I buy American Shoes in a 12.5 wide. I bought the 13 years ago and always had to stuff my feet into them. They don't just slip on. With a bad back it is not enjoyable. I just received they size 14 leather Ascott's and can barely fit in them and the 15 is not available. Frustrating buy.

Bought these slippers about 2 months ago but, we live in Texas, so I haven't worn them until about 3 weeks ago. The stitching is already coming apart. They look old and kind of ratty already like I got a defective pair or something. Haven't bought uggs in years, I've been buying Bearpaw and overall, pretty disappointed with this pair of slippers.

I didn't get the chestnut/tan color I expected, and it came in a darker color, so I haven't taken them out of the box. I'd like to return them, and have tried, but it's become complicated.

The color described was "TAN" and this color is much darker than TAN. It is too dark for my preference

The new shoes are not the same quality. They do not fit as well as previous UGG's.

They just have changed the plush on the sole because these are not nearly as comfortable as my first pair purchased in 2018/2019. Price vs quality I would recommend a different brand. Personally, I would have paid a bit higher price for the higher quality ascot slippers.

I don't get it. Bought two pairs in the exact same style and size but one fits perfectly and the other is much shorter. Is it too much to ask for consistency?

Not as comfortable as previous UGG's I have purchased. Other cheaper slippers are just as comfortable with out the high cost.

I plan to return a pair of slippers that i bought- got size 10 (which I am in all shoes)- one slipper is just too small- have tried wearing them around (after needing a shoe horn to get it on) for a few days and even tried using a shoe tree but does not help

Unfortunately in the interest of profit disguised as being more Environmentally friendly - the product quality is not what it used to be. Both the amount (density) of fibers used and the watered down use of real shearling being supplanted with substitute fibers makes the UGGs I received 'also rans'. It is a shame that UGGs would knowingly devalue its brand reputation for short term profit. I loved UGGs in the past but can now get better quality for a lower price from Land's End.

Bought these instead bc they wanted a lighter brown. Received correct shoe according to the box and description but the slipper was a very very dark brown.

My old slippers were the old classic ones. I thought this leather looked nicer, not nearly as comfortable, I would go bearclaws or whatever they're called before buying these slippers.

Seems like the quality of the footbed has changed since I bought my last pair 2 years ago. This current pair lost its cushion in the first 2 days! This is my 4th pair and they have, historically, held their famous cloudlike cushion for 6 months+. Very disappointing!

These were great while they lasted, but the soles broke down only after 3 or 4 years of extremely light carpet and hardwood floor walking duty for perhaps 2 hours per day. The leather upper patinas nicely over time but the soles just started falling apart. It's not like I work constru6in these, never went backpacking in them, never raced motocross in them, yet I have shows from all of those categories which have lasted much, much longer after years and years of real abuse. I woukd not get these again, or recommend them if I'm going to have to replace them every few years

Unfortunately, the shoes aren't supportive on the heel ( for me) and it's not that pretty to look at, it feels nice when you are not walking good for indoors

They felt too tight across the front regarding the width, not regarding the length.

this aren't the uggs of days gone by- not as cushy, the shearling is not as thick, the overall feel is thinner and cheaper than the pair of these I had from years ago. the sizing is slightly off- with too much slip at the heel as well. if it weren't for brand name I wouldn't have been suckered into buying them, and would have gone with either the 'wicked good' llbean or the old friend numbers that are still being made with cushy materials.

As I've been working from home I've invested in the "nice" slippers. Yes, the leather is terrific and they look great. However, the fluff breaks down quickly. The most annoying aspect of these is the Ugg tag/label inside the shoe on the heel of the footbed. I've decided to air them out because they bother my feet.

This is my third pair of Ugg slippers and the quality has noticeably decreased. These are not lined with sheepskin as past slippers were, but in reclaimed wool attached to a textile backing. This is far less dense than the sheepskin and does not last as long before getting flattened and matted. I’ve had these less than a year and I’ve already had to replace the insole. Either the glue used to hold down the insole is stronger or the foam backing on the insole is crappier than on previous slippers because the insole tore apart when I removed it leaving bits of foam stuck to the inside of the slipper. I would not recommend these to anyone and will look into other brands the next time I need new slippers.

So disappointed in these. We love our UGG slippers but purchased this matte leather for a bit of a change up - the color is off! We ordered the tan, but the color is nothing like what is shown on the website! Wayyyy darker. I even double checked to make sure we weren't accidentally sent the cognac color instead - nope. Box says tan and the picture on the box is this darker color. Not sure how the website can have such a lighter color, but really disappointed, and no time to return before Christmas. Shame.
