This is my second pair of M996. my feet demand This kind of confort, as a older person this is what I need.

Very good but not great - Only disappointment with this shoe is some mild pronating--seems to fit more like an 11.5 instead of an 11.

Why so tight M 996? Typical NB quality. However, compared to the 574s and 587 I've owned this one fits way tight at the front of the foot. Annoys me when I wear them.

New balance - Feel good, great support. Wider is better.

New Balance 996 - These shoes are the only ones that my boyfriend will wear and they are no longer made. Just by chance you guys carried the shoes and I am thrilled to say he loved that I was able to find the shoes. They are comfortable and last a long time, that is the most important thing.

Comfortable Classic M 996 - The MB Classic M 996 could use a little more cushioning and stability, but it was as comfortable as an old slipper right out of the box. It fit just right and had enough room in the toe box.

These shoes are repeats. I ran hundreds of miles in 996s three shoes ago. Couldn't find them anyplace until I chanced upon Zappos. Glad to be back in old friends.

This is the best shoe I've ever worn. Perfect fit and comfort. Looks great - sleek and streamlined, not fat and bulky.

I love these New Balance shoes! They fit great and the colorway is excellent! The shape of these M996 are lower profile/less chunky than the 574s.

Super soft and comfy. This is my first pair of New Balance and I love em. I can be on my feet all day in these and not feel it.

These are classic shoes for the business casual. They look good with a sports coat and jeans. I have received plenty of compliments.

These shoes fit true to size, and give a little wiggle room. They have nice comfort to them, but also look a little bit sporty so you can causally wear them as well!

I purchased these sneakers as a light summer shoe to primarily wear with shorts. However, I have been wearing these nonstop since I purchased them. They are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. I also have fat feet, and these are plenty wide to fit my foot comfortably. I cannot recommend these enough. They are true to size.

This is a really nice looking, great fitting shoe. New Balance is just right for people needing a bit more width but not exactly a "wide" fit. I have purchased this style for my college student twice, at his request. It is fashionable, durable, and we highly recommend it.

Very cool night out shoe, but nothing like the support of the rest of the 900 family of NB shoes. If you are looking for something to be on your feet all day... this is NOT the shoe for you.

Wow these are nice. They feature real quality stitching all throughout them. I love the dark grey color. There are definitely better running options though (I wear air Maxes for that) but for everyday sneakers with style this is it right here.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in this order. All were correctly sized but this was well over a 1/2 size too small. I wanted to exchange it but that option did not exist on my screen.
