I bought these slippers for my husband for Christmas. He is very picky about style, fit, color and comfort but these slippers were a win/win on all counts. I originally bought him a size 11EEE (extra wide)but they were too tight so we exchanged them for a 12EEE and they fit him perfectly.

After trying on several pairs of this brand and style (lined shoe) only to find that 9 was too small and 10 too large - this particular pair fit best. These shoes are not made in half sizes which I find is a mistake on Ugg's part. Because of the lining they all seem to be a bit snug. That said, I am pleased with the final result after trying on several of both sizes. Thanks to my Zappos Genie Rosario I have a great pair of shoes for the cold New England winter months.

Three words: Zappos Is Amazing! I ordered these Ugg slippers for a Christmas gift. The fit was too small, so I followed the exchange instructions on the packing slip. Zappos shipped the replacement slippers that day, and I shipped the return back to them. Next day, my husband received the right size slippers and was thrilled. Zappos received my return same day. I love Zappos and my husband loves his Uggs!

These slippers I bought for my 11 year old. He loves them. They are nice and warm. I originally bought a different size and Zappos was gracious about sending out the right size quickly.

Great to wear around the house or to slip on if I have to make a quick trip to the store or to practice. Nice an warm and really comfortable. Soles keep my feet dry even if it is damp outside.

Ordered and received these,having owned UGGS before. Did not expect any issues, and didn't have any. These are the ultimate"hang out" after a hard day at work,slipper. Winter, spring summer, fall....A choice always made, to have comfort. Be careful washing these. Do not throw in washer. Hand wash with your regular detergent. But, HAND wash. Delivery was within 2 days, and the packaging was not a waste of material. Good job, again UGGS.

I bought these for my husband as a Christmas present. He usually wears a size 12, but couldn't even get his feet into them, due to the thick wool inside. So I returned them and reordered them in a size 14 and they are perfect! My husband hasn't taken them off since the new ones arrived. They are beautifully made and the charcoal is stunning!! Definitely would recommend them!!!

Our whole family has Uggs, finally got my husband to try them. Opened them on Christmas morning and they were too small. Was happy that Zappos sent the new size 15s out right away, without my having to pay for them. The new ones came before I could get the 14s to the post office. He loves them, I love Zappos!

I bought these for my dad for Christmas not knowing if he would like them, but he loves them and says they are super comfortable. He lives in Upstate NY where it's very cold, so I wanted to get him slippers with lining, unlike his old ones. They are soft comfortable and he can wear them outside if he wants. Great buy!

I have bought so many different brands of mocs/slippers and none of them have lasted more than 6 months without looking like they are the only footwear I have used during that time. These are the most comfortable moc/slipper that I have ever bought. Totally worth the money.

My wife surprised me with Ugg's this Christmas! I always wanted a pair, and she was able to find them at a great price. The size she got were too small and she reordered my correct size last Thurs. or Fri. I just sent the incorrect pair yesterday afternoon, and I already have my new Ugg's! Now that's service!
