Beautiful - The boots are just as expected, beautiful. They are like wearing slippers, very comfortable and soft. I usually wear a size 8.5 but they only come in whole sizes so I ordered the 8. They fit great.

Definite Ugg Fan! Come winter time, I live in these boots. I have them in the light beige color (sand??) and I wear them with absolutely everything. They are super comfortable and can be worn all day and into the evening. Highly recommended! They run a FULL size smaller, so be sure to order accordingly. I wear an 8 and I ordered a 7 which was perfect.

Love these shoes! So comfortable! I have been wanting a pair for years. I walked around San Francisco for hours and my feet stayed comfortable and nice and warm.

Grace - I ordered these Uggs a few months ago on Zappos web site. Happily they came in and I ordered them. They are exactly as shown and feel wonderful on my feet. They will get a lot of wear this Fall and Winter. I recommend these Ugg boots highly.

UGGS love!!!! I LOVE MY UGGS!!! I have the Cardys and these Tall boots and they are so comfortable! The Cardys are true to size but I had to buy the regular Talls a half size down. I also have a chestnut pair that I wore all last year and they stretch a little after lots of wear. They are so comfortable and I wore them almost everyday last year...even with my sweats!!!!

LOVE THESE SHOES!! :) I just ordered these shoes yesterday and when I came home today just about an hour ago they were on my doorstep! I tried them on and I’m in love! Very comfortable! I usually wear an 8-8.5 so I ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly! I’m already planning on getting a second pair! Zappos is wonderful! :)

Uggs are great. I had the mini chocolate Uggs and then after owning those I just HAD to have the tall Uggs. I decided on the chestnut. I LOVE THEM. They are sooo comfortable and even though they aren't the most unique Ugg I still collect lots of compliments. I only have one complaint. My chestnut Uggs don't look like that color in the picture. Trust me you will LOVE them. They are worth the money.

A+- 1st pair of Uggs...and I gotta say I love them! I ordered the Classic Tall black Uggs in size 6 and they fit perfectly...I’m definitely coming back for my other pairs of Uggs before they're out of stock...now that winter is approaching.

Shoe is great, but... The service was even better! My shoes arrived so quickly I couldn't believe it. I am thankful that I read to order a size smaller than I normally wear. I did so and my Uggs fit like a glove. I highly recommend Zappos to everyone!

The best boots ever... I always love my UGGS. It doesn't even matter that they're not in style anymore. The comfort factor alone keeps me coming back again and again. Every year around this time (when I know they're actually in stock), I order a new pair... last year was the Classic Short in sand and this year it's the Classic Tall in black. I wanted something that I could wear in the rain without spots showing up and so there was no denying these would be the best fit. I hate sneakers, so I live in my boots all winter. Besides the fact that I have flat feet and the lack of arch support is a bit of a downer, they're very warm, especially when I'm in my drafty house. Love, love, LOVE UGGS! P.S. Be sure to go down a size when ordering. I'm an 8 and order a 7... they always fit perfect.

Zappos Never Ceases to Amaze! This is my first time ever ordering with Zappos, though I know of people that have. I ordered my shoes on Thursday morning around 10 and found them on my doorstep around 9:30 Friday morning. The service is impeccable. Thank you, Zappos! Regarding the shoes, I could not be happier. I have never owned a pair of Uggs but have always wanted them. The color I ordered was Chestnut, and the color I received was identical to that in the pictures. The size I ordered was a 7, though I wear an 8. The shoes look and fit just as I had imagined! I highly recommend following the directions set forth by others who have bought, order one size smaller! Overall, the service was fabulous and the shoes themselves are just awesome. Thank you, Zappos!!

I love my UGGS! I bought the Minis about a year ago - wore them through ice, snow, and sleet (bad idea), but still can't stop wearing them. Perfect fall boot or on summer nights when it's too cool for sandals - they're just so cozy. Wearing them with jeans if you have small feet like me, they don't look as “ugg-ly” as I once thought! It’s true - once you wear these boots, you're hooked. I can't say enough about my Uggs. Note: if you need them to look brand new again, just put them in the washing machine on delicate with a tiny bit of soap and stuff them with paper towels to dry!

