These shoes are the best I have ever had. They are very comfortable and I always get comments on how nice they are. Before I had the XLT and I think that the XL2 is a very big improvement.

Wow! This shoe is amazing and what's even more amazing is that Zappos got this to my door the next day for no additional charge. I got mine in red and they look great. They are comfortable and warm for this Pittsburgh weather we are having. I recommend you get a half size larger because there is more padding than expected. The tongue is very poofy, but you get used to it in no time. I recommend this shoe and only buy at Zappos!

I like these shoes alot, they are a good fit and stay on my feet even though I don't use the laces because of the elastic band. It feels like I don't have on any shoes on when I'm walking around, they're that comfy.

Van's Rowley XL2 - These are the best skating shoe I have ever owned. They are so comfy to walk and skate in, and they are the lightest show I've ever felt. I really recommend the XL2.

Nice Looking Shoe - This shoe is nice, I get complements about how cool they look. They are kind of tight at first, but after the first few wears they are just right. One thing I liked is they are really light. I knew this shoe would be another great shoe by Vans.

Awesome - I can't skateboard, AND, I'm a girl but I loved these shoes and had to have them. Let me tell you, they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever put my feet in. Not to mention they look nice. They keep your feet nice and warm too.

I didn't buy the shoes for myself, they were for my younger brother. The reason being is that he was always wearing my Vans so I decided to get him a pair of his own. And ever since he has gotten them he is always wearing them. Thanks for everything, especially the free shipping!

These shoes are so comfortable, I could walk/ride all day. They look like they will hold up for a very long time, all Vans do. They are somewhat light-weight also. Once you go Vans you will always buy Vans. That's how it has been for me.

Charlie Brown's shoes - We have bought and worn all kinds and brands of skate shoes, these are the best around.

The Vans Rowley XL2 - These shoes are awesome. They are the most comfy, lightest pair of shoes I've ever owned! And they're grip for skating is excellent! Plus these shoes look sweet! The Rowley XL2 is definitaly a great shoe!

I like the comfort for walking or whatever. The shoes, as advertised, are very light. They seem to stay dry in the rain too. If you like their look, go for it.

Rowleys rule - This is my fourth pair of Rowley edition Vans and they still haven't let me down. They look cool, but the most important thing is they are totally comfortable and the chick's dig em. My life would not be the same if I didn't have my Geoff Rowley's.

Best skate shoe I've ever owned - This shoe is great. I've been tearing through skate shoes since the mid 90's and this is the most lightweight, grippy, and all around slickest shoe I've owned. It has a simplicity to it that really looks good. A retro look, that is ahead of the curve, it's a skate shoe that's stripped down to the fundamentals that are needed most, comfort, style, lightweight, and nothing else is needed. Vans, this is the best shoe you've created to date!

The best skate shoe I've ever owned - Yeah, when it comes to skate shoes I've had many pairs in my day. I was searching online and saw these out of a hundred other pair of shoes. These just had an old school look to them, as well as an inventive modern appeal. I ordered them in the white/grey and black. These Vans are lightweight, very comfortable and look good with jeans or shorts. Vans did it right on this model! I really think these are the core of a solid, yet simple shoe. I've had my XL2 shoes for a little over a month now, and they wear good, and get lots of comments. Great job Vans on the best skate shoe you've put out!

XL2 - The XL2s are really comfortable. I skate in them the stiching on the side comes out pretty easy. The front stiching is great. The shoes probly the lightest there is. The shoes are great!!

Nice vegan shoe - This is a nice shoe. Very comfortable and, thus far, durable. Plus it's really nice to see a good looking vegan shoe. The only downside would be the ventalation. The shoe doesn't "breathe" well. It may be because I'm used to hemp shoes, but they seem a bit stuffy.

Great except one thing - Shoes are great looking and meet my expectations except for one thing. The tongue is rather large and hits the frong of my ankle. After a few hours of wear it becomes uncomfortable. I'm hoping that after wearing them a little longer the shoe/tongue may break in and become softer.

These shoes are really comfortable and look great. What else can you ask for?

Oil the sqeek - I love these shoes. They look and feel great. I have been waiting for them to get broken in because the leather rubs and makes a noise like my snow boarding shoes.

The shoes that went squeak... The only complaint I have with them is they sound like your weaking leather pants. The tounge rubs on the sides of the uppers which makes the unusual noise.

The tongue of the shoe is really poofy, as said by another reviewer. It will take along time to break them in. Zappos really impresses me, they kept true to their word and got me these on the date advertised, even though they had to put it on 2 day delivary. Order from Zappos more Often.
