My foot is size 8 and I ordered a 7 and they fit me perfectly. Pretty neutral color and so comfy.

I love my Ugg's! I wear a 7.5 and was a little nervous when I ordered the 8's because I was scared they were going to be too big...turns out they were a little tight, so I'm so glad when I called in the order the Zappos Customer rep suggested I order the 8's. They've now stretched out a little and I wear them all the time! Great buy!

I'm not sure how Zappos does it! I ordered these UGGs for my daughter's birthday and they arrived the next day. Amazing. I'd never buy UGGs anywhere else. My daughter loves the boots. I love Zappos.

I bought these for my daughter. Obviously she loves them as do all teenage girls. I can't speak knowledgeably about the fit but I've bought about 5 pairs thus far and my girls love them. Zappos service can't be beat.

I sent these boots to my mother's house in Illinois to await my arrival for a visit from sunny AZ. I was in love the moment I put them on. The weather was chilly but my feet were not! (I took them off only to sleep!)

Classic Ugg -- what's not to love? My daughter wears these with everything. She's normally a size 6.5 and based on previous reviews I got her a size 6. At first the shoe was a little snug, but it quickly conforms to your foot and now it's like her woolly slippers.

Bought my daughter the wrong boots! They sent the right ones and a return label the next day! That's service!

I brought a pair for my gf and she loved them! The color was rich and dark, unlike a pair I brought her from a dept. store. I will be ordering from Zappos more often.

These boots are totally worth the money! They are so warm and comfy for wintertime!

Shipping was great! arrived in 2 days. Product was just as advertised. Was helpful recommending a size smaller(the fit was perfect). These are very warm although costly it is worth it so feet stay warm on cold winter days.

Great boot! Classic look and well worth the price...I have worn Uggs for over a decade. One thing...I am an 8 1/2 and was led to go down to the 8 - when ordered they were too small and wound up with the 9.

I love love love my Uggs. This is my first pair and i will be a return customer. Zappos is really great to shop at. Shipping is amazing. Your stuff gets shipped to you in a Ahazam type of way, i mean your stuff gets to you even before you start to dream about it. Online and Brick and Mortar stores should use Zappos as a benchmark. Bought these for my teenaged daughter. She loves them and says after several years of having inexpensive copies of this style, these are much warmer, more comfortable and better traction.

These boots are everything we hoped they'd be. I ordered a half size down from our normal size and they are roomy. The delivery is unbelievably quick. I actually bought these for my daughter who loves them. I have borrowed them a couple of times and don't really care for the sloppy sort of feel walking in them, but they are comfortable and amazingly warm in the cold and not sweaty when you are inside.

Great boots, comfy. Fit snug when I bought them but they've already flattened down a bit and are just right. Really glad I bought a size smaller than I usually do.

These were just as described and the service was perfect. I think it is common knowledge that Uggs run big.

I recently moved to a colder climate and needed a pair of boots that were both fashionable and warm. The UGG Classic Tall boots fit the bill - they are comfortable, stylish, and WARM! I normally wear a 6.5 (rarely a 7), and I find that a 6 fits perfectly. I love that I can flip over the top of the boot a few inches and allow the sheepskin to be visible, which is why I got the Tall instead of the Short or Mini. These are not snow boots, though, and I wouldn't recommend wearing them in very rainy or snowy weather. I do recommend purchasing the care kit as well, to offer some protection against water and to treat stains. Great product. I'm an UGG believer!

These Uggs are the best! They keep your feet so warm (sometimes almost too warm!) and they fit perfectly. I have really thin calves, so it's hard for me to find boots that actually fit, but these fit just right. Since I've gotten them, I've basically been wearing them non-stop. Definitely a good staple to have in your wardrobe!

People have suggested that you should size down with Uggs but I disagree. I am usually a 5.5 or 6, so I ordered a 5 and it was way too snug. I shipped it back and ordered a size 6 which fit perfectly.

My first pair of Uggs. Love them. They keep my feet so warm. No socks needed.
