Absolutely love these. Zappos did an amazing job with shipping - as usual. Ordered these Uggs in the afternoon and they arrived at my door step the next day. These Uggs are a fall/winter must-have! Usually a size 7 1/2 and ordered a size 7 as recommended...they fit perfectly!

These are the most deliciously comfortable, warm (and yet breathable) boots I own. This is my second pair (first pair was chocolate brown, but this pair feels heartier, goes with more outfits and feels a lot better than the ones I bought 5 years ago!) These fit true to size (I wear a 9) and I can wear them with or without socks. I just went to Scotland and wore these every single day there, if you live somewhere where you experience multiple seasons in one day, these boots are great for you! Or, if you just like your tootsies to feel like they're being hugged all day, they're perfect too!

Love my boots. Worth every penny. I live in Texas., it's hot here and I wart them every morning to walk my dog. :)

Just want to say these boots are great to the look, plus the softness when you sink your feet into these boots. They are the best.

I actually bought these this past winter. I was never a fan of Uggs. Guess these grew on me. They're actually quite cute not to mention how comfortable and warm they are. You must wear them without socks! Feels like walking on clouds.

Wow, these are so super comfortable. I get home from work, take off my shoes and socks and slip into these...ahhhhh! I love the sand color even though they may get more dirty than other colors I love them! I have them well protected with the Ugg spray protectant. Love the tall over the short. Tried both and even though the short technically should look better on us shorter gals (I'm 5'2"). I definitely prefer the tall boots as they feel amazing on my legs and I like the versatility of being able to fold them over to different heights. I am completely hooked on Uggs!

These were purchased for my girlfriend and she loves them! They not only keep her feet warm, but because the sheep lining goes all the way up the boot, her whole leg stays warm, and oh boy are they comfy.

Uggs are by far my favorite shoe. I can't stand the winter, but at least I can wear my Uggs every day! The knock off brands don't even come close. Definitely buy a size down (I wear a 7 1/2 and buy a size 7 in Ugg - my kids wear a size 7 and they prefer a 6 in Ugg). They will stretch a bit and you don't want them to be loose (they should be form fitting).

My daughter loves these! she normally wears an 8, got these in 7 and they are perfect. She wears them with or without socks depending on the weather. Zappos upgraded shipping for free!

I kept hearing from friends how great their UGGs were, but I thought they must be exaggerating, until I got my own. These boots are amazing! Warm, comfortable. I didn't want to take them off. They should be called HUGGs for the way they envelop your feet. Not overrated!

This is a wonderful boot. I had read some reviews saying it ran big, but I ordered my normal size 6, and it was perfect. Zappos makes it all so easy!

My only question is "Why did I wait so long to buy them?" I have the short boot in Gray and the tall boot in Chestnut. In my opinion, they run a bit on the large size, but certainly not a full size larger. The size 6 fit me like a glove. Personally, I think Uggs are uber cool - and they are so warm I don't need socks to wear them. If you are on the fence about the Classic Uggs, by all means jump the fence and order a pair of Uggs here at Zappos. I love Uggs and I love Zappos!

These are super comfy and warm. I had the classic short boots in brown for years, so the gray is a nice change.

The boots were exactly what I expected. They are comfortable, they fit true to size, they are very warm and they look great rolled down with a shearling cuff or worn to the knee. Zappos shipped them to me by overnight delivery at no extra charge. They arrived the day after I placed the order.

I love my Ugg Classic Tall black boots! I am wearing them right now as a matter of fact. They are super comfortable like soft slippers and even kind of look like slippers when you come to think of it. Although these may not be your go to for a formal event, you will want to wear them the rest of your waking moments.

I die! I don't know that I can adequately describe the way that I feel about my Uggs. They were a birthday treat to myself and I hunted what felt like hundreds of local retail outlets to no avail. Then I had one of Oprah's aha moments when it occurred to me to try Zappos. Sure enough my beautifully brown, soft and supple (an apt description of the owner as well) lovelies were on my feet the next day. They fit perfectly and my feet feel like they are wrapped in clouds. How's that for a description. Uggs are pricey but well worth it.
