I bought these for a trip to Alaska, my goal was comfort and warmth while maintaining some style. These boots delivered! They were great and my feet were never once cold.

I was a little skeptical about UGGs before I bought my first pair of UGGs boots, and I completely fell in love with them! They are so light weighted, I feel like I am wearing only socks when I change from my other winter shoes into my UGGs boots. They don't only keep my feet warm but also keep them dry at all time, I can even wear them whole day bare feet without feeling sweaty! I love mine so much I bought a same pair for my mom and a pair of man style UGGs boots for my dad, and a pair of slippers for my grandpa! I can't wait to hear them telling me how comfortable they are when I bring those UGGs shoes back to them in my next trip back home! (Thank goodness for Zappos 365 day return policy, I don't have to worry anything about getting the wrong size! Zappos is one of the best online stores, hands down!)

I also have a high arch, footwear in general is hard for me to find. I don't think Uggs look like they would be comfortable. Was I wrong! There is a slight arch support surprisingly, and was enough for my feet. The best part though is that there is no false advertising here! My hands and feet have always been freezing to the point of pain in the winter. My daughter had a pair, I tried hers on and could feel just how warm they are. There is a small hole in the toe of one of my boots from slogging around DC when the snow started melting. Other than that, they look good after 4 years of MI winter. I will never buy another brand of boot! Now they do have style.

Ordered a pair of these and there was a defect on one in the suede. I called customer service told the customer service there was a problem they said they would ship a new pair it would be there in 1 day. I could not believe it, they came and were perfect. The best customer service ever. Love Zappos! Always a great experience.

Don't know why I waited so long. I finally bought my first pair of Ugg boots and was able to use them in St. Louis and Kansas City of all places. Very warm and comfortable, just as advertised. Really love them.

I love love love my Uggs! But, I went by the other reviews and ordered a size smaller and I should've just stuck with my regular size! If you have a wide big foot just go with your regular size. I wear a 10 and got a 9, and it doesn't bother me to the point that I wanted to return them but I will buy a 10 from now on.

This is my second pair of tall classic uggs. My first pair lasted well over 10 years but finally gave out. These are simple in design, are extremely comfortable and warm, and fit true to size. Ugg will stretch out since they are leather so I wouldn't advise ordering a size up unless you plan to wear them with socks. The price listed on Zappos was competitive with everywhere else and had free delivery!

I normally wear an 8 but a size 7 in this boot fit perfectly without socks. You don't need socks with this boot! At first I thought "what's the big deal with these Ugg boots?" And then I put them on. And they stayed on the whole day even though I remained indoors.

These boots came so fast I could hardly believe it. Zappos is awesome. They have super fast shipping and an awesome return policy. I highly recommend shopping at Zappos.

These boots are so warm and are the perfect complement to leggings and a dress, or with a pair of skinny jeans. They are well made, but do not have much arch support. I wear a size 9 and they fit perfect.

There are certainly conflicting reviews about how these boots run in size, but I must say that I ordered exactly as directed (I usually wear an 8 and ordered a 7), and the boots fit like a glove. They are the most comfortable boots I have ever put on my feet - and SO very warm. You can wear them with thick socks or thin socks, or even barefoot, and the fit is still superb. I want to order them in every color! I had absolutely no problems getting the boots on my feet, and once on they feel snug and secure. I also disagree with anyone who says that these boots have inferior arch support. I have problems with metatarsalgia, but wearing my UGG boots is like walking on clouds. If looking at slippers, however, I highly recommend the far more affordable Wicked Good Clogs.

I'll put it simply- these are the most comfortable boots I've ever had. It feels like walking around with two down comforters wrapped around my feet. I was given the advice that you might want a size down in Uggs, so I ordered both my regular size (an 8) as well as a 7. I was glad to have the comparison, but stuck with the 8. And with Zappos free shipping, it cost me nothing to return them! As far as "style" goes- I mean they're Uggs. IMO, they're not stylish. They're still awesome though.

I never understood why everyone seems to own a pair of Uggs. Well now I know why! These are the most comfortable, easy to wear boot my daughter has ever owned. The grey color goes with absolutely everything and although I don't recommend they be used in water or snow, they have been worn a lot and look great. They wear very well - my kid is tough on shoes! Eventually I'd like to get her another pair - but for now she wears these at least 4 days out of 7. She loves not having to worry about socks - and yet when she takes them off at the end of the day, she says her feet still feel great - no boot stink! Thanks Uggs.

Love Ugg boots - comfortable & snuggly warm! I have large calves and these fit great. I ordered my usual size shoe.

I really love these boots. They are very comfortable and warm. They do run big. If you order the next lower size, you will get the perfect fit.

Love these boots! They keep your feet toasty warm. I wear 8 1/2 in regular shoes, ordered the 8 because of other reviews and the first time I put them on I thought I made a mistake. Not at all, they streched just enough. I wore them three straight days, only negative was black dye rubbed off onto my feet because i don't wear socks, fortunately they don't do it any more.

What's to say that has not already been said? Ultra comfort all day long. My calf is 15" and they still allow me to tuck jeans inside. Black was the latest edition to my Ugg collection and the dye did rub off on my feet and legs for about a month (with constant wear) before subsiding.

Funky and fun. Perfect fit and do easy to just step into these hush puppy warm toe nuggets to walk the dog, get the mail.

I bought these boots to wear on my trip to Florence, Italy in February. They kept my feet warm without the benefit of socks and were extremely comfortable. I wore them all day every day.

Love these boots but the calf is pretty narrow. Hard to get pants tucked in correctly even with leggings. Order a size larger than you wear if you have "chunky" calves.

My third pair of Uggs, love the gray color! Super comfy as always. It was yet another wonderful Zappos transaction.

Great boots, super warm! If you are going for the most comfortable boots after wearing long periods of time, I would not say Uggs are them.

Very comfortable and warm. Does not need to wear socks even when the temperature is in the minus. I think I made the right choice and it was money well spent.
