What else can you say except this is the best, most classic, comfortable boot in existence?

While I'm aware of the diminished quality of Uggs boots (the Classic Talls were my 11th Uggs purchase), they still rank tops among this style of footwear. Zappos offers super customer service, but I miss the overnight shipping -- even via VIP, they still were not delivered the next day.

Uggs never disappoint. This boot fits true to size for Ugg (which means it runs a bit small) and the color is fabulous. It is a true navy and looks great with everything. I tried to find these in the stores and navy was sold out everywhere. As usual Zappos had them and got them to me in a day.

Fit a few sizes smaller; I'm usually a 9 1/2 but the 8's fit the best (even the 9's are a little loose). I love these and they are my go to warm boots for winter. I've noticed with some Uggs that some feel like a very soft suede, and some feel like a felt. My Bailey 3-buttons are a soft suede, for example and these feel like felt. Either way, waterproof them before you wear them out to avoid water stains.

First off...Zappos is awesome. I ordered these boots Friday when I got off work, and I got them Monday afternoon. I read a lot of the reviews before buying these boots. I always thought they were ugly, but I found a knit pair online dirt cheap so I gave in. They were super comfortable! So for the classics, I came to Zappos. For the money I was going to spend I wanted to go to a site I trust. Anyway, like the other reviews suggested, I ordered a size down and they fit perfect. I have huge thick calves (not athletic...genetic) but they fit fine. Not too tight. If you are thinking about it...go for it!

I held off buying Uggs because they did not go above size 11 and I am a firm 12W. These boots fit perfect just like Uggs suggests in a size 11. Uggs run a size larger. They are so comfy...very happy with my purchase and very happy with my Zappos experience!

I love Zappos! I ordered these and got them 2 days later! So fast! The most comfortable shoes I own, and very warm. Will always check Zappos first before I buy anywhere else.

I've had plenty Uggs and of all of them, these are still my most favorite. Although it is very tight when you first get them, they do slightly stretch. I've had mine now for... 3 months are they are still amazing in the condition. I recommend the Chestnut color of all the colors! If you have thicker calves, go with the classic short instead of these ones. Good luck!

I was very disappointed when, after wearing these UGGs for less than a month, the stitching along the top totally came apart on one boot, and the stitching along the side on the other boot started to give way as well. I am returning this pair and will try one more time with another pair. I hope this was just an unusual circumstance!

Ordering from Zappos was the best shopping experience that I had all holiday season. Ordered Ugg boots one morning and they were at my door the next morning in absolutely perfect condition. It was almost unbelievable they arrived so quickly you would have thought they were coming from the next town over. LOL

This is a high quality and comfy boot that you cannot go wrong in buying and is a must for all winter wordrobes.

This is the 3rd pair of Ugg boots I have purchased. Each style different and each style more than expected! Love this boot, love this brand. Zappos has the best selection and pricing. Not too wide, not too big and comfort through and through. Wish it were cold all year long to get my money's worth!

I bought them for my daughter for Christmas. She has shorter Uggs but this is her first taller pair and she loves them.

Great as always. We have several pairs of the Classic Tall.They run large. My daughter wears a size 8 usually and we always order a 7 in Uggs and they fit her perfectly.

This is probably my 6th or 7th pair of Uggs. I love to wear them all fall and winter. I love that they are easy to slip on and that I can wear them without socks.

Love the boots but even better is the efficiency offered by Zappos. A true time and money saver.

Happy so far - I'm normally a size 8 and I was told to order a size smaller which I did - 7. It's perfect...very comfortable and warm.

This is the 2nd pair I buy for my daughter, she wore the first pair for about 4-5 years and Loves them so much all she wanted for Christmas was another pair.

Process to order was easy, and the boots arrived quickly, and were well received!

What can I say? They're Uggs! They fit great, they're warm and stylish. And so much more fabulous than the knockoffs! They are expensive, but I think worth it.

My daughter loved these boots. She wears a size7.5. We sized down because we were told they ran big, but had to exchange for an 8. Zappos has a great exchange policy so we got the larger size the next day!
