Great service and products - I am sure everyone knows by now that UGG is the must have shoes in terms of comfort. This is my second pair and I bought two more for my parents. I actually wear them when I wake up and don't take them off until right before I go to sleep… but more than shoes itself, I love Zappos customer service! They are so prompt, I just love buying shoes from them. Best online shopping experience I ever had.

So cozy - I love these boots and would order more if they had them available. They were a bit tight in the calves at first, but now my jeans are able to be tucked in. Followed the suggestions and ordered a full size smaller and they were perfect!

Amazing! It’s worth every dollar! It’s unbelievably comfortable... it's like a teddy bear hugging your feet and it makes you feel like you want to curl up into a ball and live in the shoe! Service is great, too! They arrive the next day and if you don’t want it, then just send it back. I hate shopping, so Zappos saves my life!

Sizing on Ugg boots - These boots are great, unfortunately they were a size too big. I usually wear size 7 in women's dressy boots and the Ugg in 7 was too big. I usually wear a 6.5 in sneakers, so the size 6 in Uggs fit perfect… still with some room. They definitely keep you warm and cozy though!

Uggs - Just love these for walking the dog or hanging around the house. I got an extra pair because I wear them ALL the time. Feet stay warm and dry. Super comfy. I'm usually a 6 1/2 I went DOWN to a 6 and they fit perfectly.

Classic Tall Ugg - Love these boots! Just remember to order a size down from what you normally wear, if you’re between sizes, order a size and a half down. I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered a 6 and they fit perfectly.

UGG Classic Tall - I can wear them all day… my feet don't sweat and I wear them without socks.

Tall Classic Ugg - This boot is awesome!!! Nice quality, look, and comfort. I usually wear an 8; however, the 7 fits like a glove. Not only would I recommend this boot, I highly would recommend Zappos. I had nothing, but exceptional service with this company and you can't beat the shipping!

Uggs are the best - I love these boots because they are so warm, especially in the snow. They look great and wear well. These are my second pair of Uggs. My first pair is a little sportier with pockets on the sides of the boot. They also have a zipper. My first pair is more comfortable as the bottoms are a little different than this style, but definitely worth every penny. A must have.

The boots arrived the next day! This was fantastic because I couldn't get these boots in any store near me. The boots were everything I had hoped for. They are extremely comfortable and warm. The color is beautiful. I am so excited with my recent purchase.

Ugg hater turned lover - I ordered my Uggs on a Friday night and got them on Monday morning!! They are unbelievably comfortable and boy are they warm enough for NYC! Love my UGGS!!!

Love my Uggs!! By far the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned...I wear them all the time (literally)! Definitely buy a size smaller. I wear a 6-6 1/2 and ordered a 5 and it fits perfect.

5 star Uggs! I was so impressed not only with quality of product but how easily I obtained a very difficult to find item. I was shocked that I had the boot delivered to my home within 24 hrs. I would definitely use Zappos again, and trust the quality of the items they offer.

Love, love, love my Uggs - I got these shoes just before a snow trip and I was so glad to have them. The stayed clean and beautiful, so water stains at all. Love em.

UGGS! Zappos was so easy!!! I ordered my boots one afternoon and had them in less than 24 hours. I couldn't find Uggs anywhere and I got lucky when Zappos had a few pairs left. The boots arrived in full packaging with no damage. I am really pleased with Zappos and will definitely use it again!!

Ugg Classic Tall. I ordered the Ugg Classic Talls, which are the most comfortable, warm boots ever. My order came the next day and everything was perfect, it was the right size and right color. I would really consider getting these boots if you want comfort and style.

Aaahhh... After a full day of skiing, there is nothing better than slipping your foot in a pair of these boots. The same holds true for going out that night - forget the socks and enjoy the comfort and warmth. The only negative is no arch support.

Great Warmth and Comfort - This is my third pair of Uggs, but the first time I've purchased the Classic Tall. It's true these are not made for snow, but as soon as I got them, I sprayed them to resist water/moisture. I wear them out and about in the snow, but I'm careful not to step in dirty, slushy puddles that might get them too wet. The warmth can't be beaten and the comfort is fantastic. I'm 7 months pregnant and can hardly bend down to tie my shoes, but I'm able to pull these boots on easily and stay warm without putting socks on!

Very satisfied! Everything was sooo true about these Uggs! They’re so warm and comfortable and they were exactly how described. They even got to my door within 24 hours! A lot quicker than I thought! I was very surprised and very happy with my order!

Wonderful! This is my first pair of Uggs. My sister raved about them - my expectations were high and they passed. I love them and need them in another color... and then maybe another style... yes, I ordered a size smaller. I am usually a 7 and I ordered a 6 - perfect fit!
