The slippers were too small. After wearing them for a few weeks I realized they did not fit correctly. I called fully expecting to be told I could not return them I spoke with an extremely helpful operator. The exchange was successful, the slippers fit and I AM VERY HAPPY WITH Zappos.

I got the Ugg Ascot in the black/china tea for my husband and he loves them! I chose the leather over the suede, because I think leather will hold up better and stretch less. They are true to size and if a bit snug at first, no worries, as they inside fluff compresses somewhat. Best gift I have gotten him in a long while!

I typically wear out slippers every 6-12 months, and find it challenging to locate a good, comfortable pair that fit well. While I had a tough time choking down the price tag on these slippers, they are WELL worth the investment. They are extremely comfortable, durable, and warm. I've owned a pair for nearly a year, and there is little wear and tear. I ordered a size larger than a normal pair of shoes or sneaks, and they fit just right. While the UGGpure helps keep feet warm in the winter, they breathe well and were also comfortable in the summer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member, and expect to purchase more UGG products.

I bought these for my elderly father. This is his second pair of this style of UGG slipper. He has foot problems and these were his favorite slippers. They're now his full time shoes, which is why he was pleased with the smooth leather outsides - they look a little dressier and resist dust and dirt better than suede and the dark sheepskin lining doesn't scream SLIPPER when he wears these to church with his suit on.

Sizing a challenge! After reading reviews, I normally wear a size 11, so ordered up to a size 12 based on people saying these slippers ran small. Got the 12's and they were too small. Had to reorder again, this time in a size 13. Have never worn a 13 in any shoe or slipper, but these finally fit great. So, sizing on these is not standard. Slippers VERY comfortable, so worth the hassle in the end.

Very toasty and comfortable, but cut EXTREMELY small. I normally wear a 9 1/2 or 10, but I got an 11 and they're still a little snug.
