I set out to replace my moccasins because I was fed up with tripping over the lace that just couldn't stay tied. That, and the fact that I have had them so long there wasn't much left to the sole. But I hadn't really expected to find and order these UGG Ascots. It just sort of happened by accident. "look how much more expensive they are than the cheap crappy moccasins I usually order," I told my wife. "Well yes dear, it's because they've got an adult sheep living in them. And they do! The way-thick wool lining was disconcerting at first: Would they be to hot to wear? Would my dauxie mistake them for a new chew toy? Who knew? But they only felt too warm one day, then my feet got the hang of having something toasty to wear around. Which pretty much keeps the dog away. They also provide the stability I (being an old guy) need when walking around, especially outside in our rock garden. They're a great shoe, and I recommend them to anyone, even to old fossils. I do think they should normally be ordered 1/2 size larger than your old whatevers. It's interesting that the older you get the bigger your feet get. So if you don't need any class-act slippers right now, and you're a size 9, go ahead and order a size 11. You'll grow into them in a few years.

These have been great. I was skeptical of the greater Ugg price, and made fun of my niece for insisting on them. But, I decided to try some, and they've been the most comfortable slippers I've owned. Unfortunately, I have found it impossible to find any new ones in a wide size in stock lately, so my complaint is that I can't get more. I am going to try another brand just because I can't get the Uggs in the wide anywhere. I would say that they seemed just a tad smaller than their size for me, so I was hoping to try a larger size.

These are great except I need size 12.5. Size 13 was too large and size 12 is too small. I bought the size twelve, then I bought a shoe stretcher and made them a 12.5. Now they are perfect!

Soft, best if they feel a little tight at first try on because they do pack out with wear.

Love these Uggs, lost count on how many pairs I’ve gotten over the years. Only thing is that I got a size 12 although I am always an 11 with any other shoe. Still a pretty good fit to wear indoor. They don’t make half sizes, 11.5 would have been perfect for me.

These run at least 0.5 size too small.

Great product, perfect fit and very comfortable. Purchased for my husband and he loved them.
