This is one of the most durable and most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I do drywall for a living and I can tell you is that shoes wear out fast. I have had the shoes 10 months of hard use.

Ordered these for my husband. He has had several pairs and loves them. He said they feel wonderful from the first wear - no break-in period needed. Will definitely order again.

These are very comfortable. The toe is boxy. The sole gives good support for a large person. They can be a little warm during our record summer heat.

Life is much better with a good pair of shoes. These are comfortable, durable (more than 3 years with a minimum of care), and waterproof to boot.

I've owned the same pair of these shoes for more than three years, wearing them nearly every day, and while they've gotten a bit scuffed and frayed, they're still as sturdy and comfortable as when I first put them on. I've had plenty of opportunities to confirm that these shoes are indeed waterproof, too. I couldn't be more impressed with these well-made, comfortable, reasonably good-looking shoes.

Needing to wear braces on both legs this model is the only shoe I have found to meet my needs. Need firm heel and clearance for my high aches.

It seems that shoe sizes increasingly have little connection to historic shoe measurements. But leaving that aside, the Dunham Windsor is very comfortable.

Thank God, I can get these shoes and in a very timely manner - that is - when they're in stock. Great service from Zappos. As for the shoes, I'm a little biased: I *must* have 6E width and the ability for the shoes to take prosthetic inserts. Three cheers for Dunham.

Very pleased with purchase. They were very comfortable the first day I wore them. Well made with double stitching on all seams. Seam to run narrow, I had to exchange from n to a med width which fits great.

I ordered these shoes for my husband for Christmas. They came very quickly. My husband already had a brown pair of this shoe and wanted a black. He says they fit true to size and are pretty comfortable already after wearing them around the house. They will be like a fine wine, getting better with time!

I kept the third copy. The first (size 9) was too short, but the narrow width (B) felt good. The second (size 9½, but seemingly made in a different factory since the labeling was different) was identical in size to the first - bad quality control. I measured really carefully. The third (also 9½) was the same labeling as the first, so it was a half-size larger than the 9, and it fits. Brand new, so I have only worn them for a while, but the fit is better than the last 10 casual shoes that I have tried. It is hard finding narrow. I generally do not like waterproof shoes because they get hot, and a few reviewers have said they do get hot. We will see.

I have 15 6E size of this shoe. My feet need a VERY wide toe-box. There are very few shoes available of any brand that will fit my feet, but these do. I have had them for years and they are still going strong. I have only applied black polish and replaced laces. I will order a second pair simply because I cannot find any other shoes to fit me. I have ordered probably 20 shoes from different retailers in recent years and have sent back 19. Note to show makers. Make wider shoes!

I have really wide feet. While on vacation in Boone, North Carolina I bought a pair of Windsors, and was surprised to find they had my size 8½6E I stayed in the U.S. ARMY because they had my boots and shoes specially made. The Windsors by far were better the ones in the army. I purchased them in 2013 and they are still going strong. Thank you!

I bought a New Balance walking shoes (black) years ago and I like the fit. I wanted to get another pair in brown. A shoe specialist recommended this brand to try. I like the shoes, have used it to walk for hours in city streets, they are comfortable with the pair of cushion inserts I have been using with my other shoes. I plan to order a set of the same type of shoes in black.
