Good service especially when we had to return first pair because of wrong size

I did not know Ugg made shoes for men. A waitress at my favorite restaurant told me about them. The shoes are soft and warm. The cardboard inserts that hold the shape of the shoes were hard for me to get out. I had to ask for help with that.

I gave these slippers as a gift and they were very well recieved.

It is made very well, very warm thick fur inside. Ordered a men's size 10 but the fit was 1 full size too small. Returned and ordered next size up. Use it for house wear Made well Run one full size too small

I am returning the item because my husband felt the slippers were too tight even though he went up a 1/2 size. He didn't want to spend that much money on an item that may never feel comfortable. He feels the next full size would be too big.

I am a size 8 1/2 and I purchased size 8 since leather tends to stretch and a half size up may stretch too much. I have been wearing them everyday to start the stretching process, the fit is quite snug and comfortable for an hour or so because of the half size difference. Overall, I like the slipper I hope that my strategy works.

Warm and stylish, hugs my feet and keeps them warm. Tight with socks on, and since I wear a half-size smaller, they run a little small in my opinion. I'm told they will stretch, time will tell.

Love them around the house.

Wonderful slippers. Wish they came in half size because upping to full, makes the slipper too big.

I was looking for house loafers, especially since its gotten colder here in the North East, and the Ascot's are warm, comfortable and stylish. They fit snugly so I would advise someone with wide feet to buy a size up form their normal size.

Sure wished these things came in 1/2 sizes. As a slipper, I would like to be able to easily slip these on and not have to work at it.

Really like the shoes with some reservations about the shape of the sole. The sole is not full width under the arch and I miss the additional support provided with a full width sole

I was surprised at the quality of the product and the packaging. I'm very pleased with it. I was disappointed however that the shoes did not fit my son comfortably even though I was very careful in following the instructions given as to what size to choose. They pinch him on the big toe which means I now have to send them back tomorrow and I'm dreading how much postage costs I'm going to encounter. This is my first experience with ordering shoes online so I regret it a little.

The only down side to these slippers is that the first layer of leather on the front got a hole worn in it within the first year (last pair), but my husband loves them so much it was worth getting him a second pair.

I like product, but I don't know dad likes it or not..

Nice slipper. Good for what it's used for.

I like almost everything about this slipper - I like the style, the crafting and the comfort, too, except it's a tad on the small size. It's a little tight getting into with bare feet. It feels good once it's on, but I couldn't wear any socks with it.

Husband loved it as a birthday present.
