I used to wonder why on earth would anyone wear these? But then I ended up ordering a pair of Bearpaw, Ugg classic tall and Ugg classic short a week before going to New York in January. The Bearpaw boots didn't even come close Uggs as they were stiff and heavy. On the other hand, I wore my Uggs everywhere even in the house now...whenever Georgia weather got cold. And one more thing, I also got the Mahogany classic tall (they were on sale) but the lining is not soft at all. I also found the tall classic is softer and fit larger than the short one. Fit-wise, I have slightly wide feet usually wear size 9.5-10; I got these in size 9 and still have wiggle room (size 9 in Ugg short fit perfectly).

Bought these boots for my granddaughter who thinks they are totally awesome. Also bought boots in the past and had to exchange. Zappos is wonderfully understanding with free shipping returns.

I love these boots, I am 64 years old and I kept saying no I don't want them. I finally tried them on (tall ones,chocolate) and I love them! My feet have never been as warm as they are now. I wear them every time I go out (and BTW, I wear thin socks with them).

I returned the Uggs after I saw they were pretty identical to boots sold at Target. I have a 5 year-old pair that are definitely more stylish than this flat, fat-foot looking shoe. These Uggs are ugly.

Love! I am an 8 and a half or 9 so with Uggs I go down to an 8 and they are perfect! So I am rating it true to size and width as Uggs are typically a little larger and wider (at least all their basic boots like this).

I resisted buying Uggs for a long time. I live in California and I figured people liked them just because they are trendy, but I have recently been exercising in ways that either require no shoes or special shoes, so I needed something that I could easily slip on and off that would feel good after punishing my feet and be warm for winter (contrary to popular belief, it does get cold enough that sandals are uncomfortable in California). These are truly perfect - they feel so good and I've found myself wearing them all the time. They are great when I need to step out of the house for a minute or want to just wear something comfortable and casual that feels more solid and walkable than flip-flops.

Probably the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. If I could wear these to work I would. My feet stay warm, but do not sweat. And the soles of my feet feel oh so good. I will be buying another pair in a different color. The shoe buying experience is always made that much better by the ease of Zappos customer service. And, as usual, my shoes arrived earlier than promised. Double bonus. Love Zappos.

LOVE my Ugg boots. I am 50 years old and it took me two years to decide that I was not too old for Ugg boots. BEST shoe decision ever. They are ugly, but its like wearing cozy slippers that are socially acceptable. This is my first of many to come!

I ordered these boots as a gift for my daughter-in-law. They are beautiful, and just as described. Do not fall for the Chinese counterfeit sites. You save money, but the quality is embarrassingly poor!

It all started with a brown pair of Classic Talls that I bought last year from Zappos. Not only are these the most comfortable shoes that you will own, these boots are versatile and sturdy. Buy the protective coating spray. Buy a size smaller than what you normally would wear, if that does not work for you Zappos has an amazing return policy. Do not worry about what anybody else has to say about style. Make your own decisions after trying them on. You will not be disappointed!

I searched everywhere, with no luck, to find these boots, then remembered "Zappos", so on December 22 at about 8 in the evening I placed the order, and had them by December 24th first thing in the morning. Best part...free shipping. Can't beat their selections, and you can't beat their customer service! Plus, I love my boots! (My) Christmas present to myself!

We love the Uggs! They were exactly what we hoped for. This is the best customer service that I have ever dealt with online. I ordered on December 20 and everything was delivered by the 21st! I would highly recommend these boots & ordering thru Zappos!

I was a bit unsure about spending this money on a pair of boots; however, I am in love! These boots are so very comfy. I have high arches and lots of back problems and I can wear these all day long. Another very important thing...I've got feet and toes that stay cold. I can not ever get them warm...but with these boots...1st time I have warm toasty feet.

No socks & your feet stay warm & do not sweat! Although I own over 200 pair of shoes, this is a purchase made with no guilt, and one of the best decisions made in years! Size down 1 size in this fab Ugg boot, keep your socks in your drawer, & wear these babies with confidence for extreme comfort, warmth, & style! Everyone should have at least 1 pair of these boots and I like the Black because they don't show stains like my tan ones did. You will be elated when you put your feet in this fabulous boot and won't want to take them off! Just do it!

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my teenaged daughter. She loved them. They are so comfortable and so stylish. They do run a bit large, but we knew that and ordered one size down. In addition the personalized customer service of Zappos was the best!

I love these boots! This is my third pair and I wear them a lot. I still have my last pair and wear them as well. Even though I treat them roughly they're still warm and comfortable. Living in North Dakota means they see a lot of cold weather and snow. If you normally wear a 1/2 size I recommend (as others have) that you order down, not up in size.

I've always wanted to purchase a pair of tall Uggs but was hesitant because of the price and conflicting information on sizing. I decided to finally treat myself and was confident in Zappos superior exchange policy. Also, I suffer from Reynaud's syndrome - more in my hands than feet - but strive to maintain warmth in my feet. My husband assisted with the color selection and thought black would look best. They quickly arrived yesterday and I immediately put them on and didn't take them off for the rest of the day! The classic tall Uggs are super comfortable, snuggly and stylish. Once I apply the protective spray, I'll wear them often. I normally wear a size 9 (8.5 in sandals) and purchased a size 8. They fit perfectly! So, I highly recommend going a size down. I'm now hooked on Uggs and deciding which style in the chestnut color to purchase next since it was my second choice color. Again, in the tall style since I think that looks better on my long lean legs. So, please don't wait years like I did before purchasing your first pair of Uggs - you deserve it!

I bought these Uggs boots for my daughter for Christmas and I must say she loves it. Not only she loves it, but the color. Now she wants to get more Uggs boots. It's very comfortable and it keeps your feet very warm. I must say I have five pairs because my feet are always cold. Best investment.

I bought these UGG Classic Tall boots for my mom as a gift for Christmas as she loved them. They are a perfect gift for any lady. She wears them all the time in cold weather. I am glad I bought them a half size bigger.

This is my 6th pair of Uggs and these are one of my favs! I LOVE the color which looks like a tan pink on here but it more tan in person. I love them! The size is the same as all Uggs run (I'm a 6.5 and I always buy 7) which at times feels spacey which is awesome! But there's enough room to wear comfy fuzzy socks for cold winter nights!
