This is my third pair from UGG. Due to the wool lining, at first try it will feel smaller to size but the more you use it, it will feel true to size and snug your feet properly.
You will never go wrong with UGG product.

ALWAYS wear socks, otherwise they'll get extremely stinky. There's just no way around it.
ORDER 1 SIZE LARGER - especially if you plan to always wear socks. The slippers are already snug with the added padding of the sheepskin inside, these slippers are a lot more comfortable when they're not suffocating your foot.
I'm ordering a new pair 1 size larger than needed, so there's room for socks and it's not too tight on my foot. I get the shiny leather material (Black Tea) so they can be played off as adult shoes when I don't fully feel like adulting.

I always wear these when I am lounging around the house. They are very comfortable and the only complaint is that they get hot if you are walking around a lot.

I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend. He's had a pair Ugg house shoes for 6 years and it was time for a new pair. They came in perfectly and I think they fit him okay...but they are a little too small. I'm hoping they'll stretch out as he wears them.

I work from home and wear these everyday. The 1st pair I loved!! They are great for indoor and outdoor use if needed. I get cold easily, so these have been a lifesaver. My only complaint with them is that after about 2 months of having them, the wool area in the back, exactly where your achilles rests, wore through completely. This caused a great deal of discomfort on my tendons. For $100+ pair of slippers and Ugg brand, they should last much longer than 2 months. I reached out to Ugg, and they were great to replace the slippers. I exchanged for the EXACT same slippers. Now that I am on my 2nd pair, they are still as comfortable as ever. HOWEVER, after about 2 weeks, I can already tell the achilles is wearing out. :( I am shocked they are wearing out so quickly. I wear them around the house and when I am sitting at the computer working. Other than this issue, I have ABSOLUTELY LOVED them!!

I ordered my normal shoe size (USA 10). That's what I got according to the attached label, but these were so small I couldn't get into them. I called and got a replacement order for size 11 (next available size up). These do fit, but are still a tad too snug. I do expect these to stretch out a little with use, so am keeping these.
Aside from this sizing issue (a problem with online purchases where you can't try something on) my shopping experience has been first rate. Customer service was the best and I had my replacement in two days. Faster than the original got here. Return shipping on the first shipment was pre-paid and only required me printing the shipping label and affixing it to the same box, then dropping it at a local UPS outlet.

These are super comfortable and easy to wear. If you live in a small-town then you can easily wear these to the store/coffee shop and whatnot, however, don't expect people to be fooled - these are slippers.

I buy a pair of Ugg Slippers for my son every Christmas. He loves them! Wears them every day as soon as he gets home. This year, I bought the black/china tea in his usual size 11 and they are a bit tighter than he's used to. So, not as comfy as other colors/leather in years past. Otherwise, the Ascot is a winner.

I had to return them. I bought them as a present for my husband. He had an older pair and I tried to get the same size, but on the size part of the order, I could not tell if I was ordering the UK or the US size and ended up getting the wrong size. I have returned them and am waiting on the next pair to arrive. Suggestion - Make the size indicate the UK or US size instead of having to ma a choice.
