Nice shoe but sizes run small. Suggest you order 1 full size larger than your standard US shoe size. I like the thick flat soles... should last for years. Sueded liners are a liitle uncomfortable when new but get smoother after worn a few times.

THe American size is wrong - I wear an 11 US size, and was told 44 was an 11 - but it was not. Those were too small. The 45, which I usually wear in European size, was correct. Overall they are great for slipping on for a quick trip outside.

I really wanted to like these, but found that my heels were uncomfortable in them. I am a woman who wears 38 normally and got size 40 (7) based on the reviews that this runs small. Was true-length fit just about right.

I was most disappointed to find these slippers squeaked loudly when walking across the floor. i called Customer Service right away and they had no suggestions to minimize the noise, but did offer to exchange the slippers. The new footwear arrived this afternoon and d also was squeaky. I held the phone near my slippers and the rep recognized the problem. Based on my experience, I asked them to review shoes before sending them out. i cannot recommend these based on my experience.

I ordered this shoe hoping to replace my husband's old battered pair of Merrell's. He found them to be comfortable and sizing didn't seem to be a problem although I did order 2 different sizes 'just in case' based on other reviewer's comments. The deal breaker for him was the lack of a raised edge (enough of a raised edge - since there is a slight 'lip' around the heel) around the back of the shoe to help keep his heel inside the shoe. He found they wouldn't stay on his foot.
Zappos thank you for the terrific service! Hopefully I will eventually find an pair of shoes that he finds acceptable so that I can toss the old ones.

These are nice shoes, but they run way small. I take a size 13 normally, but even their largest size, which is supposed to fit a size 14, was not quite large enough for me. Also the front part is a bit low to accommodate anyone with a high arch.

The shoes were fairly true to size. They're a bit too pricey, though, because of the molded soles--you can't replace molded soles when they wear. These will probably wear down in a year or less, and the whole shoe will have to be replaced. Kind of built-in obsolescence for an otherwise terrific product.

The Naot Bjorn's are great. The foot bed provides good support and makes these shoes very comfortable. They can be a little warm on a hot day. I'll be ordering an additional pair in black. When Zappos states they are "Powered by Service" they mean it! I'm very impressed by the service I received.

This is a comfortable, relatively light clog. I like the suede insole, which keeps your foot from sliding around. I wear a women's medium width, so this is a bit wide, but the shoe stays on very well. Flat heel is very solid on the ground, absolutely no wobbling. Just what I wanted. (I also have a pair of mens Dansko new-style wider-heel clogs. The insole is very slick, so although they are comfy to stand in, they slip off when I walk fast. I also prefer Naot's flat heel.)

Great work shoe -
I've gotten to the point that these have become part of my "office" attire for our business-casual office environment. I found the Euro 46 to be a better size than 45 which I ordered previously. I normally wear 11.5-12W comfortably.

They didn't fit even though they are my size (43)....to short and too narrow. The heel cup is also too low so they wouldn't provide the support and stability I need. Nice looking though they look more like burgundy in the pictures instead of the chocolate brown they are in person.
