Ugg's Classic Tall - These boots are so warm and comfortable. I ordered a size smaller than normal, which was perfect.

Uggs are the only solution for my cold, cold feet - These are especially fabulous because of the lovely chocolate color. I also ordered Tall whereas my previous pair was shorter. Regarding sizing, Uggs are a full size larger than marked.

Best comfy boot in the world! I normally wear a size 9, but ordered a size 8 in these Uggs and they were still roomy. I even ordered the 7 to make sure they wouldn't be better. They were too tight, so just one full size down worked for me. I bought the dark brown, a perfect neutral color. Loved the dark brown sheepskin that accompanies this color! Can't say enough about this shoe, working on having all colors of the Classic Tall and the Ultra Tall as well!!!

Great boots! Make sure to order a size down, I'm an 8 1/2 and I got the 8 and they fit perfect. Kept my feet warm, even when the rest of me was freezing!

Zappos saved Christmas - At first I ordered Uggs on another website and got completely ripped off. They weren't even real Uggs never mind them never showing up until two months later. On Dec 23 in the afternoon I went on Zappos and ordered a pair of Uggs for my daughter and they showed up the NEXT day! I told them that I loved them! I love Zappos!

Even better - I bought these Ugg's for my daughter and they feel so much better than I expected. Now I want a pair too. I didn't realize how light they would be and the inside really feels fantastic.

Thank you Zappos. My daughter wanted these boots for Christmas and I didn't know that all of our local stores would be out. Zappos shipped them for me overnight and free! The boots fit great and my daughter had a great Christmas.

Ugg Classic Tall- Sand - These are the most comfortable shoes I own. The first pair I received had about 3-4 spots of this glue stuff that wouldn't come off, so I called Zappos and they sent me a brand new pair- didn't have to pay for shipping- within 2 days with no spots. They were very understanding and nice.

Sooo comfy - It wouldn't matter how ugly they are. These Ugg boots are great feeling. I have bunions and am needing bunion surgery, but I am too scared to go under the knife, so this is my answer for winter "in-style" comfy shoes. I bought my daughter and mother a pair, so they work for all ages.

The All Day Boot - The best boot ever! I ordered both my daughter and I Uggs for Christmas and now I want all my shoes to be Uggs. Absolutely worth the money! We both ordered the 6 and they fit perfectly. I'm a 6.5 and she's a 7 to 7.5... I like a snug fit in my shoes b/c I don't want shoes to feel like flip flops.

Great shoe, great Zappos service - This is the second pair of Uggs that my daughter has purchased. She has worn the first pair, which are the Classic Short, almost daily through the last two fall and winter seasons so we knew these would be worth the money spent. They do run large, so it is best to order a size down. I would also recommend purchasing the Ugg's Care Kit. My daughter loves her Ugg boots, and I love Zappos’ great service!

Chocolate Tall Ugg boot size 7 - I found that this boot was very true to its description, but was a bit difficult not to crease around the ankle. I also found that it was very tight around the upper part of your leg just under the knee. It made it so that I had to tuck my jeans in my socks so that they would stay under the boot. This really wasn't much of a problem, just a bit of an inconvenience. The only other thing was that in the winter, the chocolate did get a little bit dirty in the snow and turned temporarily white from the salt on the streets. I have a few pairs of Ugg boots in different styles and love them. The boots are fine for people with wider feet because I have wide feet and have found no problem. Just make sure if you have wider feet to order the right size or you might find them too narrow. Other than that, I loved this product and probably will continue to buy similar products from Zappos in the future.

Love these boots! I bought these for myself for Christmas after years of debating whether to get them, and I am so glad I did. They are so comfortable and I wear them everywhere! Like the other reviewers here, I recommend a size down from what you normally wear. I wear a 7-7.5 depending on the shoe, and I fit comfortably in a 6 in Uggs. Also bought the protecting spray, which I recommend as well.

A winter favorite! I love, love these boots! Totally comfortable & fashionable. Will keep your feet cozy & warm. I usually wear a 6.5 and bought the 6. They tend to run about a half size big in my opinion. I have the sand & chocolate and want more colors.

Like wearing slippers - Very comfortable, very warm, but light weight. Not like the imitations that are so heavy.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! I ordered this style boot over a year ago and ordered it in my true size. Needless to say, they were too big as these boots run about a size bigger than your actual size. I wanted them so I kept them and wished I had a smaller size because they felt clunky. So, this year I decided to bite the bullet and spend the money to get the correct fit. I usually wear an 8 and bought a size 7 and they fit like a glove and I wear them ALL THE TIME! My daughter is now benefiting from my first clunky pair! Definitely worth the investment!

Uggs - so comfy - The Uggs I ordered are wonderful. They are roomy, so if you're in-between sizes, I would go down. They do stretch a little to fit your foot. They feel like slippers, but look much cuter!

I can wear them aaalll day, every day - Great! Looook amazing, best fit… cozy and stylish... most people say buy a size smaller than normal, buuuut I bought my regular size and I don’t think a size smaller would have given me the leg room I wanted. Great boots!

My first UGGS - My mother and sisters all have Uggs and I have always wanted some and for my anniversary in December, my husband ordered some online at zappos.com. They were at my office the next day and I love them. Very comfortable, easy to care for, and so versatile. I recommend them to everyone.

Ugg boots - I purchased these boots for my daughter in law for Christmas and she absolutely loves them! I had read in the reviews they run large, but she wears a size 6 shoe and I purchased a 6 and they fit great! They ARE worth every penny! Plus... I LOVE ZAPPOS!