I was DYING for some Uggs for like 3 years seeing it was the new trend, I finally got my first pair and let me tell you I’m in LOVE. I got the Classic Short in chestnut. I wear a size 6 or 5.5 and I got a 5 in women’s, it fits me snug. I live in a rainy state, warning, make sure you protect them!!! BEST SHOES IN THE WORLD!!

Classic Ugg Boots - I LOVE Uggs!!! They are the comfiest footwear EVER. Perfect to wear in the colder months (which we have a lot of where I live) and I think they look really cute! I own around 10 pairs (all Classic Tall or Classic Short). Well worth the money! Don't forget to treat them with the Ugg Protector before you wear them. I am usually a 9.5, but sometimes wear a 9. In Ugg boots I have both size 8 and size 9, my size 8 fit a lot better. They will be snug at first, but stretch out with wear. I recommend you go 1-1 1/2 sizes down from what you usually wear.

Classic Uggs - These are great and you do need to order a full size smaller as everyone said! On the comfort side, these Uggs have NO arch support! These are comfortable, but not for long periods of time. I am going to also try a pair of Uggs with the arch and see if that makes the difference because if it were not for that, these are the greatest!

This is my second pair of Uggs and I wear them all the time. When I first bought them I was undecided about the size since I was between a 6 and a 7 (I usually wear a women's 8) I decided on the size 6 but after 6 months my big toe wore a hole right thru the leather! I decided to purchase this second pair in a size 7 thinking I just bought the first pair too small. But the 7 is a bit swimmy, so I bought the Uggs fleece insert (made for another style boot) and now they are fine...not perfect like the size 6, but still wonderful. Next pair I am going to buy the 6 and just keep my toenails extra short! I am devoted to Uggs.

Ugg Classic Tall Black - I like this boot but the inside fur is very itchy. I have these also in tall chestnut and they are not itchy at all. Other than that, I love them.

Zappos is AMAZING...once again! Obviously this is an amazing shoe; just know that it runs a size smaller. I am a 7 and all my UGGS are a size 6! They’re a PERFECT fit!

Another Great Zappos Purchase - I ordered these yesterday and of course wonderful Zappos upgraded my shipping to overnight. They are on my feet right now, 24 hours later! Considering that there was no sales tax and shipping is free, this is the cheapest price for these shoes... with the BEST customer service. I'm never buying shoes anywhere else! The Uggs are soooo comfortable. I've bought cheaper "imitation" brands in the past, but these Uggs are way sturdier and cozier than any others I've worn. Well worth the price to keep my feet warm and toasty. It's like I suddenly got a free pass to wear my slippers out in public. I got the chestnut and they are a versatile color. I had my eye on the chocolate (out of stock) but will be keeping these ones. Once they were on my feet there was no way I was about to put my other shoes back on!! I might just have to order another pair next year in the chocolate ;) I have never really liked the look of Uggs but for the comfort I can make the trade off easily. They fit easily under my flare and/or wider leg jeans so they won’t really be seen anyways. I could easily wear them over my skinnies too if I wanted to. I am a 6.5-7 normally and the 6 fits great.

AWSOME!! I purchased a pair of Uggs on Wed. night and had them at my door on Thurs. afternoon. I decided though that I wanted a different color instead, so I called customer service, they walked me through the replacement procedure and done! She already has my new Uggs on the way. I will be coming back to Zappos again and again.

My first pair of Uggs and visit to Zappos.com - I decided I wanted a pair of Uggs but when I went to a local shoe store they said they were on back order and even on line I wouldn't be able to get any until several months later. My daughter told me to go to Zappos.com and they had the boots. Two days later they were at my door! They are like wearing slippers. I love them. I have them on right now!
