My heel wanted to roll off the sole sideways (both left and right)

Way too small

These run small. Nice slipper.

Super soft men's loafer as you'd expect from Ugg. I loved it but my husband did not. He said that even though the toe box and top of foot areas were snug, his heel slipped out of the back of the shoe when he walked so we had to return the shoe. This was actually the second pair I ordered as the first pair was much too tight (they do run small so order a full size up).

Seemed to run very small and narrow for me, and I have narrow feet. I normally wear a 10. The 10s felt like 9s, and the 11s fit in the front but my heel slipped out in the back. I wanted to like these but returned.

This slipper would slip off my heel a bit while I walked. I am a size 12 and I don't think a size smaller would have helped as my toe filled out the front of the shoe. There is also a tag sewn into the arch on the inside of the slipper. The look great just like in the photo and the wool on the inside is very soft and feels nice but in the end I had to send them back as they just didn't fit as well as they should for +$100.

Disappointed again. I ordered an extra wide but they are still too tight. I only have slightly wide feet. The slipper is packed with wool which is good and bad. It is bad because it makes a maybe wide fit become very tight. Overall, the slipper seems too bulky and not well designed. It is also kind of ugly and not worth the price in my opinion. I am going to give up on this brand for their slippers.

These are great shoes overall, except it's a huge bummer they don't come in half sizes. It seems to be that I always fall in between two whole sizes and can never get the 'perfect' fit. Also, because the sole does not extend to the complete end of the front of the shoe, the leather at the toe tends to be the first thing to tear and this often happens before you've gotten your money's worth of wear. If these two flaws were fixed, the shoe would be basically perfect, but these flaws make a huge difference in my satisfaction.

My 17 year old son loves these slippers! But narrow (even after reading some previous reviews saying they are narrow, I ordered the regular width, thinking we might be ok because he does not normally wear Wide sized shoes... wrong! Get the wide if you have any doubts). He says maybe because these are cut higher up on the top of your foot, so it feels more snug and confining, than if it was a lower cut style. He also had to go up 1 size, because of the awesome lining, but that's okay. We are definitely exchanging again for 1 size larger and Wide. Hopefully this 3rd time of trying different sizes will be a perfect fit. He loves this style and the overall look of the slipper! Love Zappos!

Very surprised that the shoe didn't fit. All my other shoes are size 9 and never had a problem. With this ones I really struggled to get my feet in and then I couldn't keep them on fore more than 5 minutes.
