I love the slippers. I normally wear a 7 1\/2 N but had to send them back needing an 8N. The 8N is alittle too big, but better than the smaller size. I kept them and wear with an insert to hold my feet in place.

Daniel Green Slippers - The slippers I ordered were too small. However, I was so impressed with the easy and clear instructions to return them. I "reordered" in a half size larger and they are fine. The entire process, ordering the first pair, returning them, ordering the second pair and receiving them only took 3 days. This was my first Zappos purchase but definitely will not be the last.

Gerat shoe wrong size - This shoe was a present for my grandma, because she believes that these are the most comfortable shoes around. I bought them for in what I believed to be a 1/2 size bigger than normal like I was instructed too by other customers but it was still the wrong size. My grandma could barely put her foot in the shoe. I would have to say to get 1 whole size bigger for comfort.

This item runs narrow, although I have specifically selected wide size. It cuts into my foot. Otherwise very pretty and soft.

I wear a 7 1/2 shoe but these ran small, I sent them back for the next size and a wider width, but the toe area is wider and the instep is still tight. Not too happy with them. I hope they stretch.

I didn't find these as comfortable as most people claimed them to be. I didn't like the feel of the fabric in the front of the slipper. I also found the stitching around the slipper irritating on my skin.

I have been a fan of these slippers, especially the leather version, for years. I find, however, that the sole in the heel area wears out too quickly. If I get only six months from this pair, I will not be surprised. That said, most of my wear is on tile or terra cotta. Wear predominately on carpet would probably have better results.

Beautiful looking slippers, with good cushion and right arch for me. Good quality material. It would have been perfect if its not too narrow. My feet are not even wide yet the slippers felt tight. The size feels smaller for me.

I use to have a lot of confidence in Daniel Green products. I liked the heel heigth.Over the years the product seems to be less in quality for the price. The shoe runs a lot smaller in length and width. The sole is thin. I wear a 8 1\/2 B, ordered a 1\/2 size larger and a wide. The shoe still did not feel proper. \r\nZappos was great, received my order in less time than stated. I had to return some shoes, this process was a little confusing.

Daniel Green Denise - This show runs much smaller than it used to. I wear a 6.5M in street shoes and a 7M in athletic shoes, but had to get a 7.5W in this one mainly because the instep and sides were so low and tight that I needed more room in the front of the shoe in order to slide my foot totally in comfortably. It still is a little long, but needed the width (although maybe a 7W would have also worked). Also, the leather used to be more supple years ago and not as firm. I would buy this brand again only because there are not a lot of options in this kind of house slipper.

A little too squishy - The slipper doesn't have the same support as the Scuff. The sole is softer. Plenty of toe room, perhaps a bit too much.

I ordered these because I have pain walking bare foot or in flats. I needed something with an incline. My grandma used to wear this brand, and she had the same issue, so I decided to give them try. (Though I'm not even close to "Grandma age," I was willing to try.) They were tight and short. I wear a 12M. I will return for a 13W. (They look very much like Grandma shoes.) I'm going to try the black in a slightly different style, by same maker, in hopes of a little less "grandma effect."

I love the style and fit and price. The only problem is the inside wears out too fast and I have had to purchase another pair after only a few months. They should have a leather insole instead of the flimsy fabric.
I'd also recommend:

These fit like the typical Daniel Green slipper, but I was disappointed in that the inside has worn out way before the exterior shows any sign of wear! The bottom lining has completely detached from the sole. Spend a little more and get the better slipper -- my advice.

I have worn Daniel Green slippers for years and they were comfortable from the moment that I put them on. These were stiff and tight even though I ordered them a size and width larger. I can't return them fast enough!

It is hard to believe that I ordered this slipper in a size 7N and a 7M. Neither fit, so I proceeded to order a 7.5M hoping that it would fit. All 3 sizes fit exactly the same. Do not understand. It is a pretty slipper. But it does not work at all.

I am extremely disappointed. I opened these slippers and tried them on and they did not feel good. I buy leather shoes/slippers so they will conform to my foot and be comfortable.. I looked at the inside label and it says "PU Upper, Balance Man Made Materials." Looking it up, PU is NOT leather. I had read the full description which said Leather before I ordered them. It is not accurate. I've been very happy with Daniel Green slippers and needed to replace the ones I have. Unfortunately, they have cheapened their product. Zappos should not have allowed this misleading information regarding leather.

I owned Daniel Green slippers for many years. But this pair was vastly different than the previous ones. These felt tight all around and the lining made my skin extremely itchy. The slippers were returned.

Do not event bother! They look nice but are extremely uncomfortable. The upper edge cut into my feet as soon as I put them on. Forget walking in them. They are supposed to be slippers, slippers are supposed to be comfortable.

I wanted to like these! I work from home so I have the luxury of wearing comfortable shoes all day, and yet I cannot find any anyplace! These got good reviews so I got what I thought was my correct size (and wide width) and these were so narrow that I could not get my feet in! I estimate that I would have to go at least two sizes higher to get a pair that fits. That was so disappointing!

The slipper is nice but we should have to ordered half a size (maybe one size) bigger shoe than what we actally wear! And its a slipper! The 7 1/2 I wear, would require a size 8 Denise slipper, at least.
