This is my daughter's 2nd pair of UGG Classic Tall boots. They are warm, comfortable, and wear well. Just don't wear them in the rain or snow!

Love the Uggs classic tall! I followed the advice of ordering a size smaller than my usual size, and they are just right. I like their snug feel all around my foot. My feet do not get sweaty at all. I have had imitation Uggs and the real thing is infinitely better and so worth the money. I ordered one afternoon and they arrived by noon the next day! I'd also like to recommend reading 'Delivering Happiness' by Zappos' CEO Tony Hsieh. Learning about Zappos' culture and commitment to customer service just made me love them more!

Love the boots. Zappos is great with their return policy. Online help is wonderful. I will shop Zappos from now on.

This is the 4th pair of these boots we have ordered and we love them. I recommend spraying them with a suede protector to have them last longer!

Wonderful boots. I ordered these for my wife for Christmas and she loves them. This is her second set of Uggs with a third set on the way. Nothing compares. And Zappos service is great. Fast delivery, too. I had to return a pair, due to me picking the wrong kind, and it was such a good experience. No questions asked, printed out a label for me, no cost to me. You can't beat their service.

The UGGs that I bought for my wife for Christmas was what she wanted and fit great. Zappos is the place to purchase items, for they ship in no time. I believe they purchase was shipped and received in 2 days. I alway use Zappos when buy shoes/boots or anything. Great Site!

These are absolutely the most comfortable and warmest thing to caress my feet since my last pedicure/massage at the day spa! I am recuperating from a recent surgery, and cannot wear my heels for several weeks. These have been a lifesaver for me during this process. Stylish and functionality have merged into the perfect flat boots. Be sure to size down if you wear a half size. I am glad I did as these are very roomy shoes.

I love these boots! I previously purchased a pair of Ugg Classic Short boots and I wanted to add a pair of the Tall boots to my collection. They are very soft and comfortable and keep me warm through the winter months! I wear my boots almost everyday as they go with everything! I highly recommend this brand and these boots!

Zappos is truly my family store now. I had just purchase my daughter some Sangria Ugg boots and someone spilled a drink on them. I called customer service and Mark explain the policy to me and had me another pair of boots before I could hang up the phone. Talk about service, my daughter was so happy. Zappos is true to their word. Good customer service means a lot to me and Zappos has won me over. By the way the boots are beautiful and warm.

I bought boots for my wife as gift. She loves them; how they look, how they feel, how warm they keep her feet, how comfortable they are. If you have never had a pair of Uggs, you will not be disappointed. My wife is an instant convert. She has no complaints. As for Zappos, I ordered these when they had free shipping. We were going out of town, so I paid for the next step up 2-3 day shipping. Zappos overnighted the boots and they were on my doorstep in less than 24 hours after ordering. That was a nice touch. I have ordered several products from Zappos, and their customer service is excellent.

Zappos comes through again. I had a last minute request for these right before Christmas and they got them to me overnight as they said. This is my wife's second pair and they fit her great. She wears a 7 1/2 shoe so she ordered a 7 in the Ugg boot.

Boots were for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, the initial shipment contained 2 right-footed boots. However, I called customer service and had another pair the next day; even before I returned the mismatched pair! With free shipping both ways! Zappos is number 1 in customer service. Have bought from them many times and will continue to do so in the future. My daughter said they were some of the most comfortable shoes she has ever worn.

These are excellent! They are so comfortable and cozy I wear them almost every day. I was recently caught in a downpour in them and they held up pretty well but I don't recommend it.
