Helped make my shoe more comfortable - I purchased this product to help stretch a shoe that was too tight across the instep, and it did help. They will now be used to maintain the shape of a pair of favorite shoes.

Perfect - I love this shoe tree the best I own and now I own 2 because I like it so much, I evenually want to buy a pair for all my shoes and that's alot of shoes, believe me! I have bought others but none stand up to the effects that I get from this one. I highly recommend it.

Shoe Trees - Woodlore - Was able to use these to stretch a pair of shoes that were bought a half size too small. Worked great, saved my feet!

A great way to stretch a pair of shoes! I bought this shoe tree as a last resort for a pair of shoes I purchased from a "comfort" shoe store. Guess what? It worked! I only wish I'd thought of buying it before I wore the shoes for the first time outside and nearly sacrificed my pinky toes. I love zappos.com it's a great resource for shoes and accessories.

The Woodlore Shoe Tree for Women is great. After returning the item and getting the correct size that I needed, it has been wonderful. I was able to stretch a pair of shoes that I really like. This is a great product.

Someday I will again find an old fashioned shoe tree/stretcher. This isn't it. It is not adjustable. It fits into the shoe and that is that. If you're looking for a high quality shoe tree, these are excellent. If you're looking for a little break-in assistance, I'm not seeing it with this product.

So far my shoes have not stretched but the Woodlore Shoe Trees are quality. I may have had unreasonable expectations.

I wear a size 5 and ordered the size small. I tried the trees with several of my size 5 shoes, and had a very difficult time getting them to fit into the shoes. I am only able to get the front portion into the pair I really needed them for. I spent about 10 minutes struggling to get the back portion in, too, but they were about ¼ of an inch too long. They are very good quality shoe trees, but they are not sized as well as they could be for smaller shoes.

Works for narrow shoes too. I was worried about buying these due to the split/spacer in them, since I have narrow shoes. But it works just fine (I followed the sizing for narrows). Dry my sneakers over night and they do not over stretch my dress shoes.

Cedar shoe trees - These shoe trees are really nice. I think they may run just a little big, though because they seem to stretch my shoes just a little.

Combination Shoe Trees for Women - This shoe tree adds enough tension to loosen the leather, but not stretch the shoes out of shape.

Make a tight shoe fit! The Woodlore is superior to other shoe trees that I have tried, in quality of materials used, functionality, and smooth appearance. Best of all it made a tight pair of shoes fit perfectly across the instep. Now, I do not have to return these gorgeous shoes!

Not Exactly What I Wanted - I needed shoes trees that would wided news shoes that are a bit tight. This product's description says that it does allow for a comfortable fit once inserted into the shoes, however, the shoes are still quite tight even after having the product in the shoes for 3+ days. Just not exactlly what I wanted and certainly not what I needed. Is it too late to return this product?

Shoe Trees - The quality and looks are great. They seem to work better than another brand I tried.

Didn't quite work out... I purchased one pair of these (in a large, which is for a shoe up to a size 10) to try out. I put it in a size 11 shoe and it seems awfully tight...as if it was going to stretch the shoe out. I took it out, tried again, referenced the directions, again...etc. NOthing worked. These are currently sitting in my closet unused. Perhaps they just don't work with pointy toed, heeled shoes. Now, I use some inexpensive cedar sachets that work quite well (at refreshing the shoe, at least) for about 1/10th the price. No reflection on ZAPPOS! Completely LOVE Zappos! Absolute BEST shoe store on-line (and I dare say anywhere). Just think twice about these shoes trees.

Just a tree - This shoetree is perfect if that's all you need. I bought mine with the intention of stretching out a pair of too tight shoes, but that's not what these are made for. The cedar smell is yummy, and the tree adds a bit of class to my messy shoe closet. If you need something to hold your shoe's shape, this is it. If you need stretching ability, look elsewhere.

I have a wide but small foot (size 5). I purchased a cute pair of shoes but they didn't come in W so I ordered shoe stretchers/trees to possibly wear these shoes. The metal broke while attempting to adjust them, and they came apart. They work fine for trees, but not for stretchers.

These work really well to keep shoes dry and stretch out any tightness. I was pleased with how quickly they worked, loosening a tight right shoe to a more comfortable fit after using the trees for two days. Great purchase!
