Wow! Great customer service and the Ugg's were exactly as described.

As always, you cannot really go wrong with Ugg Classic Tall. I already have the brown and black colors and decided I would be missing out on the grey color! They fit perfectly, are soft inside and out, and the grey color actually goes with a lot of colors. They run true to size, I wear a 6 and the 6 fit perfectly.

These fit like a dream. I have many Uggs already and this is my first tall pair without the side zip. They are wide and comfortable. You do not wear Uggs for arch support. They are warm and comfortable.

Great warm boot for the northeast. Be sure and order 1 size smaller than your shoe size.

I ordered these Ugg Boots for my daughter for Christmas. They came in plenty of time, unfortunately when she tried them on they were to small. I called the company and they replaced the boots with the correct size overnight without even waiting for me to return the original pair first. The service people I spoke to where incredibly friendly and helpful. I have never been fond of on-line shopping but this was a very positive experience for me. I would definitely order from this company again.

Purchased boots for my daughter who was not sure of her size; we read Zappos' sizing guidelines for Uggs, placed the order and the boots arrived the next day! These are nice boots and very comfy but I felt like I had Frankenstein feet so I returned them. On the other hand Zappos is the best! I order shoes from them all of the time and they are fantastic! Fast shipping and great customer service. Keep up the good work Zappos.

My daughter and I wear Uggs all colors and styles in size 7. I ordered these is size 7 and they were too tight. I had to re-order them in an 8. I think it's the color black. At times I find with clothes, also the darker the dye the tighter the fabric becomes. I recommend ordering 1 size up. Other than that, as always the Uggs are wonderful!

Bought these Uggs for my daughter who has wide feet but skinny calves (most boots marked "wide" mean the leg portion is wider which do not work for her). These Uggs fit her perfectly -- plenty of room in the toebox and nice fit up the calf with jeans tucked in. We may have to get a second pair!

I love my boots, they fit great & look even better on my feet . I wear them with anything. Best money I ever spent.

What else can you say except this is the best, most classic, comfortable boot in existence?

While I'm aware of the diminished quality of Uggs boots (the Classic Talls were my 11th Uggs purchase), they still rank tops among this style of footwear. Zappos offers super customer service, but I miss the overnight shipping -- even via VIP, they still were not delivered the next day.

Uggs never disappoint. This boot fits true to size for Ugg (which means it runs a bit small) and the color is fabulous. It is a true navy and looks great with everything. I tried to find these in the stores and navy was sold out everywhere. As usual Zappos had them and got them to me in a day.

Fit a few sizes smaller; I'm usually a 9 1/2 but the 8's fit the best (even the 9's are a little loose). I love these and they are my go to warm boots for winter. I've noticed with some Uggs that some feel like a very soft suede, and some feel like a felt. My Bailey 3-buttons are a soft suede, for example and these feel like felt. Either way, waterproof them before you wear them out to avoid water stains.

First off...Zappos is awesome. I ordered these boots Friday when I got off work, and I got them Monday afternoon. I read a lot of the reviews before buying these boots. I always thought they were ugly, but I found a knit pair online dirt cheap so I gave in. They were super comfortable! So for the classics, I came to Zappos. For the money I was going to spend I wanted to go to a site I trust. Anyway, like the other reviews suggested, I ordered a size down and they fit perfect. I have huge thick calves (not athletic...genetic) but they fit fine. Not too tight. If you are thinking about it...go for it!

I held off buying Uggs because they did not go above size 11 and I am a firm 12W. These boots fit perfect just like Uggs suggests in a size 11. Uggs run a size larger. They are so comfy...very happy with my purchase and very happy with my Zappos experience!

I love Zappos! I ordered these and got them 2 days later! So fast! The most comfortable shoes I own, and very warm. Will always check Zappos first before I buy anywhere else.

I've had plenty Uggs and of all of them, these are still my most favorite. Although it is very tight when you first get them, they do slightly stretch. I've had mine now for... 3 months are they are still amazing in the condition. I recommend the Chestnut color of all the colors! If you have thicker calves, go with the classic short instead of these ones. Good luck!

I was very disappointed when, after wearing these UGGs for less than a month, the stitching along the top totally came apart on one boot, and the stitching along the side on the other boot started to give way as well. I am returning this pair and will try one more time with another pair. I hope this was just an unusual circumstance!

Ordering from Zappos was the best shopping experience that I had all holiday season. Ordered Ugg boots one morning and they were at my door the next morning in absolutely perfect condition. It was almost unbelievable they arrived so quickly you would have thought they were coming from the next town over. LOL

This is a high quality and comfy boot that you cannot go wrong in buying and is a must for all winter wordrobes.
