For one thing the Vintage 'Gray' Leather is Vintage BROWN Leather. I had my wife verify this for me. I prefer Gray but kept them anyway. Also I had a problem with the arch feeling slightly too high (malformed) and somewhat uncomfortable on the insole of the left shoe. I ordered another pair and switched-out the left shoe and sent the extra pair back. Both feet/shoes now feel great. BTW- I don't understand why people are ordering smaller sizes. I have a wide foot and these shoes fit fine. I have a pair of Merrell Mocs in the same size and they fit tight and are more narrow than these Naot/Bjorns, but (surprisingly) are still comfortable. In any case, because of the insole problem I took off one star for 'comfort,' and since the color is brown and not gray as advertised I took off one star for 'style.'

I love these shoes! I searched for a very long time in order to find a replacement for my ten years +El Naturalista clogs (no longer in production). Nothing measured up... until I tried the Naot Bjorn.

These shoes are awesome! But I'm not going to lie, the sizing is tough. All the reviews I read said they ran small. I'm typically a size 10, so I went with an 11. Got the first pair and while my foot fit in them they weren't as comfortable as I had read and my heel rubbed the back just slightly when I walked, so I exchanged them for a 12 even though I was afraid they'd be too big. They fit perfect and are very comfortable. Zappos' exchange policy is awesome - they sent the next size before I sent the 11s back so I could compare - can't recommend zappos enough, and these shoes are worth hunting for the right size!

This is a very comfortable shoe with a supportive insole and a good, medium arch. I usually need to use custom orthotics to make shoes comfortable, but there is no need with this shoe. Much of the cushioning and support for this shoe comes from the insole, which is thicker than is typical and includes a substantial layer of cork capped by something that resembles a more traditional insole, albeit with a leather cover. Since the insole is quite thick, if one were to remove it in favor of a custom insole the shoe would feel significantly larger. I anticipate that the cork will conform to my foot over time, but these shoes were comfortable out of the box. The soft leather cover to the insole makes these feel very good on the feet without socks. The distressed leather is good looking and contributes to the sense that these are old friends even when new.

Driving a Diesel Pusher, I'm always looking for "slip on" shoes; shoes that I can easily slip into and out of when boarding the coach. I've tried Merrells, Danskos, and various other brands with NO luck, they are sloppy and I end up beating down the rear of the shoe! The NAOT solved the issue... They are outstanding! I can slip them on, they stay on, I don't beat heel down AND they are comfortable!! I wear them all the time, excellent arch support and they stay on your feet!

Found these shoes to fit and perform as expected. Very comfortable, glad I made this choice.

Great shoe. I've been looking for a pair of comfortable clogs for years and finally found the perfect pair. I've bought (and returned) several others over the years. Never owned Naot Footwear before, but now am convinced they make quality shoes. Very pleased with my purchase.

Incredibly comfortable. Followed advice and ordered a full size larger, almost perfect fit when I got them. The style isn't mainstream North American business, but I pair 'em with a jaunty scarf and tell everyone it's the style in Europe. But worth it for the comfort.

Terrific shoes. I have a hard time findings shoes that fit and feel nice without rubbing some place odd or being too loose or too tight. These are terrific right out of the box. With that being said, I did order three pairs based on the feedback from others about the sizing. I ended up with a typical size for me and did not have to order up in size. I also ordered a pair in a different color (same size) and they were much larger than the ones I kept. So, get a couple different sizes and take advantage of the great free returns through Zappos!

Exactly what I had hoped to get. As mentioned by others, the shoes run a little small. I typically wear 43, but size 44 fits well.

Great comfortable shoes. Roomy in the toe with a great fit overall. Order one-half to one size up.

1st... order one size up. 2nd... These are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes right out of the box I can ever remember buying. I usually hate spending this much on shoes, but in this case, I say it's money extremely well spent. I just wish I would have discovered these before now...

Really, really comfortable. Seem to be nicely made and high quality materials. Great on hard floors.

These are excellent shoes but as many of the others have noted the it was necessary for me to order two sizes larger. I normally wear a 45 in Ecco. I tried a 46 first and my heel kept hitting the lip back there when I walked. Otherwise 46 felt fine when standing still and if it were not for the really low heel the 46 would have worked. I returned the 46 for a 47. No way do I wear a 14 but this is the one that worked. It does not feel too big even though my normal shoe size is a 11½-12. I am not sure what people with a real 14 would do as I do not see a 47 fitting them. Other than the sizing issues the shoe is super comfortable. I do wish they had a little more arch support. I will see how it works in the long run.

This is not exactly the style that I was looking for but they were in stock. They fit very well and look great for any occasion. Pricey, but if they hold up not a bad deal. My old Bass clogs were size 10 and I didn't know what to expect with these Naots but they fit well enough. Maybe just a little bit close in length.

So I'm a gal buying these. I love the color and the women's clogs are always hitting the wrong place on my instep so I thought I'd try the men's. The clog is a bit wider in front but my toes are super happy. I have plantar fasciitis and a screwed up ankle, and it was really hurting today from wearing my wicked good shearling slippers (which are so warm but don't have any support). I put these clogs on and a few hours later the pain was gone. The shoes are comfortable right from the get go and I'm not wearing them with socks--the leather is super soft--and this new vintage gray is an amazing color. Reminds me of old distressed bomber jackets. For some reason the soles make a pretty loud noise on my laminate floors (but not on tile) so don't try to be stealthy in these on certain surfaces.

I am a very private person by nature and the last thing I thought I would ever do is to write a review of a shoe! These Naot clogs are the most wonderful things. Once I got the size right (I tried my usual 10 and wanted to convince myself that they were right but I needed the 11 - thank you for letting me make the switch easily) they feel like someone took a perfect cast of my foot. They are beautifully made and well worth the money. I will try some of their other shoes at some point. They are highly recommended.

Wonderful shoes. They replaced the old ones my husband has worn for years and fit comfortably. He let me throw the old ones away so they fit so well he didn't have to 'break' them in. Very well made.

This slippers are worth the costs because of the comfort it provides and the superior quality of the workmanship. It's worth the costs. This won't be the last time i'm buying in Zappos, good customer service. Bravo!

My wife recommended this brand to me based on her experience. I have been very satisfied with the comfort and style of this shoe. As reported in previous reviews it does fit a little small.

Great looking and quite comfortable. These clogs exude stylishness and quality. I ordered a size larger to accommodate for socks on the thick side (such as hiking socks) -- which resulted in the perfect fit. I first ordered the walnut leather and liked them so much that I ordered the carob brown leather soon thereafter. Although these are casual shoes, they are expensive looking and also go well with khakis and similar attire. Couldn't be more pleased!

The Bjorn is simply the best shoe I have ever owned. Leanardo da Vinci said, "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication," and the Bjorns exemplify this verity. The design, materials, and most importantly the fit are perfect for me. As for european sizes, I suggest 1/2 size larger than other manufacturers. I have three pairs, and hope the Bjorns will never be discontinued.

Great shoes. I've had foot surgery and used to require orthotics. With these shoes you get the best support and no need to deal with orthotics. Plus down the road you can replace the cork footbed.

Worth it. It's all about the (replaceable) cork insole. Once broke in...the insole will conform to your foot. Amazing feel and comfort. They run small. I've been a solid 10 all my life and I needed a size 11. Don't be afraid to order a full size larger. The rear heel lip is small and until your shoes are broke in, and your heel slips down into the shoe it will feel a little weird. Just wait a week or so.
