Make sure to order your actual size, and wear thick socks with insoles. Sorels have always been designed to fit everything you need for hard work in the cold and wet, so there's enough space for insoles and thick socks.
I replaced the laces with elastic laces with a slip-clamp that are great for quickly getting my boots on and off, and I've been wearing them every day for three months now, through all sorts of weather.

I bought these a few weeks ago for my first Wisconsin winter. Ice fishing just didn't go well in my old boots. Thank goodness for these new Sorels! My feet stay warm from the bottom up. I have awfully cold feet in general and it takes about 3 hours out in 20 degree weather for me to feel the cold in these - as compared to a half hour in my old LLbeans

My wife gave me these for Christmas. They are great! We live in Minnesota where cold feet in the winter are a real issue. My new Sorel's are such a blessing and are now my go to footwear for being outside this time of year!

I bought these because my husband raves about the brand. He won't wear anything else and they last a long time. He had to buy a new pair because his 50 year old ones finally cracked at the bottom.
I'm glad I bought them. I love them. They are comfortable and keep my feet very warm even in 10 degree weather. I would recommend them to everyone. I wish I would have bought them sooner.

I bought these boots a few weeks ago and I love them. They have been great in 10 degree weather and slushy snowy muck. I mainly use them for dog walks and shoveling.

I bought these to survive the playgrounds at the winter & these wound up coming in very handy during our big winter snow. They kept my feet snuggly warm and dry.

These boots are great- they are heavy & warm. I shoveled snow in them & the have great traction. I wear a size 10 in most shoes, bought a 10 in these it'sperfect. I also have bunions, these are wide enough in the toe box to not put pressure on the bunions. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a warm boot with stability. They are heavy but that's more protection in slippery conditions.

I bought these boots for my husband for Christmas. He loves wearing them here in the PNW. These boots are warm, waterproof, comfortable and stylish. He's enjoying the sturdiness and all that these boots offer for the mud, rain, snow.

The Womens Sorel boots are excellent for our winters here in the snowbelt of NE Ohio! I've never worn anything but the Caribou and I wouldn't consider wearing anything else!

I bought these for my husband's birthday gift. He LOVES them. They fit true to size, and are incredibly comfortable. I figured they would be a great boot for blowing the driveway and shoveling....he has even worn them ice fishing! His feet stayed warm AND dry.

I recently purchased my new pair of Sorel Caribou boots and retired my old pair I purchased in 1970. Can you say long lasting. I live in upper New York State so I know about rugged shoe wear in cold, snowy weather. Sorel boots can't be beat

I just moved to Alaska and bought these to get me through the winter. They are PERFECT if you're looking for a boot than has excellent tread, keeps your feet warm and dry, and offers great support while being comfortable.

I've been using these this winter season in Central Oregon. I usually get very cold, but these boots combined with wool socks keep my feet toasty! I've taken them out snowmobiling all day and snowshoeing with no worries about my toes being cold. They're a little heavy, but once you break them in and get used to them, they're perfect. I highly recommend these to anyone!

Great boots that will surely last a long time. Many reviews say to size down and that was not the case for me. I am 7 1/2 and the 7 was too small and had to exchange for a 7 1/2 which fits great. Very warm and cozy and cute!

After reading all the reviews about sizing issues for Sorel boots, I decided to measure my feet and follow the size chart rather than order my typical shoe size. Normally I wear a 9-9.5, and ordered a 7.5 per the chart, and they fit! Even with thick socks. So for this model, for now, I would recommend using the sizing chart as I did before ordering.
I would describe the arch support as 'minimal' rather than 'none'.
I haven't yet tested the durability or efficacy of the boots, but my first impression is that they are excellently made and would keep me warm and on my feet in the snow.

After reading other reviews, I order an 8 when I am a solid 7. They fit perfectly with a normal cotton sock. I don't like thick socks. They are so warm and comfortable. Traction felt secure when walking around in snow. They are wonderful and have me looking forward to winter -

These fit great, true to size, very comfortable, very warm. I did wind up returning them but only because I live in a big city and wanted boots for walking to/from work on slushy streets and these seemed like overkill. We don’t get much snow but if we did, or if I was traveling to someplace that got a lot of snow, I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

This is a fantastic boot -- and it came in half sizes!! Size 9-1/2 fit perfectly and that is my regular shoe size. Sturdy, waterproof, great treads --- who could ask for more! Well, it's cute too. Very happy with by purchase and the Zappos price was a deal.

I just got mine and haven't worn them outside yet but they are comfortable and seem very durable. I know they'll keep my feet warm when the heavy winter snowfall gets here. I don't think they are too heavy at all nor do they look too big but that's my opinion. I am normally a size 8.5 wide and I bought these in a size 9 and they are perfect with just enough room to wear thick socks if I desire. Now I'm trying to convince my husband to buy a pair for himself.
