't too clunky. She loves it. It was true to size and she may order another one to have on hold in case next time around there will be no one making narrow tennis shoes anymore.
