I kept the third copy. The first (size 9) was too short, but the narrow width (B) felt good. The second (size 9½, but seemingly made in a different factory since the labeling was different) was identical in size to the first - bad quality control. I measured really carefully. The third (also 9½) was the same labeling as the first, so it was a half-size larger than the 9, and it fits. Brand new, so I have only worn them for a while, but the fit is better than the last 10 casual shoes that I have tried. It is hard finding narrow. I generally do not like waterproof shoes because they get hot, and a few reviewers have said they do get hot. We will see.

I have 15 6E size of this shoe. My feet need a VERY wide toe-box. There are very few shoes available of any brand that will fit my feet, but these do. I have had them for years and they are still going strong. I have only applied black polish and replaced laces. I will order a second pair simply because I cannot find any other shoes to fit me. I have ordered probably 20 shoes from different retailers in recent years and have sent back 19. Note to show makers. Make wider shoes!

I have really wide feet. While on vacation in Boone, North Carolina I bought a pair of Windsors, and was surprised to find they had my size 8½6E I stayed in the U.S. ARMY because they had my boots and shoes specially made. The Windsors by far were better the ones in the army. I purchased them in 2013 and they are still going strong. Thank you!

I bought a New Balance walking shoes (black) years ago and I like the fit. I wanted to get another pair in brown. A shoe specialist recommended this brand to try. I like the shoes, have used it to walk for hours in city streets, they are comfortable with the pair of cushion inserts I have been using with my other shoes. I plan to order a set of the same type of shoes in black.

I have a difficult (wide) foot to fit and initially ordered a pair of Rockport walking shoes from Zappos which unfortunately did not fit. Zappos Telephone Customer Service is perhaps the best I have encountered & easily "walked" me thru the very easy return process. I immediately ordered a pair of Dunham waking shoes which are a perfect fit. The Zappos website is incredibly easy to navigate with an equally incredible large selection of shoes. I am a very "happy camper" (or is it customer?) and look fwd to making future shoe purchases from Zappos?

Wow! Finally a good pair of shoes that fit my narrow feet. I was concerned about someone saying that they can be slippery in wet conditions. I literally walked all over some wet streets and didn't have any issues. These shoes are very durable and will last you a long time. Price is a little high, but definitely worth it. I recommend trying these shoes.

Very practical, comfortable, casual shoe Note: the sole and heel are all one piece, like a sneaker, so Dunham does not expect e.g. heels replaced. My shoemaker says he does it anyway.

Great shoes for my teen who has REALLY wide feet. School uniform compliant & very comfortable out of the box. He says it's like he's wearing sneakers. Highly recommend...because he's very fussy about shoes & comfort.

I ordered these shoes for my husband who has a hard time finding narrow shoes. The first pair we ordered were very comfortable and he liked them very much. After wearing them for a few weeks one shoe developed a wrinkle in the lining which was rubbing his toe and making it sore. Yay for Zappos, they immediately sent a new pair and took the old pair back. The new pair is perfect. He loves having a choice when looking for his size, and only can find choices at Zappos.

Only at Zappos could we find a 8 6E for my husband! He says the shoe is comfortable and he's relearning to walk in shoes that actually fit. He's pleased with the style as it fits with his business casual work. There were other shoes this size that had velcro and that would not work.

Purchased this shoe because I needed a very wide width to accommodate my ankle brace. The shoe works very well with my brace and feels very comfortable.

I have wide feet and suffer from bunions. I am on my feet much of the day and needed shoes that were comfortable. These fit the bill. They came in the extra wide width, true to size and are extremely comfortable. I would recommend these shoes.

My husband has worn these shoes for a few years now....we order new ones every 6 months! He says they are true to size and very comfortable. Nice to see Zappos carrying bigger sizes,14 WW. Looks great with sneakers or khakis. Also great in New England winters! Good on ice!

The Dunham Windsor is an excellent shoe; very well constructed, comfortable and true to fit. I have high arches so I slipped in my custom insoles - good to go! Zappos has a huge selection of shoes and sizes, and I'm a hard fit, (14 B). And if for some reason you're not happy, you can return it on their dime. No way you can beat that!

Exactly what I needed and wanted!! I've had such a nightmare purchasing shoes that I can't really venture to say whether they fit true to size, but I know that they've been the only shoes I've worn since I received them. The tongue is a little stiff, but I'm still loving them. Especially since it's been snowing like crazy around here...

I have a very narrow size 15 foot, which makes it tough to find a variety of shoes. I am very happy I found Dunham shoes last year. I wear them all day in my school, and I just bought another pair. They have been very durable, and since my feet are so skinny, my Sole insoles snug them up to fit just right. Please keep making the variety of sizes; it's appreciated. I would recommend Dunham to anyone.

I've had a black pair for at least a year. I wear them just about every day in my school, so I just ordered a brown pair. I wasn't familiar with the brand when I first got them, but size 15A's are tough to find, so I got a pair. I have been very happy. The high ankle helps them stay on my skinny feet, and they have held up very well. Fairly casual looking shoe, but more than dressy enough for me.

Width was fine; however, it was a little tight at the bottom of the laces. This wore down over a week or so as I broke the shoes in.

My son loves these shoes. He said they were more comfortable than the New Balance shoes he has had for years. With a size 13 6E we are thrilled to add another shoe manufacturer to our list of shoes that fit.

I originally bought these shoes to keep my feet warm. They do an excellent job of that. They are truly water proof and very comfortable. My feet get cold very easily so my pair has seen a lot of use during the winter. They have held up well. I'm on year 3-4 and the only issue with the shoe is a slight separation of the upper from the sole. I will buy this shoe again when the current pair wears out.

I have worn this Dunham Windsor for two weeks now and it is a great shoe. Just what I expected ! The Zappo service was amazing also ! I'll be looking forward to my next order with Zappo's . Rick

I work in sales at a car dealership and log seveal miles a day. These shoes are very comfortable and supportive. The soles appear to show little wear for the amount of time I have worn them. I love that they are waterproof. I've walked through some puddles that came over the sole and the water just rolls off.

Great shoes! Size is an issue for me and the Dunham Windsor fit was great. Zappos for all my shoe needs.
