My wife recommended this brand to me based on her experience. I have been very satisfied with the comfort and style of this shoe. As reported in previous reviews it does fit a little small.

Great looking and quite comfortable. These clogs exude stylishness and quality. I ordered a size larger to accommodate for socks on the thick side (such as hiking socks) -- which resulted in the perfect fit. I first ordered the walnut leather and liked them so much that I ordered the carob brown leather soon thereafter. Although these are casual shoes, they are expensive looking and also go well with khakis and similar attire. Couldn't be more pleased!

The Bjorn is simply the best shoe I have ever owned. Leanardo da Vinci said, "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication," and the Bjorns exemplify this verity. The design, materials, and most importantly the fit are perfect for me. As for european sizes, I suggest 1/2 size larger than other manufacturers. I have three pairs, and hope the Bjorns will never be discontinued.

Great shoes. I've had foot surgery and used to require orthotics. With these shoes you get the best support and no need to deal with orthotics. Plus down the road you can replace the cork footbed.

Worth it. It's all about the (replaceable) cork insole. Once broke in...the insole will conform to your foot. Amazing feel and comfort. They run small. I've been a solid 10 all my life and I needed a size 11. Don't be afraid to order a full size larger. The rear heel lip is small and until your shoes are broke in, and your heel slips down into the shoe it will feel a little weird. Just wait a week or so.

The service and help I received was fantastic! I was remiss in reading in previous reviews about sizing issues but they sent me a new pair priority and all I had to do was ship the wrong size back. Really easy process. Love the shoes by the way.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Within a couple of days they completely form to your feet. A side benefit is that the arches stabilize my plantar faciaitis, whereas most other shoes aggravate it. Unlike many other buyers, I found these completely true to size.

My husband needed to replace an ancient pair of Merrill slides. He doesn't take to change in footwear styles too easy so I suggested he try these Naots. Free shipping, easy return policy helped. He took them out of the box, slipped them on, sighed happily and has worn them every day since. His only complaint, they aren't so good for hiking. I'm a hero, thanks Zappos!

Not true to length. I wear 10.5 and chose an 11 and my heel still rides over the back rib. I'm afraid an even larger size would be way too wide.

This is the second pair of the Bjorn I have purchased. The first pair stays at work and I found that when changed to a more casual shoe my feet would hurt. So now I have a home pair and work pair and they're really comfortable. They run narrow and short I wear a size 11 and had to order a size 47 to get a correct fit.

So far, so good. I stepped up from Merrell's which I have worn in a busy emergency department for 6 years. They are extremely comfortable and very stylish. Definitely order a size bigger. Well worth the few extra dollars.

These are well-built and very comfortable shoes. You might find the lip around the heel lower than on other clogs but, surprisingly, they keep my foot secure inside the shoe. This was my first pair of Naots, but I have subsequently bought several others and all are true-to-size, comfortable, have excellent arch support, and appear to be made with quality leathers. Highly recommended.

These are really nice mules: comfortable, good looking and especially nice on the soles of the feet. Many reviews mentioned that these shoes ran small; I didn't find that to be true. They feel roomy and the toe box is generously wide. I feel I got what I paid for and they will last me many years.

These are super comfortable! But sizes are a bit off. I am an 8½, ordered a 10. That was a little too big. 9½ would have been just right. Also, I like to go sockless. I cannot with these shoes at the moment. The inner loop on the top of the shoe (in the "tongue" part) has a seam that rubs against the instep of my foot and irritates it.

These are the best sandals I have ever bought. In fact it was accidental, I used to Mephisto all my life which are expensive and scratch easily. So, one of the many sandals I bought was Naot Bjorn, and after I wore it for a day I loved the comfort and the leather so much that I returned all other sandals. Those included Mephisto. What more can I say?

This shoe looks great but the fit is a little sloppy. Perhaps the style is not what I need - I need more support behind the heel.

I bought these for my husband for Xmas. He loves them! He wears an 8.5 so I bought the 42 and it was perfect.

What a great shoe! I've had this pair for 5 years now and I absolutely love them! They are just so comfortable, whether I'm wearing them as a shoe, sandal, or a slipper. The fit, comfort, and support is just superb.

My husband is a Chef and so for many years. Standing on concrete floors for 30+ years can take a toll. Over the years he has worn all the top brands including Red Wing and Rockport. He loves these shoes for their comfort plus they are durable and have lasted longer than any other shoe he has tried. His shoes not only get covered with food/grease but also get hit with the chemicals used to clean the floors. If you are a Chef or someone who works on concrete, these are worth the money. He is on his third pair and they last almost a year each.

