Mom - These are a gift for my daughter. She already owns them in another color and loves them. I think they are overpriced, but she wears them all the time and they are very comfortable.

Ugg's Classic Tall Boot - The Ugg Boots tend to run a little large. I ordered a size 8, instead of my regular size shoe of 8.5. The boots are well designed and hold up well in the tough New England winters. They are very comfortable and warm. I purchased the short boot last year and wanted the taller boot this year.

Excellent! Love the Uggs! Fits great - keeps your feet super warm without socks! Black dye does rub off some on feet - possibly with more wear, will eventually stop! I wear a 9 shoe but an 8 in Uggs.

Love the boots! Next day delivery!! I purchased these as a gift for my daughter, they arrived the VERY NEXT DAY!! Very great quality, nothing at all like the fake Uggs that are floating around. This was an excellent ordering experience!

An amazing stroke of luck... Ugg boots are already really popular, and since the holidays are getting closer, it's even more difficult to find them. After unsuccessful searches in various department stores, my mom suggested that I try Zappos.com. Imagine my surprise when I discovered one pair left in my size! I quickly placed my order, and the boots arrived a day later! (Much earlier than anticipated!) I've had nothing but good experiences on Zappos.com and I will continue to use the site for all my shoe needs. :)

I love my Uggs!!!!! I ordered myself a pair of the Classic Tall Uggs in black for an early Christmas present. I debated it for a long time since they are a little pricey - but ended up going for it. I have never loved a pair of boots more!!! They are literally the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned and actually quite cute with many outfits! Now I am getting ready to order the Classic Short in tan! Also, I will only order from Zappos.com from now on. I placed my order on a Wednesday morning and the boots were literally on my porch the next day! Zappos.com upgraded my free shipping to free next day air!!! How nice was that. When I ordered my Uggs I forgot to order the care kit, so I ordered that the next day - again NO shipping costs and it was at my house the next day! I am so happy with the boots and with Zappos.com - I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great shoe - I wore this in NYC the beginning of December when the temperature was in the 30s and my feet were never cold and very comfortable to walk in. Great shoe.

Love My Uggs! My daughter got a pair of Uggs last year for Christmas and I have wanted a pair ever since. After rationalizing the price, I finally ordered my first pair of Uggs. I LOVE MY UGGs! They are the most comfortable things my feet have ever felt! Wear them without socks to realize the full benefit of their comfort. Be sure to buy the care kit so you can keep them in good shape. I bought the black boots and wore them without socks (heaven!) When I took off my Uggs my feet had a purple-ish hue to them. After realizing I didn't have some rare disease, it dawned on me that the black dye from my boots had bled on to my feet and ankles. It washed off after a day or two. This could be avoided by wearing socks (which will also turn dark). I'm sure I will get a LOT of use out of my Uggs. It is -15 degrees in Montana today and the only shoes I'm wearing are my Uggs...and I don't care if my feet turn colors! LOL! Oh, and as others have recommended, order a size smaller than your usual size and they'll fit perfectly!

Ugg Classic Tall chocolate - It's all true- these boots are heaven for feet. I wear an 8 and the 7 fits well though a bit roomy- but the extra room means that the heat from my feet stays in the boot, creating even more warmth. Great without socks. Not so great for walking all day in the city, though, as there isn't arch support.

First of all, Zappos is the only place I'll buy shoes from now. Free over night shipping? Awesome. I normally wear a 10 1/2 or 11 (sometimes a 10 in men’s), and a size 10 in these boots feel a bit too big. I think they'll be fine, though. Also, as a plus-sized chick, I find these boots to be a bit tight in the calf. I recommend trying them on in the store first to make sure they fit correctly if you have larger calves. And don't worry- the classic short uggs will fit you fine even if you can't wear the talls. I hated uggs for the longest time, but decided to try them out because I needed a winter boot (I usually live in flip flops) that would look cute with tights and a skirt, but still allow me to keep my just-rolled-out-of-bed look that I love so much. They're very comfy and very casual... I never take them off now. Don't worry about them being too popular and don't worry about the people who absolutely hate them. Just buy them!

Can't Take Off My Uggs!!! I love my Classic Tall Uggs. I got them in chocolate and really cannot take them off. I have worn them with dresses, jeans, and even my pajamas because they feel like slippers. I'm in a cold weather climate and they are absolutely the warmest things I own.

OMG! The best boots ever! I absolutely LOVE my UGGS! I would wear them to bed if I could. They are comfortable, stylish and versatile. You can really wear them with just about anything. I would highly recommend these. They are worth the price and so much more!

Best boots - These boots are the best. I was able to wear these out in -8 weather, 3 feet of snow, with no socks and my feet were still toasty warm! I thought the inside would get moisture in them and they also stayed dry!

Woman Tall Ugg Boots - Great look, comfortable and wear well. My daughter wanted these for her birthday since her last pair, she had them for at least 5 years, were looking a little worn. Since they are the "hot item" of the season, many stores did not have the right size or the wrong color available. I have shopped with Zappos in the past. The free shipping and free return policy is great. This way I get exactly what she wants and when I want it. Since I am a return customer they sent them Priority Mail with no additional cost to me. I love Zappos and will not shop anywhere else unless it is something they don't carry. The price in the stores was no cheaper on this item. Can't go wrong with Uggs! I love love love my Uggs. As a mother of a two year old I am always on the run and Uggs go with anything so you can throw them on and go. They do run big so I order a size smaller than I normally wear. I adore Zappos and will never go to another shoe store again...the speed of shipping is unbelievable and their customer service is always top notch!

1st Pair of Uggs - I purchased my first pair of Uggs (chocolate) this winter. I don't know what I was waiting for! I love them and wear them every chance I get. Would like to get them in black as well. They make a great Christmas gift. Thanks Zappos for your fantastic service :)

HAPPY IN MODESTO, CA - Love my new Uggs!!! I had heard about these boots so decided I would give them a try. I wear them without socks (I had read that this is how they originally were meant to be worn) and now I could not imagine being cheated out of the furry, soft, warm, feeling I give my feet by wearing any. Ladies, go ahead, treat yourself. Buy a pair, you will not be sorry. I'm already checking out the pair I want next. I took the advice of another reviewer and bought a full size smaller (I wear a 9, but bought an 8) and voille, they fit perfectly. Also, I have wide feet. These boots are perfect for me in width also, so for someone with a narrow, they would be too wide. This does not mean you should not buy them. Just be forewarned, that you will need socks. As always, ZAPPOS is wonderful in every way to deal with. Customer service is not lost. It is at ZAPPOS. Love you ZAPPOS.

Love The Ugg Experience - This was my second purchase of the Ugg Classic Tall and I just love them. They are the most comfortable, warm, and stylish shoe that I've ever purchased. To top off the experience, I was really pleased with Zappos customer service. Sure I could go into a high end department store, but I always come back to Zappos because of the prompt, courteous and loyal customer service I get with Zappos. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Great boots - My daughter wanted these boots for her birthday. I logged on and looked up ugg boots and there they were. They look fabulous on her. They got here so quick that I gave them to her early. She wears them every chance she gets. They are very warm and fuzzy, like a hug all day.
