I initially ordered my husband's normal size before reading reviews that these run small. They were too small in his normal size. The customer service was phenomenal for the exchange. I will order all of my shoes through Zappos if not in person in a local store just because of their customer service! I had initially ordered this one in brown, but they didn't have it in a size up to return so I ordered one with a slightly different outer material, but same shoe. There was a $10 difference (more) and I was totally ready to pay that. The customer service rep just credited me and said we'll just call it even. WOW! He wears a 10 and I ordered an 11 this time and he absolutely LOVES them! He's worn through his old Ugg house shoes he got for Christmas a couple of years ago so these were a replacement. The shoes are awesome and Zappos is awesome!!

Love these slippers. Very comfortable and warm. Durable enough to wear outside for short time. I ordered one size up from my usual size because I wanted to be able to slip them on and off with ease and that has worked well for me.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas, and I think I've worn these more than be has! They are so comfortable and warm, I'm definitely going to buy myself a pair so he can have his back!

This style of Ugg slipper is true to size. I know that some of their other styles run small but these do not. Recommend ordering your normal shoe size for these.

The most comfortable slippers I've ever worn, as an avid runner I look forward to slipping these on after a good run. I wear mine everywhere and have many, many pairs!!!

I loved my neighbors ascot’s but after Christmas they were all sold out, I luckily found these in a color different than the neighbor, I love them warm and comfortable. I took everyone here’s advice and got a size up, I use a shoe horn to get them on but they do fit perfectly. Get a size up from your regular shoe size! I’ll be buying more once they restock

My dad, grandpa, brother, and boyfriend are obsessed with these slippers. They all ask for a new pair every Christmas! They keep their feet warm but are also super convenient if they need to run out to the mailbox or grab something from the car. My grandpa is a driver and he wears them to work because they are so comfortable! We will buy these every year!

These are good slippers. My husband has diabetes and is very conscious about his feet. These are well lined. I did order one size up per recommendations and the fit is perfect. Soles are strong enough to wear outside - to get the newspapers. They look good - not like an average house slipper - but have some style.

Received as a present from my wife 10 years ago. Great quality and workmanship. Holds up to light wear outside the house. BUT me go to comfy shoes after a hard day of wearing my heavy steel toed boots.
Give them a good treatment with the care kit about once a year and they are good to go.
