excellent - I like it, comes in great use whenever you go to clubs and people step on your shoes/it's good to know when you get home it gonna look new.

I have lots of suede and this cleaning system works really well. Really improved the look of many of my older pairs of shoes. Help with stains, albeit small ones - haven't had any big mishaps to try out yet.

Shoe care - Dont' make the mistake I did and take your $150 Nubuck boots to a shoe maker that doesn't know how to care for them...DEE-ZASS-TER!!

Made the spot less noticeable - I ordered this product at the same time I ordered a pair of nubuck shoes, and the first time I wore them I got a grease stain on the shoes. This product lightened the spot, although it didn't remove it entirely. Nevertheless, it helped make it less noticeable.

A must have for suede shoes! I recently purchased this kit to clean up my favorite old pair of suede shoes. I was skeptical as to whether or not it would work (it is so small). To my surprise, it was worth every cent. So in pursuit of testing it further, I tried it on an old pair of suede flip-flops, which were so terrible looking, I was contemplating tossing them out. Once again, to my surprise, this kit worked. They look brand new again! I am completely satisfied with this product.

Just what my shoes needed.... I bought this kit in hopes I wouldn't have to throw away my favorite pair of suede shoes (that I have had so long they are spotted and matted). Turns out it was just what the shoe doctor ordered, and they look almost new again! The sponge/eraser blends away discoloration, and the brush revitalizes flattened suede.

It's Small, But it Works! I was surprised to open my box and see how small this brush and eraser-like "cleaning bar" was. I mean the brush is the size of a fingernail cleaning brush, but it works. You really have to rub hard with the "cleaning bar" to remove stubborn dirt, but it all comes up nice when finished off with the brush. I used it on my Nubuck Timberlane Waterproof Boots, and it got them looking new again!

I purchased the suede cleaning system to try to fix my 3 year old Merrills. They had all kinds of water damage and unknown stains. The cleaning brick and brush worked pretty well, they don't look brand new, but a lot better. Then I tried it on my old Uggs, the brush brought back up the nap and the brick did another good job! Don't expect miracles, but I would recommend this product to a friend.

Worked to remove water stains and dirt with vigorous rubbing. Best use is probably for minor stains though, it's not a miracle cleaner.

Woodlore's Suede & Nubuck Cleaning System - Found this product helpful in making a pair of black suede shoes look better. I had spilled wet sticky rice on them and didnt notice until it had dried in place. Pulling it off was a big mistake, as the suede surface came off too. This product definitely improved the look of the shoes.

Suede Cleaning system - This was my first time using this product and I did not receivewhat I expected, I tought it will clean more that what it actually did.

Cleaning System - The system was sufficient. When you live in an area with the type of weather we have, nothing really can clean out the grime. The brush did help renew the suede but the cleaner seem to do little. I wish Zappos carried a spray on to protect the suede rather than try and clean it.

Good, but not great. I had a pair of beautiful Softwalk black nubuck shoes that I specifically bought this cleaning system for. The shoes are very well-loved and have been worn often, so obviously, they needed a good cleaning because they had a few minor and moderate stains here and there. I followed the cleaning system's instructions to the T. The system removed some of the minor stains and loose dirt and made the shoes look a little newer, but not completely. The system wasn't able to remove the moderate stains (caused by some exposure to rain water). All in all, I would have to say this is a good, but not great product. It's good if you want to spiff up a pair of shoes a little, but not good if you to give a pair of good to fair condition shoes a makeover.

No Good At All - Compared to the Tannus Suede Nubuck bar, this bar is a poor performer. Why? The pumice stone/sand content on the Tannus suede does a far better job at lifting suede nap and remove the shine and scratches from this type of leather.
