I usually wear a 9.5 ordered a 10 could not get my foot in

Our family has been buying Ugg slippers for years so I was very disappointed when this pair started falling apart after just a few weeks of use. When I tried exchanging the pair, I wasn't notified that they were now out of stock with the slipper in this size and only found out a month later when I messaged Ugg customer support to check on the status of my exchange. The quality of the slippers has gone downhill big time and after years of being loyal customers, we won't be buying from them again.

A size 10 slipper is too small for size 9 feet. This is my second pair of these slippers. The first was a gift and they were tight for years. I bought a size up and it is the same problem because I know realize it is the small foot opening. Be careful if you have wide feed. Buying a size higher may not solve it.

Beautiful item. Nice passing on the sole but overall too tight and narrow. We bought 3 pairs for family and each person had the same response. Hated to return all but did.

My husband normally wears a size 10 1/2 I ordered an 11 they had to be returned 12s were unavailable I was waiting for the Romeo 2 slippers Never replenished from Christmas I don't care for the white fur inside of the black slipper it should be black on black

I purchased these for my husband. Nice shoe but after three wearings the inside lining started coming loose at the toe box in both shoes. I just returned them for credit. Very disappointed.

This appears to be a quality product, however, the sizing was extremely off. The size 10 was more like a 9 and really narrow in width. Unfortunately a larger and especially wider slipper was not available. Would try again if more sizes were available.

I ordered these for my bf in a size 9 but when i finally got them, they were too big. So i followed all the steps to return them. It has been almost a month and still my return hasn't "processed". Will not order from here again because of this issue. Talked to customer service abs ask they said was it is still in transit. So yea, I'm done ordering from UGG

I wear size 10 1/2 boots and sneakers. I saw the other reviews that said they come a little small, so I ordered a 12. When they got here, I was exited, it was -20 below 0. But I couldn't get my foot in them. In sheer desperation, I cut the tongue down both seams, and even open topped, I still couldn't fit my foot in them. Most expensive pair of slippers I ever bought, in the trash

Don't like color

We always have loved Ugg's but I gave these as a gift & after wearing them one month, the slipper split & ripped apart. Having to return unfortunately.

These men's slippers were returned. Ugg's are not what they use to be. Slippers felt very cheap.

Run very small forcing a return

The matte leather tan is very, very dark. Looks nothing like the image that is shown online.

The sheepskin scrunched up making the slippers unwearable.

I purchased one size up from my husbands normal shoe size and found them still too small. Have to have them exchanged.

I am sure the review will go up once I get the slippers I bought.

I placed an order of holiday presents for my family on Nov 30th amounting to $474. UGG sent me an email that the package was delivered at 4:39pm on December 7th. I looked for the package within 20 minutes of the stated delivery but it wasn't there. I checked the security camera footage that shows no package was delivered. UGG started an investigation that took 10 business days only to respond by saying they concluded that UPS delivered the package and therefore wouldn't refund me. After explaining the situation to the customer service person at UGG, Danielle, she said my attorney can contact her attornies, and then hung up on me.

This product fits to tight and it doesn't allow for your feet to feel like they have circulation or they don't size accordingly and they run small I usually wear a 9 no problem but these are like the size of 7 1/2 or 8 not a regular 9 so buy one size bigger they do not run natural

I bought these for my husband as a gift. He consistently wears a size 9 in all types of footwear. He could not even get this pair on his foot. Will return for a different style.

The product is very nicely made. This is my third order in some 10 years. Wear them all the time indoors all year round. Still waiting for my bqck order on his years purchase.
