Not as pure White as I thought that they would be, but still look very nice. Have the comfort and support that Rockport is famed for.

This Rockport shoe is a versatile and comfortable shoe. It can be dressed up for a business casual look or down for a casual jeans look. The shoe is great for walking, but is not made for heavy running or athletic use. My boyfriend wears an 11.5 Narrow shoe size, which is not easy to find. This shoe's fit is true to size and width. Rockport is an excellent brand whose products are made with high quality and durability in mind.

I have gotten these a few times now. They are one of the only tennis shoes that fit.

Great shoes for wider feet. Helped me reduce calluses from other shoes.

They fit snug but I think that makes them a good walking shoe.

Zappos showing of the shoes in pictures was helpful in seeing the look and style of it. Delivery was prompt and the shoe was in perfect condition when it arrived. The shoe was tight when first put on, as expected with any new shoe. After 3 days of wear it broke in some and I got used to the new feel. It fits well in size and width as I was hoping especially in width as it did not feel like it was pressing my toes together. Now it has a nice light and soft feeling in walking. This shoe and brand, Rockport Prowalker, is the same one that I bought in a thrift store a while ago, which was very worn, so I look forward to this one holding up for a long time to come. All-in-all, good product and good service.

I received these shoes today and tried them on and they are toooo tight, nt wide enough. I have worn these shoes in the past and had no problem when purchased at the Rockport store. I have always worn an 8W but the new ones received today are not wide enough. I noticed that these shoes are manufactured in Inda and the previous shoes where manufactured in China. Is it possible that these sizes do not match. I need a larger width, do you have anything wider??

Wanted a shoe that was comfortable to wear in the machine shop all day & yet look nice for customers. Shoes fit great & were true to sizing & didn't require a "break-in" period. Comfortable right from the start with no sore feet the first two weeks.

I was thinking about what to write and after looking at other people's reviews I have concluded that the best thing I can say is 1- This is the fourth or fifth pair of the same type of shoes. The only difference is when I returned a pair and ordered the next size larger. 2- They have become the only ones that I wear and it doesn't make any difference whether I am dressed in jeans or what the color of scheme of the rest of my wardrobe is or whether I am going shopping or going to a show. 3- When I changed the size of my order I has the shoes for about a week and I wasn't sure if they would take the order back. I called and they said no problem. I had my new size if a couple of days. 4- I like dealing with Zappo's Take this review for what it's worth.

My dad loves these and the price is just as good as the outlet near us.

This has been my tried and true daily casual shoe for twenty-five years. This is probably my 8th pair (all black in color). I keep three pairs around, a "dress-up" pair for going to town, an around-the-house pair, and a scuffed, work shoe pair. They are comfortable, dignified, and long-lasting.

I've been buying and using this shoe/model for over 20 years. I find the shoe very comfortable for my (daily) walks of at least four kms and highly recommend it to any one who is serious about their feet and their walking habits. I always order the extra wide fit for my wide feet and find them durable and long lasting.

Great shoe for walking on concrete all day. They broke in quickly and they fit true to size. My feet do get rather hot in these though. I’d certainly buy them again. The shipping was light speed!!

I took your advice and ordered these shoes at my regular width, they fit great. The last Rockports I got were too tight in the width, they were the green ones and you said that they ran small.

Awesome shoes

I have plantar fasciatis and metatarsal issues - have a high arch. This shoe and the Dunham (also owned by Rockport, but for wider feet) slipon are the only shoes I can currently wear. I have not tried other Dunham shoes, but they seem to have good arch support and sole support as well. Very sturdy support and sole, its not a very heavy shoe, this is my go to shoe for daily wear and walking. Thank you Rockport!

There is no reason for these shoes to be as comfortable as they are but, well, whatever, they are really comfortable. I do mean comfy. If you want to walk around outdoors on casual occasions, these are hard to beat. You don't buy these for style. You buy them for walking.