Love these shoes! I work 12 hour shifts in healthcare. These shoes easily handle my days. They will immediately become your favorites!

This is the third pair of Naot shoes that I have owned and I have been more than pleased with every pair. Like my other Naots, these are the kind of shoes you totally forget you have on. They have a cork footbed, but unlike some other brands, they feel great right out of the box. High quality materials, excellent fit and wear, what more could you ask for?

First pair of slip-ons, and as every noted, I ordered a size bigger. They fit perfectly and are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I will definitely stay with this brand.

These are very comfortable cloga. They are in the same range as Birkenstock and Mephisto and Finn. Naots use the same cork footbed idea that quickly molds to your own feet's shape, creating a "custom orthotic" insole (which is easily user replaceable, unlike Birkenstocks which must be installed by a shoe expert). Naots provide good arch support, though not as intense as Birkenstocks. The cork insole also has a latex layer, making them very comfortable from day one (similar to but better than Birkentsock's Soft Footbed). These Bjorns are the most comfortable closed toe shoes that I have ever owned, and they are so incredibly versatile. I wear them with shorts and athletic wear to run down to the store or to walk the dog; and I can wear them with khakis and a woven shirt for casual nights out. Some guys just cannot embrace the clog style, and that is too bad as they are such a comfortable and little dressier alternative to sandals (I wear my Birkenstocks much less nowadays, but still have great support and comfort with these Bjorns!) Naot Scandinavian Collection shoes/sandals are in between Birkenstock (heavy support) and Mephisto (lighter support) in terms of support in a cork bed shoe/sandal, and I find them the most comfortable. Unlike the flat Birkenstock, these Naot Scandinavian Collection soles have a slightly (1¼") elevated heel, and are made of a springy Polyurethane, that combined with the soft latex footbed, create a more spongey shoes than most other comfort brands, with a more traditional shoe feel than the flat type brands (Birkenstocks). Once you get used to their gentle support and soft step, when you go back to Birkenstocks, the Birks suddenly feel like exercise sandals/shoes, where the more intense support is working your foot a bit more (even your toes). I still love my Birk Bostons with the closed toe, but I really do see myself reaching for the more spongy feeling Naot Bjorns much more often. This collection (like other Naots) do run small, unlike Birks that run large and wide, and Mephisto which is very true to size/slightly narrow. For the Naot Scandinavian Collection, I would order one full size up, and if you like a roomier fit, order two sizes up. They run a little narrow, but if you order up a size or two, this is not really a problem any more. Like Birks, these shoes actually fit by aligning your arch with the arch support, so if too big you will probably just have a little extra room in the heel, and maybe the toes. I wear a 46 in the classic Birk Arizona (tad small), and a 47 in my Naot clogs ("Bjorn"), most other shoe brands with American sizing, a 13 is just right. A little expensive for what they are (Birks are much more hand crafted for the same money), but for those that like a more traditional and more spongy feel than even the Birkenstock Soft Footbed, these Scandinavian Collection sandals/shoes/clogs are absolutely wonderful and supremely comfortable sandals and shoes. I really do love these Bjorn clogs!

I'm very happy with the purchase. I have a 2E wide foot & was concerned that the shoe would be too narrow. It was not due to the flexible elastic slit cut into the top. They fit my wide foot great!

WOW add me to the list of Naot converts! These shoes are great more comfortable than anything else I've tried in a few years (Merrill, Keen, Finn, Birkenstock). They feel light and spongy, cloud-like, yet have nice support and a solid feel. Very unique. The soft cork footbed really does the trick in molding to your individual feet. These are replacing some closed toe wool Birkenstock slides that sometimes are comfy, yet sometimes kill my feet. Arizona sandals are great Birkenstocks, but other Birkie models are hit and miss (and while supportive, Birks are all hard and far from cloud-like). SO GLAD to have found these Naots with a closed toe and SO MUCH COMFORT! I got these in the oily brown nubuk and the color is great dark and matte, but not black. I can wear these down to the market with running shorts and a T, or dress them up under khakis and a freshly pressed shirt. Calling these shoes versatile is an understatement. Now that I am so sold on Naot due to these slides, I plan on getting more! A pair of sandals and some regular closed heel loafers should do for a start. LOVE these shoes!
