Amazing boot. Got a compliment on them the first time I wore them. They are comfortable and stylish. I am super happy with my purchase. I love FRYE.

These are lovely boots. I love clean, simple styles, and these boots are exactly what I hoped they would be. I have very high arches, so perhaps I find less support here than others would. Also, be careful when you first try these boots on because the leather sole will provide great traction once you've roughed it up a little, but they are slippy on smooth tile. All in all, I love them!

Frye boots rock! Actually bought these for a friend in London! She loves them and saved over $100 from the price they are over there.

Beauties! These boots kick ass. Plain and simple. They look stellar with anything but a prom gown - and even that might look hot. They are a little narrow but you can bank on them stretching out because everyone who's anyone knows good leather conforms and stretches to fit. These bad boys will fit your foot perfectly after a short break in period. If you go a half size up you'll be better off in the beginning, but I got my regular size 7 and now, 2 weeks later, they fit like a glove - or "boot" ;) rather. They'll last forever. LOVE FRYE BOOTS! THEY ROCK -period.

My feet are 10"; if you follow the size chart I wear a 9.5 shoe, but since these run big I ordered a 9 & it fit fine. These are manly looking & not flexible at all probably because of the chunky heel & hard square toe. I have thin legs & these were very big around my calves, you could easily see my socks that weren't even high up. Also I ordered tan but these are really dark brown. I will be returning.

Loved the look, and the color/style was exactly as I expected. Arrived quickly, and in great shape. Sometimes that type of leather finish can appear "beat-up" or have marred placed on it - this didn't! They run a little big, but that works for me. Can't wait to wear and make them my own for a long, long time.

These are the nicest boots I've ever put on my feet and I own 3 pair of Frye's.

I love these boots and they are well worth the money. These are my third pair of Frye boots and now my favorite. They aren't as wide around the calf as appeared in the video but they weren't too tight and they have stretched since wearing. I can wear them with leggings and skinny jeans and I really like wearing them with dresses. Easy to put on and EASY to take off which was very important to me since my other Fryes are so hard to get off. Very comfortable and I am a teacher and on my feet all day. Great quality and really love the leather soles. That's just a sign of a well made shoe to me. If you're on the fence about these go ahead and buy them, you won't regret it. And did I mention the versatile color?!

I ordered these Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered 26 short hours later. Amazing, Zappos. But as for the boots - I ordered my actual size and it is a good fit for me. There is a little slip in the heel however this is considered a proper fit for boots. I also would not size down because the slightly squarish toe bed is quite narrow. I also plan to use some arch support inserts (plantar fasciitis issues) so this will probably make them a little tight around the ball of my foot until broken in. I will take another reviewers advice about wetting them then letting them dry on my feet to customize the fit and expect it to be better. The height is just what I was looking for, about mid calf. It is very straight - no tapering in at the ankle, and the top part fits a little snug. My calves are about normal size, not skinny or chunky. I can tuck thin material skinny-style pants in but boot cuts or thicker material pants will have to be worn outside. Looks like another timeless purchase, plan to be wearing these the rest of my life. Seriously.

These boots were my second attempt at purchasing a pair of Frye boots. I love them! I returned the first pair which was a different style because they were too tight in the calf area. These are perfectly sized in that area. It took me less than a week for them to feel wonderfully comfortable. I love the color and style. These boots are my first foray into a cowboy style boot and I absolutely wish I had done it sooner. I also like the simple look of these boots. I would highly recommend these.

Finding the correct size in these boots was an odyssey, to say the least! But, now that I have the correct size, I do love them. I typically wear a size 7.5 in heels, a size 8 in hiking boots, rain boots, and Sperry's, a size 8.5 in running shoes, and I finally found that the size 7 in these boots fit me best. I was swimming in both the 8 and 7.5. They are a bear to pull on, but once your foot is inside the boot and warms it up, the leather will loosen, making them easier to slide your foot in and out. They will just take some time breaking in. I warn against purchasing these boots too large. I feel as if they fit (and should be fit) like cowboy boots. Overall though, they look fantastic and are extremely well made. I look forward to wearing them for years to come!

I love these boots. They are casual but sassy! I can wear them all day and they never get uncomfortable. I would suggest them to anyone.

These boots are amazing. It seems almost everyone has a recommendation to size up or size down but I ordered my regular size (8.5) and found that they fit perfectly. I do have wide feet so I wouldn't discount that they might run a little on the big side for someone with narrower feet. Overall, I am very excited for the weather to be changing so that I can wear these boots a lot more, they are attractive and comfortable. I am very happy with this purchase.

Love, love them. Boots are true to size. Leather is thick but supple enough to break in fast. I chose to get weather protecting cream that darkened the boots but gave them a more luxurious look. Can't go wrong with these basics.

I love these boots, they are beautiful! Unfortunately, they squeak bad. Also, they were too tight when I got them and now they're too big! I'll just have to layer on the socks!
